Ok so can I have some air force like 4 helicopters and 8 planes?: I used the agent helicopter (I like lego agents) it is not for combat. (It uses like 4 chi per day)
The other idea I have is a jet bomber (this will be military) (It would use about 3 chi per day 12 hours of flight) (and can reach mach 1 with 3 chi per hour at mach 1)
I know i never ran Razic/Rinilwar's signature jet, the Locktalon F-117 "Nightraven" Stealth Fighter, so i'll run it through anyways.
Basically it has the ability to be invisible to radar and also cloak itself to be invisible TO THE NAKED EYE, so that costs like what? 2 orbs of Chi to run it's radar jammers and five orbs to run it's cloaking generators?
It's engine requires 3 chi to run since the plane can go at super-sonic speeds. 4 chi MAX if it wants to go at Hyper-sonic speeds.
and it's armament is four Air-to-air AIM-9 Sidewinder Missiles that are guided by Infrared homing and their speed is Unverified (around Mach 2.7) costs one orb to make, and and a good sum of technology.
It's secondary armament is 6 Air-to-Surface QXA-7 Experimental Seismic Missiles that are devastating to trenches and tunnel networks and some buildings. The missiles cause sharp spires of rock to jut out of the ground, impaling said building or fortification. Costs 2 orbs to make.
And basically, here's what it looks like, just pretend it has more "Raven-like" Features on it, like talons for landing gear, more "Feathered winglets" and more of a raven-like beak. Plus the Wings Row Monarchy Coat of Arms on it's tail-wings and middle body.
The plane's call-sign is "Nighthawk" so that is what it should be referred to in the RP's on radio calls by other NPC's and (To and Rp storyline extent) RPC's, since this plane was made in a joint-operation between the eagles and Talon Industries... until the Wings Row Monarchy stole this prototype for Razic as a gift for his birthday, you could still see some scratched out markings of the Talon Industries Logo and some Eagle Tribe logos as well on it. Looks beautiful, ain't it?

I think the helicopters are fine but the jets are a little out of Gorilla expertise.
I don't how else to say this, so I'll say it this way: NO ONE BESIDES THE CROCS SHOULD HAVE SUBMARINES.
If you can squeeze one of the other non-aquatic tribes who hate swimming into a metal swimming machine, good for you. The Crocs like swimming, so they would actually enjoy using swimming machines. Almost every other tribe (Beavers are the one exception) cannot swim, especially the Lions. I'm fine with boats (although the Bear vessels are oversized), but no tribe besides the Crocs would have the nerve to use submarines.

Bears are not oversized, they are realistic, they have realistic measurements for realistic ships. Also the gorillas are used to being locked up in mechs, so submarines are like an underwater home to them, also although gorillas cant swim, most other monkeys can, and many do enjoy swimming*

I agree. Until they've been using boats for a long time, (I also think that most boats should be fairly small for now; it takes years to construct large ships IRL) the land-based tribes should not be building submarines.

Well we already have, like 4 tribes have built subs. I get where you're coming from... but I will still use submarine. Based on my submarines are like mech assumption... Also humans aren't a particularly naval species. I will still use aircraft carriers and submarines.
OOC: Japanese snow monkeys like to swim, that's almost like a short gorilla... so yeah...
