I realize that. Also, the small wall is essentially. . . 4 feet high I believe? and is essentially a steppe to give my troops the high ground. I built it before Bobbywan crossed the river, and then halted contruction (it will be much larger.) Their is also a ditch. This is where my main force is.
So Army 2 is fine, but everything else is still in Minas Morgul.
But if they're on top of the wall, how does it shield them? And how big are your siege engines? 4 feet isn't going to make a huge difference, I would think.
*My siege engines continue to pound yours as before, perhaps moving up slightly to compensate for the wall.* *Archers prepare to fire at certain areas, so that when some cavalry approach that area, they fire. My cavalry ready themselves.*
Yes.
Only some of my Infantry are on the wall. And the Siege Weapons are. . . I believe it's like 7 or 8 feet (not 100% sure on this, ask Tuvok), which with a 4-foot wall and a 4-foot Orc, it would wreak some decent havoc in your siege weapons aim. *The Cavalry stop, letting the siege weapons fight it out.*
Oh, and because it's been enough time, It'll be this move to: *400 worth of siege weapons from Khand enter.* Look's like you'll have your work cut out for you. I'll get the numbers and types tommorow, unless you want to look it up yourself.

And they've been in the region for a day, time for their first move. *The Siege Weapons from Khand join with the Orcish seige weapons and begin firing.* Might have a bit of an easier time hitting some of these, as they aren't all less than 7 feet. 4 Trebuchet (120 worth) 28 Onagers (280) 7 Siege Ballistae (86) 2 Ballistae (14) Think you're outnumbered now, so I now hold all the advantages in a Seige weapon battle and most of the advantages in a close up battle! Awesome!

So the ballistae are almost 10 feet tall. The orcs...as I expressed via sarcasm at Udun Vale, using orcs to stop siege engine fire isn't really effective. With a scorpion or small ballistae, it would at least stop the shot, at the cost of an orc. But I have numerous trebuchets and similar large engines. The rocks that they would be firing would just smash the orcs backwards into the siege engines.
*Siege engines continue firing as before*

Not so fast, cowboy. The Orcish siege engines are currently in the ruins of Minas Morgul. As noted earlier, Minas Morgul is accessible only through a road that branches off the main road. My troops are currently occupying a spot on the smaller road leading to Minas Morgul. So your Khand weapons can't just "join up" with the orcish stuff, since that would require going through my troops. Hence:
*As soon as the Khandish siege engines are noticed behind my troops, 1000 Gondor Cavalry break away from my troops. They charge towards the (Khandish) siege engines, as spread out as much as they can be.*

Mods, it said that Shamrock posted something, but I can't see it, and it's been 10 hours. I can see some stuff from an hour ago, so can you check it out?

The orcs aren't blocking shots, they're wreaking havoc in aim, making your troops miss more often.

*sigh* My troops are coming from Gorgoroth, not past the Crossings of Poros. My troops are maintaining 2 defensive lines (1 in combat, one building a wall) that protect Mordor and the lands beyond. My troops have been coming from behind that line and joining up with the other lines all this time. Therefore, nulled. Also, I've looked at maps, and I should be able to do this, so don't think I have some misguided notion of the land. I looked at a very broad, undetailed map, and it shows almost exactly what I'm seeing. *100% on the wall, I missed 2 days* *The Khandish Seige weapons stop at the Wall.* *The 2nd army begins contructing a Trench in front, 50%* *all other infantry and archers begin moving back to the new defensive line.* *My cavalry stays where it is, outside of Minas Morgul.*

I need to do a bit of research on this first, so I'm gonna do that when I have time. Expect a response within a day or so.

It doesn't matter whether they come from Poros, Gorgoroth, or the Orocarni. Your troops are in Minas Morgul, which is in a valley just off the main road. My troops are in the middle of the road leading through that valley. That road is the only reasonable way into Minas Morgul. Either of us could send troops along the main road, and yours couldn't do anything about it. But you can't have your siege engines meet up with the orcs, since I have the only path blocked.
"I looked at a very broad, undetailed map, and it shows almost exactly what I'm seeing." Key words: broad and undetailed. The map in my little paperback copy of LOTR doesn't show it. But it also doesn't show the tunnel leading into Mt. Doom. Does that mean said tunnel doesn't exist? No, it just means that the map isn't detailed enough to show it. So I'm nulling the siege engines' move, go ahead and redo it.
