To start, my deepest condolences to your loss of the man you sent to arrest me. I hear he was a good man, and that he was smashed by a yet-to-be-identified savage. Why, if I catch da mug what did dis... Yes, well, anyway...
Next, thank you for sending me the appropriate vehicle file. I will be submitting a new vehicular chart, nearly the same as the original. More has been added, few have been removed due to your irking comments.
Either way, below I will also post a new QR list.
FYI, the way to properly use a QR list is to copy the list, paste it, and after each vehicle you state your opinion. I urge you not to waste time and space quoting the entire post, to not tamper with the QR list, to not add extra paragraphs, keep approvals limited to less than three words, specify disapprovals with great efficiency, and above all, don't give be brick about anything. Just state WHY you feel you should give me brick.
From the Highest of the Honored, Lord Woldros, Alpha Wolf
P.S. Below is a key to specify the new fields in the updated Vehicle Profile.
Vehicle Acronym: Brief title ot the vehicle, so as not to waste time typing out vehicle names.
Vehicle: The actual vehicle name.
Basically It's A: Submarine, Car, Airplane, etc. The vehicle in it's simplest description.
Description: A more detailed description.
Vehicle Size: Length from front to back, width from side to side, height from top to bottom.
Crew: How many crewmen and passengers the vehicle holds.
Weapons:
>A list of all of the vehicle's weapons.
Power of Weapons:
>Same list, but describing the power of previously stated weapons.
Armor Thickness: How much damage can the vehicle take before the armor is breached?
Primary Use: War vehicle, transporting cargo, etc.
Max Speed: Since I only know MPH, you'll have to deal with that. If you absolutely demand a kilometer measurement or whatever, look it up online, I simply don't care.
CCR: Chi Consumption Rate per day of war circumstances. This is in orbs, and by orbs, I mean the size of a single stud. I assume a single stud contains sufficient power to make an average car go for an hour or so. I am not entirely sure about the size of an orb or the power of a single orb, so I will be guessing mostly. If you care to correct me, then please, point out an official chart or something.
DISCLAIMER: Some vehicles may be entirely different than before, so pay attention to this list, not the last one. Thank you.
Vehicle Acronym: L-BT
Vehicle: Land Class Battlefield Transport
Basically It's A: Car built for the battlefield.
Description: Open-topped, four-wheel drive, shatter-proof windshield, two seats in front, two in back, tow cable on front, "I Break For My Pack" bumper sticker.
Basically a L-AV without a turret. For officers, soldiers, innocent bystanders, and others who need to get across hostile terrain.
Vehicle Size: 9' long, 6' wide, 5' high
Crew: 1 Driver, 3 Passengers
Weapons:
>None
Power of Weapons:
>None
Armor Thickness:
>Although the top is open and passengers can easily be shot from multiple angles, the main body is strong enough to deflect minor and stray fire and shrapnel. Larger explosions, like direct grenades or missiles, could flip the vehicle of smash through the armor.
Windshield is shatterproof.
Primary Use: Transportation across hostile enviroment.
Max Speed: 120 MPH
CCR: 4 Orb engine allows the vehicle to drive continuously for 24 hours straight.
Vehicle Acronym: L-TC
Vehicle: Land Class Troop Carrier
Basically It's A: Large rectangular vehicle on wheels that carries armies.
Description: Large, rectangular, two-story carrier. Dark grey. Upper level has enough room for twenty soldiers, including racks for holding weapons and first aid kits.
Lower level is similar. In the front of the lower level is the cockpit where two pilots control the massive craft.
To connect the two levels, there is a large rectangular lift that allows soldiers in the upper level to file into the lower level and down the exit ramp.
The entire vehicle rests on eight large wheels, has durable armor, no weapons, and opens up in the rear to deposit soldiers.
Vehicle Size: 40' long, 30' wide, 20' tall
Crew: 2 Pilots, 40 Passengers
Weapons:
>None
Power of Weapons:
>None
Armor Thickness:
>Can withstand light laser fire and explosions such as grenades, but will be breached under heavy fire, large boulders, small missiles.
Primary Use: Transporting troops over large distances, dropping them into battle, extracting troops from battle.
