When has my arguments for anything been purely canonical? Also, this kind of canon is a lot less of canon, and more of no information on the subject. And as I said, this IS the first time I've stretched canon myself. (the tanks are canonically stretched by Kitkat, and I've taken advantage of his stretch to make my own units)

I didn't say you couldn't have them. I just said you where stretching canon to have heavily armored trolls. Just remember how much trouble we had with the Beornings.
Might I suggest that we add another region to hold the valleys beneath the MMs? The Carrock was quite a way away; it was several hours on the eagles, and they fly far faster than creatures of the ground travel. It doesn't seem right that the Carrock region should directly border Goblin Town.
Is that really neccessary? If you feel it is, then sure, give me another 500 MWE to roam the earth. It'll never get taken over because no-one can find it, and also I'm pretty sure that they surfaced in a part of the Carrock, and it was several Hours on Eagle to somewhere near men. Men were fairly far into the Carrock is essentially what I read, if not only in the Wilderlands and the Vales of Anduin.
Give you 500 MWE? Um MM you seem to be forgetting that you will be facing me for control of the vale.
Though we don't know where Gandalf was intending to go. He may have been meaning to go to Dol Guldur.
It's stated in the Hobbit that he meant to take the Old Forest Road. Aside from that, he warned the dwarves never to go anywhere near Dol Guldor. He wouldn't have taken them there. And there's no point traveling at least half the length of the Greenwood when there's a road in front of you.
So maybe make the HQ at the carrock and make a crossings of the Adunin just south of that along the old forest road?
I was also watching the movies on YT last night. And in the BOFA, when Thorin and the dwarves charge, there is Trolls. Which are smashed before the dwarves reach them. Only explanation, crossbows and bows, or maybe javelins. The trolls just melt under the missile fire. This PROVES how weak trolls are to missiles.
Maybe from Gundabad, but considering how it's not only 2-1 on whether or not they are weak, and the fact that the trolls come from different places, AND the fact of the armor. . .
The trolls where armored, watch the scene. So they are at lest weak to crossbows, and they would be weak to armor piercing arrows for longbows.
Really? AWESOME! That is much better than having to fight over Goblin Town.
Yep. Though you will still have to fight to keep Goblin Town.
That was going to happen either way. At least this way I don't need to worry about getting the troops in the first place. Also, it's more likely that I'll have to continuosely fight in the High Pass than anyone conquering Goblin Town.

First off, the armor doesn't add much and second, the Beornings was more about Fairness than Canon.

Umm. . . OK, I think we're talking about different places. I'm talking about the valleys and tunnels under the Misty Mountains, which is what I THINK was what they were suggesting, because That Goblin Town opens into the Carrock. I probably won't fight you over Carrock, I'll grab the High Pass, and as long as that's secured, then I'll send goblins down to help the other Morian Orcs.

Yeah, that's the bad-armor that I mentioned in my other post, about how Trolls are NOT properly armored in the Movies. And armor-Piercing arrows is probably not going to make it through 2-3 layers of armor.

@themarshalcody: I have a couple of questions about how you're going to run Isengard:
1. What is your policy on me or other members making units? Because I really enjoy making strange units, and names that separate from other units etc.
2. Can you give me numbers? I want to start making my armies, and I can't do that without numbers. (please include how many Wild Men and how many Uruk-Hai, if it matters I'd like more Uruk-Hai)
3. What's Your plan to do with our troops? I kind of expect you to answer this in jammers, but I'd still like to know your plan.

