This is the place to have all your new and creative ideas canonized for the RP. Submit your request and the committee will review it.
Small weapons such as a sword, pistol, or rifle do not have to be canonized unless they involve alternate energy sources other than chi.
All vehicles must be canonized however.
Seeing as how the RP is still rather small, the committee will consist of 4 users voted upon by all users in RP.
RULES OF RP:
Each user must have 1 RPC to RP.
Limit of characters per user: 3. 1 RPC with all other alternate characters being weaker than RPC. NPCs are weaker than RPCs and alternate characters.

INTERMEDIATE AND FREE BATTLES
No character can use OP weapons, vehicles, or equipment. No immortality, magic, or super powers (other than ice/fire powers or that given through chi).
No alternate sources or kinds of Chi.

It's a little bit faster, stronger and with more powerful weaponry than the standard Copter.

I would think that's alright, however we need to vote on the FAC committee before it can be officially approved. Since I started this topic, I will not vote but I will monitor other's votes.

A-2: No. You do not. Unless someone disagrees, you do not need to approve a speedor, unless it utilizes some extremely uncanon or OP weapon/device. Each character should automatically have a speedor. If you wish, you can go through the process of building your speedor if you like.