Max Speed: 50 MPH
CCR: 12 Orb engine allows vehicle to travel all day and all night for 24 hours. After 24 hours, 12 Orbs must be replaced.
Vehicle Acronym: L-AV
Vehicle: Land Class Assault Vehicle
Basically It's A: Car with a turret in back.
Description: Open topped, grey armor on sides, front and back, two front seats, manual turret mounted in back, four wheels, shatter-proof windshield, tow cable attached to front. Includes four-wheel drive.
>WolfLaser turret capable of causing minor to major skin burns. Fifteen minutes of continuous fire can gradually break through stone. Impact enough to make a soldier stagger, fall, and be lasered to death.
Armor Thickness:
>Although the top is open and the passengers are vulnerable, the armor surrounding the vehicle's inner workings can withstand minor fire and shrapnel, but can be tipped by average-sized explosions. Large explosions can penetrate the armor and destroy the workings inside. Simply shooting te driver would be a more efective way of cripling the vehicle, but the windshield is shatterproof, thus can only be blown off the vehicle.
Primary Use: Rolling into battle, portable turret.
Max Speed: 120 MPH
CCR: 4 Orb engine allows the vehicle to drive through the battlefield for 24 hours or until it blows up. The turret runs on a seperate power source.
Vehicle Acronym: L-AT
Vehicle: Land Class Assault Tank
Basically It's A: Tank.
Description: Imagine a tank with grey armor. Cannon on top. Small laser cannon attached to side of cannon.
Underneath canon, right in front of it, is a small cockpit within the vehicle. Behind the cannon is another cockpit, for a second driver/gunner.
Up to six soldiers can also sit on the sides of the tank, although there is no safety restraints and running up against a wall could break the soldier's legs off.
>1 manual WolfLaser cannon attached to primary cannon
Power of Weapons:
>WolfMissile cannon capable of firing one 3' missile, capable of destroying an average-sized car, cripple a small building, or minorly damage a large building. Cannon must be reloaded after every shot. 3 days IRL to reload.
>WolfLaser cannon provides continuous fire, equivelent to that of a gatling gun.
Armor Thickness:
>Most of the cannon's armor is fairly sturdy, but can be penetrated with sufficient explosions. Constant laser fire can shred the treads within fifteen minutes of continuous fire. But the biggest weakspot are the two cockpits. They are loosely armored, with pop-open hatches. To disable a cockpit, a small explosive precisely launched or placed on the slow-moving vehicle will destroy the cockpit, and if the driver remains, him too. Of course, the vehicle is designed for easy escape, so if the pilot sees a projectile that wil do bodily harm to him, he can hop out and duck out of the way.
Primary Use: Heavy assault.
Max Speed: 40 MPH
CCR: 8 Orb engine can power the tank for 24 hours of war. Both weapons run on seperate power sources.
Vehicle Acronym: Mini L-AV
Vehicle: Miniature Land Class Assault Vehicle
Basically It's A: Smaller version of the car with a turret, with extra firepower.
Description: Grey armor, open-topped, shatterproof windshield, one seat in front, one manual rocket turret in back, four-wheel drive.
This vehicle is thinner than the average L-AV, and thus can go where larger vehicles cannot. The cannon offers greater but limited firepower, and these vehicles are usually grouped in threes.
>1 manual WolfMissile turret. Two barrels, each barrel has three launchers.
Power of Weapons:
>WolfMissile turret contains six charges at a time. Each charge is equivalent to that of a grenade. After all six shots are spent, vehicle must return to base to reload turret.
Armor Thickness:
>Although the vehicle is open-topped, the main body is covered in a fairly strong armor. Constant fire, minor explosions could penetrate it. This vehicle was built for small strikes, not prolonged combat.
Primary Use: Minor combat, scouting missions, drive-by attacks.
Max Speed: 150 MPH
CCR: 4 Orb engine allows the vehicle to run for 24 hours, although after the six charges are spent, the vehicle isn't expected to last long in average war circumstances.
Vehicle Acronym: O-SV
Vehicle: Ocean Class Sailing Vessel
Basically It's A: Pirate ship.
Description: Three decks.