Okay, I've decided on joining this RP after all. I'd prefer joining as a 2ic somewhere, but if y'all are in desperate need of a 1ic for lack of other players, I'll concede. Also, I'd prefer being with good for a change.
And if anyone would like to give me a list of the basics here, I'd appreciate it. Not everything - if it follows the rules of the old RP, I already know them. Just what's unique to this RP. Thanks!
And for those of you who don't know me, I'm Rex. I lead the Mordor HQ in 2013, I believe, and was pretty inexperienced at that point. Then later on I lead the Umbar HQ, where I really started getting the hang of things. If you're interested, my empire at one point went from Tolfalas, most of southern Gondor, up north to Enedwaith, and, as EE mentioned a while ago, I continuously ravaged the Grey Havens. I never won any massive victories, but a highlight of my career was definitely fighting for my life in the great battle of Osgiliath, as I'm sure some still remember. So you could say I know my fair share of things. I'm very eager to try out this new RP and meet some of you new people.
Glad to see you're coming to stay (and actually participate)!
Now if only Dre and Lion would come back, then I think we'd have most of our old gang back together, assuming that Argh pops over from the Fourth-age RP.
Yeah, we'll see how well it goes, but I hope I can manage.
Is Argh here? =O I wasn't aware of that. I just wish there was some way we could reach them... they never showed up on the LMB wiki, did they?

Old MOrdor Leader? Same here! I'm now Moria and Isengard, but you know. umm. . . Here are the good HQ's I believe: Elves (Lothlorien/Mirkwood) Bree: Rivendell Erebor: Blue Mountains? Iron Hills? Rohan: Fangorn Gondor: Dol Amroth Their is one more, but I don't remember it.
So, the new rules has each of the 6 HQ's on each side have a Sub-HQ. For the HQ, it's essentially a region that gives you a half-HQ. The Sub HQ, for Isengard is the Wild Men, in Dunland (pretty sure). Isengard starts with a base 20,000 MWE. They'll march over and conquer, And then 10,000 Wild Men units can start walking around Middle Earth, under the Isengard players. I think I explained that decently.
Cool, I believe I remember you from when you lead Mordor, actually! Alright, I think I'll probably lead Mirkwood, but I despise having the elves at 1.3 MWE... it requires so much more math. ( ._.)
Pretty ingenious. We should try to get more participants though.
Heeeyyyy, I remember you! xD Pretty good, though school has been difficult recently. I'll survive, though. I believe is was 2ic at Isengard at one point. The 1ic wasn't that active, so I practically led two HQs. Sadly, I think we'll still be on opposite sides. I'd like to take over Mirkwood, seeing as it has no leader and I've wanted to change sides. Although I'd like to know, Lorien is much closer to Dol Guldur than it is to Mirkwood. Suppose I do lead Mirkwood - would I automatically have Lorien, or would I have to take it like any other region? Because it seems like Dol Guldur or some other place would be able to take it faster than I could. And since I've never led an elven HQ, is the normal elven value 1.3 MWE? And would the same apply for Lorien?
You will have to claim it, and trust me I've got the same concerns. I'm leading Moria, and I'm closer to Rivendell (Bree's Sub HQ) and we're equal distances away from the High Pass and my Sub-HQ of Goblin Town. If push comes to shove, I'm probably going to trade Rivendell for the Goblin HQ, and then push my way out. I'm 2ic of Isengard in this RP, and I believe EmeraldEddie is 3ic (might not be him, but their already is one.)
Okay, that really concerns me. If you want my opinion, it doesn't make sense for an orc HQ to take control of an elven/man sub HQ...it's pretty weird. But, if that's the way it goes, so be it. It doesn't matter too much to me, I suppose.

In the words of my favorite Youtuber "Mae Gavonion Mellyn nin and well met indeed my friends"
Hi rex! I'm glad your finally here!
I'm not going to reply to everything since others all ready have. But I'm glad to have you as my HQ leader. (I'm the only other member in Mirkwood.)
Y'know, I'm not going to even bother with a fancy reply. 'Sup, 8L? xD
Glad to be here after I might have said I wouldn't a while ago *cough*
Thanks. No way, you're in the Mirkwood HQ, too? I'm going to be in Mirkwood only, since I won't have all the time in the world for the RP and I'll be the 1ic, which I didn't originally intend.
I know. My point is that I plan to have my HQ's own them (and fight for them and claim them) so I feel like I may as well post them. I'll be working in those regions a lot, so I post them, same as I did for the Fourth Age RP.
Good luck with that. You will have to fight both me and rex, both good generals who capured empires in the old RP. Your going to be fighting against three sub-HQs and at least one full HQ.
And here's an idea: how about no one who's HQ is directly bordering certain topics will post said topics? It would definitely make things more fair all around. Just a thought.
