Shifting to the East poses the problem of HQs. Their are no bad HQ's in the East, the closest are the Misty Mountains line.
Ahem... there's Mordor, Rhun, and Dol Guldur in the east. Harad and Umbar are further south, but still in the east.
Personally, I'd rather have the RP cover all of Middle-Earth. It's more fun that way.
Gah! why do I mix up which Direction things are in Middle Earth? Actually, I do it on Earth naturally, so I guess it shouldn't be surprising.
Yeah, let's keep it unique, and have it cover the whole Middle Earth (minus places like Valinor, Tharband (I know I'm spelling that wrong) and First and second Age locations that aren't around anymore)

How does the idea work? I think we should keep this RP somewhat distinct from the other one, but it'd be helpful to know what you guys are doing over there, and how well it's working.

The idea is Mainly abstract. It's one person for each player that is Extremely good at fighting, and gives boosts to people fighting near him. It isn't really working and has mostly flopped, but then most of the RP seems to have flopped while we're waiting for Bobbywan and LegoAquilino, so. . .

I can't believe I had the same awful signature for nearly 8 years. Sorry for disappearing for 2 months, life happened for a bit.
Do we want the same reagons? Since it seems like maybe we should shift more toward the east. Maybe have one Grey havens reagon, one blue mountions, and a underhill, then focus more on the east. The center of the RP seems to be the Anduin Vale and so it would make sence to focuse the reagons there.

I ment focusing in the vale of auduin. Since we will nead more reagons there. Since we have five HQ's there.
I've finished the southern portion of the map. still have some work to do yet, though.

I would say that's a good idea, but the quality likely wouldn't be too great due to the file size limit. Better probably to upload it to the Galleries and share a link.

That sounds about right. Perhaps Rhun would be the ranged cavalry, while Harad would be the melee cavalry.
Sounds good, would Rhun or Khand get the wains?
Probably Rhun. Personally, I see Rhun built on chariots/wains, light horse-archers, and some light/medium infantry, while Khand more on medium/heavy infantry.