Top deck, railing all around, three masts, six sails, helm, captain's quarters, crow's nest, four turrets against railing, boarding planks. Also features a dingy (Did I spell that right?).
Middle deck, five cannons on either side, extra ammo and Chi, extra weapons and armor, medical kits.
Lower deck, cargo hold, ship patches, water pumps, barometer, multi-level hammocks for crew, small brig.
This ship is designed for multiple purposes, including assault, troop and cargo transport, and for sailing around wearing eye patches and saying "AAAAARGH!"
Vehicle Size: 90' long, 30' wide, 30' high (main body), 40' high (body w/ captain's quarters), 60' high (body w/ masts)
>4 manual WolfMissile turrets on top deck. Each turret contains eight small missiles. Each ship carries two extra rounds (three rounds, 21 missiles total) per turret. After shots are used, takes 3 IRL days to reload.
>10 Cannons, 5 left, 5 right, on middle deck. Just basic blackpowder-and-cannon-ball cannons. After every shot, 1 IRL day to reload.
Power of Weapons:
>4 WolfMissile turrets fire missiles capable of smashing five soldiers tho are standing together. Can cause significant damage to ships, prolonged firing could fatally cripple a larger ship.
>10 cannons are as powerful as normal cannons. See Pirates of the Caribbean for more details.
Armor Thickness:
>Though it is essentially made of thick wood, minor laser fire and small explosions wouldn't do much. High impact, fire, large explosions, etc. would be more likely to sink the ship. Of course, the top deck is open, so not much armor there. Also keep in mind that the ship features boarding planks, so if the ship goes down, the soldiers wouldn't.
Best plan ever? Tip it over. I dunno how, that's your problem.
Primary Use: Multiple uses, major attack, troop and cargo transport, patrolling the seas.
Max Speed: Depends
CCR: That's the beauty of this. It doesn't run on Chi. It's at the mercy of the wind. The turrets are powered by seperate Chi sources.
So yeah. Wind power.
Vehicle Acronym: O-AB
Vehicle: Ocean Class Assault Boat
Basically It's A: Speedboat with a turret.
Description: White speedboat, two front seats, turret in back, shatterproof windshield.
Vehicle Size: 12' long, 7' wide, 5' high (main body), 10' high (body w/ turret)
Crew: 1 Driver, 1 Passenger, 1 Gunner
Weapons:
>1 manual WolfLaser turret in rear.
Power of Weapons:
>WolfLaser turret fires a steady stream of lasers, like that of a machine gun. Lasers act like bullets, although instead of leaving a bullet behind, they provide a more burning-quality.
Armor Thickness:
>Armor is relatively weak, though sturdy enough to hold off minor fire and explosions. Large amounts of firepower would undoubtedly sink the ship. Fortunately what it lacks in strength it makes up for in speed and maneuverability.
Primary Use: Assault.
Max Speed: 200 MPH
CCR: 5 Orb engine allows the boat to zoom across the waves for 24 straight hours under war circumstances. Turret runs on seperate power source.
Vehicle Acronym: O-SS
Vehicle: Ocean Class Submersible Ship
Basically It's A: Submarine.
Description: Large greay oval, larger in front, fins and propeller on rear, periscope on top, torpedo launcher on bottom.
Inside, living quarters, galley, torpedo room, sonar, radar, controls, oxygen tanks, etc.
Basically, just your average submarine. I get this inspiration from the movie Down Periscope. Highly recommended, probably PG-13.
Vehicle Size: 50' long, 15' wide, 20' high
Crew: 1 Captain, 15 Crewmen
Weapons:
>2 WolfMissile torpedo launchers. Fires underwater charges. After two torpedoes are exhausted, takes 5 IRL posts to reload. Each sub contains 10 torpedoes, that's 5 rounds.
Power of Weapons:
>WolfMissile torpedoes are capable of blasting a hole in the bottom of a pirate ship and sink it. Downside: No steering mechanisms. You have to have the torpedo launcher pointing DIRECTLY AT your target to get a hit. Fortunately, there is a targeting monitor, so you can at least see what you're aiming at.
Armor Thickness:
>Very durable. Consider the fact that when underwater, only certain missiles and torpedoes would be able to do much damage.
