O, I have a great way to spin this, if those 2 agree with you. I am allowed to keep 4 submarines (plus ill build 1 as a command sub) and the other 8 get exchanged for an aircraft carrier, and maybe also 2 light cruisers. (But ill be fine with just an aircraft carrier) If you think that's OP the crocs are nearly finished with 2 aircraft carriers in 4 days.

I'm fine with boats (although the Bear vessels are oversized), but no tribe besides the Crocs would have the nerve to use submarines.

Bears are not oversized, they are realistic, they have realistic measurements for realistic ships. Also the gorillas are used to being locked up in mechs, so submarines are like an underwater home to them, also although gorillas cant swim, most other monkeys can, and many do enjoy swimming*

Without submarines they don't have enough underwater firepower to sink anything. A battalion of Croc Marines doesn't carry torpedo launchers.

I kinda get your point and I would vote on 2 conditions: 1) I am allowed to have 4 regular submarines, and 1 command sub 2) the rest will be turned into something else 3) This is only for like 6 months until the other tribes, *discover* submarines 4) I wont build the Bismarck so people could the bears could *discover* how to build it.
OK, so I've reached a decision. The Crocs can have any naval boat they come up with and realistically build, maintenance, and operate as long as it's run through the FAC. I think allied Tribes that are not with the Crocs would need to collaborate with each other in order to produce a substantial naval force. But, I feel the Gorillas, Wolves, Eagles, and Bears could come up with a small naval force on their own. It is against Lion instincts to submerge themselves in a pressurized container. Each of the listed tribes could have about 4 subs by themselves. These are my opinions. What do you guys think?
