Meh, this is something that's hard to argue about without actually being able to break down specific clips together, so let's just let it go.
It definitely would have changed his reputation in the fanbase.
I've only seen 2 Marvel movies.
*gives you Han look* Are you admitting I'm right?
Yeah, we would have had a real excuse for our hatred. I mean, he was annoying, but so was Anakin.
I haven't seen any Marvel movies.
Wait, which Han look? And no, I'm just saying whether or not someone is a bad actor is hard to constructively debate without actually being in the same place physically and watching the clips together.
I would hope that a cool twist like that would stop most of the hatred, but okay.
Okay, sorry, I guess? I don't know if you care or not.

The famous one at the beginning of ROTJ. Also, your definition of "good acting" is probably much lower than mine. Like, what acting in Star Wars would you consider bad?
Nobody likes bad guys, if they do, they like them for their evil.

I don't.
Natalie Portman in most of Episode I, Jake Lloyd in the finale of Episode I (mostly just because of how awfully cheesy his lines are, no one on earth could make them sound natural), and, to be honest, Mark Hamill wasn't all that great in the original, but he got way better as the series went on.
Well, yeah, but they can still be good characters, and everyone appreciates a good twist. Well, most people, anyway. I mean, it's Star Wars, someone would find a way to hate it.
Alright, then, good for you. Personally, I do care, I just can't watch PG-13 movies often because of little siblings.
1. A New Hope 2. The Phantom Menace 3. The Empire Strikes Back 4. The Return of the Jedi 5. Revenge of the Sith 6. Attack of the Clones 7. Clone Wars (technically counts since it was a movie :3) 8. The Force Awakens 9. The Holiday Special 10. The Last Jedi.
This is not based on the critical competency of the movies, but rather, on my personal experiences with them. I watched the prequels when I was very young so I actually like them quite a lot -- particularly the Phantom Menace. Midichlorians and Pod Racing for the win.
Also -- I have not seen the Holiday Special, but I really hate the Last Jedi, so I used the Holiday Special to make TLJ the butt of a joke
That's kind of unfairly mean to poor old Episode VIII, but anyway, YIKES!!! Episode I at 2nd place!?!?!? I don't think I've ever seen that before! I mean, I guess if it's based on childhood nostalgia, that kinda makes sense, but still, that's insanely high.
There's no such thing as "unfairly mean" when it comes to VIII
I'd rather watch 10 hours of kid Anakin trying spinning, forgetting about it, and spinning again

*sigh* I doubt you would actually literally prefer what you said, but whatever. At this point, I've just decided to peacefully disagree with Episode VIII's haters. You let me enjoy my movie in peace, and I'll let you yell at it in peace if you really want to.

Got to watch Solo last night. Here's my ranking with Solo included:
1. Rogue One tied with The Empire Strikes Back - 10/10 2. The Last Jedi - 9.8/10 3. A New Hope - 9.5/10 4. The Force Awakens - 9/10 5. Return of the Jedi - 8/10 6. Revenge of the Sith - 7/10 7. Solo - 6.5/10 (was just okay although not bad and it was a little bit better than I expected. It's just nothing I'll be seeing again at home anytime soon) 8. Attack of the Clones - 6/10 9. The Phantom Menace - 5.5/10
1) Revenge of the Sith 2) The Force Awakens 3) Return of the Jedi 4) The Empire Strikes Back 5) The Last Jedi 6) Solo 7) Attack of the Clones 8) A New Hope 9) Rogue One 10) the Phantom Menace 11) The Rise of Skywalker
I've gotta say, the only two I dislike are the last two, I just grew up on the prequels so that's why some of them are a little high haha!