Above water, sure, prolonged bullet fire would tear through the armor in about 15 minutes. Minor explosions like grenades would be ineffectual. Average-to-major explosions could damage/cripple the ship.
But below water, everything short of a small missile would be highly ineffectual. Larger missiles and torpedoes would damage/cripple the sub underwater. Fortunately for the sub, water pumps and seals could repair small damage quickly.
All of the crew is fitted with special vests that inflate upon the pulling of a cord, so if a ship does go under, the crew can swim out, pull their cord, and rocket up to the surface.
Primary Use: Underwater patrol, attack, sabotage.
Max Speed: 90 MPH
CCR: 12 Orb engine allows the vehicle to run for 24 hours of battle. This includes all computer power, and the torpedo launcher.
Vehicle Acronym: O-AAC
Vehicle: Ocean Class Aquatic Assault Carrier
Basically It's A: S.H.I.E.L.D. Helicarrier that can't fly.
Description: Just as I said. One massive carrier, bigger than a football field (how big is that? IDK...). Has three runways on top, two vertical, one near the rear at an angle. Four engines, two on either side, very large.
Underneath the runways are aircraft carriers, submarine holds, crew's quarters, control room near the front, water pumps, engine rooms, storage units, etc. etc.
The aircraft carriers and runways are connected by large elevators. Three elevators, one for each runway. Each elevator can hold one plane.
Each carrier can hold a max of 20 one-man planes. Planes can be locked down to the runway, or stored in the carriers. Mechanics stand by to repair and prep vehicles.
The sub carriers can hold two submarines at a time. They can drop the subs into the sea and bring them back in for repairs.
In top are several anti-aircraft guns, for taking down intruders. Several L-AVs could also cruise around the runways and take down intruders.
Please note that there could only be one of these at a time. No more, no less. Building time is negotiable, I'd say fifty (50) days, minimum.
These can definetely be destroyed. Just see MARVEL's The Avengers and Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Destroy and engine, or use a vehicle of equal strength, and you've destroyed/crippled it easily.
In short, an aircraft carrier, battleship, aquatic base, and Wolf-made battlefield all in one.
Vehicle Size: (Dang, I'll have to look this up. Just Google it if I don't get it here."
>20 WolfLaser anti-aircraft machine guns. Each turret placed strategically on top, capable of both automatic or manual fire.
Power of Weapons:
>WolfLaser anti-aircraft guns. Prolonged fire could cripple small vehicles. On automatic mode, %50 guarantee hit. Manual %75 guarantee hit.
Armor Thickness:
>Very durable, although it really depends on where you shoot:
Front winshield, underwater, a good-sized explosion could shatter the glass and destroy a the control room. During battle, blast shields lower over the windshield.
Runways, concrete, large explosions could create large craters, blocking air traffic.
Outer armor, steel, mostly underwater, so average-to-large explosions could damage/cripple it.
Engines, destroy the fan with a large explosion, that entire corner would go under. Two engines down, the ship is as good as down.
Primary Use: Assault carrier, combat, offense, defense, mobile base, etc.
Max Speed: 50 MPH
CCR: 100 Orb engine. Ridic, right? Wait for it: there are four engines. Yeah, that's 400 Orbs right there. This powers it for a good 40 days at sea. But under combat circumstances, more systems are used, the engines go for 20-30 days.
All turrets run on seperate sources, so don't ask.
All additional vehicles ALSO run on seperate sources. Duh, right?
Anyway, after 20-40 days, the carrier has to be brought into dock, so that the Wolves can refuel. This can take from 10-20 IRL days to accomplish.
Vehicle Acronym: O-TT
Vehicle: Ocean Class Troop Transport
Basically It's A: Submersible troop transport, or amphibious ATV.
Description: A box, treads on the bottom, ramp in rear, room for 10 Soldiers inside, driver's seat, radar, sonar, etc., durable armor.
Basically, the soldiers hop in, roll underwater, ride along the ocean floor for a while, until they roll out onto the beach, hop out, and give 'em brick.
