I'd quote it, but for some reason, I don't have the option to quote it, despite the fact that I can do it for my other posts.
Anyways, it's about 4 posts up from the bottom of the last page. Just above you completing the trench. If you could respond to it when you get a chance, that'd be great.

Ah, that makes sense, thanks.
Speaking of moderation, do I have the ability (as rep) to moderate posts? Or is it just (de)sticky-ing threads and the like? If the former, I haven't figured out how to do it yet.

You shouldn't be able to moderate.
Cool, just wanted to make sure I knew what I could and could not do.

*sigh* My troops are coming from Gorgoroth, not past the Crossings of Poros. My troops are maintaining 2 defensive lines (1 in combat, one building a wall) that protect Mordor and the lands beyond. My troops have been coming from behind that line and joining up with the other lines all this time. Therefore, nulled. Also, I've looked at maps, and I should be able to do this, so don't think I have some misguided notion of the land. I looked at a very broad, undetailed map, and it shows almost exactly what I'm seeing. *100% on the wall, I missed 2 days* *The Khandish Seige weapons stop at the Wall.* *The 2nd army begins contructing a Trench in front, 50%* *all other infantry and archers begin moving back to the new defensive line.* *My cavalry stays where it is, outside of Minas Morgul.*
It doesn't matter whether they come from Poros, Gorgoroth, or the Orocarni. Your troops are in Minas Morgul, which is in a valley just off the main road. My troops are in the middle of the road leading through that valley. That road is the only reasonable way into Minas Morgul. Either of us could send troops along the main road, and yours couldn't do anything about it. But you can't have your siege engines meet up with the orcs, since I have the only path blocked.
"I looked at a very broad, undetailed map, and it shows almost exactly what I'm seeing." Key words: broad and undetailed. The map in my little paperback copy of LOTR doesn't show it. But it also doesn't show the tunnel leading into Mt. Doom. Does that mean said tunnel doesn't exist? No, it just means that the map isn't detailed enough to show it. So I'm nulling the siege engines' move, go ahead and redo it.
Of course I haven't been listening enough. Ugh. OK, it sounds like we've both been hearing one thing, and saying another. I've been saying that the way into Mordor is sealed by my wall, and since you said that the pass into Gorgoroth was blocked by Minas Morgul (or at least I thought I saw that) I've been assuming that I could make a retreat into Gorgoroth if needed. Which is what you've been seeming to allow, until now. I've said several times that my troops are blocking acsess to Gorgoroth, and I've thought that Minas Morgul (at least the tower) is on that path through the mountains.

No problem
Nope, or at least you shouldn't It's pretty self-explanatory if you do have the ability; A big banner appears on top of the post that says "Awaiting Moderation"

Yeah, I think that's pretty much what's happened. I've been trying to say the whole time that Minas Morgul isn't on the main road, but apparently I've done a poor job of saying it. The city of Minas Morgul isn't directly on the main road, so your troops there aren't blocking anything. You may have built a wall accross the Morgul Vale, but that wouldn't have been in (or near) Minas Morgul. Lemme try making a diagram:
CC R = Road RR M CC C = Cirith Ungol MBMMMMMMMM RRRRRRRRRRR M = Morgulduin River M RRRRRRRRRRRRRRR B = Bridge R W = Minas Morgul R WW WWW
This is obvioulsy very rough, but it should get the point across. After crossing the Morgulduin river, the main road goes east, while a separate, smaller road (leading to Minas Morgul) branches off south-ish. My troops are occuppying a spot somewhere between the two "Rs", along the road that leads to Minas Morgul. Since the city is in a valley, surrounded by mountains, it's only accessible via this road. Hence, your troops are blocked in Minas Morgul. Any wall you may have built must be along the main road, for it to have any effect on travel through the Vale.

That shows that I could begin a retreat down the pass before you get close enough to attack me. Therefore, my move would still stand, just not in the way I was seeing it (although once I had gotten to my fail-safe position, then it wouldn't matter much anyway.)

Sorry, but I've been having really bad moderation: The last couple days my computer says that their was 9 mods online within the time of a post, and it wasn't moderated. (after 15 hours or more) so I must have missed it because of that.

Does it? My troops had (as you told me) already crossed the river when I took control of them. They've been blocking that road for nearly all the time since then. So other than your Army 2 (which effectively moved out before I took over), your army hasn't had a chance to escape my blockade since I moved them to their current position. So I don't see how it could stand.
Sorry to be stubborn, it just feels like we're looking at entirely different battles.

That's fine, my posts do seem to be taking a while to get up. I'm leaving for a weeklong baseball trip/vacation this Saturday, so I just want to make sure to keep moving with the battles I'm in.