Vehicle Size: 15' long, 5' wide, 7' high
Crew: 1 Pilot, 10 Soldiers
Weapons:
>None
Power of Weapons:
>None
Armor Thickness:
>Of course, the ocean blocks most attacks, but the armor has to be strong enough to withstand ocean pressure, and minor-to-average explosions.
Primary Use: Ambush, assault, troop transport.
Max Speed: 60 MPH underwater, 70 MPH on land
CCR: 10 Orb engine keeps the vehicle going underwater for 24 straight hours.
Vehicle Acronym: S-AH
Vehicle: Sky Class Attack Helicopter
Basically It's A: Helicopter of evil.
Description: Big black helicopter. Machine guns and missile launchers on the wings. Extra long, with seats for 6 inside. Bottom can open, for paratroopers.
There are two weapons per wing. Under the wing closer to the body, there are WolfLaser cannons. Under the wing farther from the body, there are WolfMissile launchers.
Note: Vehicle can be modified into a S-AH Mod. Ditch the wings, add a sliding door on either side, ditch 4 of the seats, add two manual rapid-fire turrets inside.
S-AH Mods are designed for more fly-by attacks and anti-aircraft strikes.
>2 WolfMissile launchers that fire small missiles. Missiles aren't guided, so a good aim is necessary. Controlled by the pilots.
>2 WolfLaser cannons that shoots heavy rapid-fire. Controlled by the pilots.
>2 manual WolfLaser cannons on the S-AH Mod. Shoots heavy rapid-fire lasers. Controlled by 2 passengers.
Power of Weapons:
>2 WolfMissile launchers. Explosion equivelent to that of two grenades. Rockets allow the missile to fire a good 50 feet before the rockets die.
>2 WolfLaser cannons. Fire equivelent to that of a heavy-fire machine gun. RATATATATATATA
>2 manual WolfLaser turrets. Fire equivelent to that of a very big machine gun.
Armor Thickness:
>Consider for a moment that average and greater fire could shred the rotors, thus causing the vehicle and it's passengers screaming to an explosive end. But all around, the armor should be able to deflect minor fire. Average would be damaging, high would destroy it easily. I've always felt that helicopters were quite delicate...
Either way, it's greatest asset it it's speed. Hard to hit a moving target, especially if you don't see it coming...
Primary Use: Sneak attacks, air strikes, offensive maneuvers, etc.
Max Speed: 190 MPH
CCR: 8 Orb engine allows the copter to fly continuously for 24 hours. All weapons run on seperate power sources.

Power of Weapons:
>WolfLaser cannons, equivelent to that of a high-powered machine gun. Capable of tearing through average armor and defenses.
Armor Thickness:
>Average strength, can withstand minor fire, will take some damage from average armor, will be shot down with higher firepower.
Primary Use: Attack, fly-by, escorts, etc.
Max Speed: 200 MPH
CCR: 8 Orb engine keeps the plane going for 24 hours straight. Weapons run on seperate power sources.
Vehicle Acronym: S-AM

Basically It's A: Fighter plane, '30s style.
Description: Sleek black armor, two wings, two cockpits, propeller on front, machine gun behind propeller, fins on rear. Silver Wolf insignia spray painted on side and wings. Landing gear on bottom.
Two cockpits. Basically, two Wolves. The Wolf in rear cockpit would fly the plane, the one in front would shoot. Alternative, front Wolf would fly AND shoot.
Basically, if I can't have fighter jets, Sam's gonna have to do.
Vehicle Size: 10' long, 3' wide (main body), 14' wide (wing to wing), 6' high (landing gear and body)
>Average machine gun, capable of tearing through minor and average defenses.
Note: there is a better chance of hitting the target if there is a pilot and gunner than if there is only a pilot/gunner.
Armor Thickness:
>Although fast and maneuverable, armor is strong enough to weather average fire for a short while.
Primary Use: Attack, fly-by, patrol, etc.
Max Speed: 180 MPH
CCR: 6 Orb engine keeps the plane flying for 24 hours straight. Weapon runs on seperate power source.

Only one can exist at a time. It would be Lord Woldros' personal ship, although he rents rooms out to vacationers for extra income. In short, it's a cruise ship in Chima. Heh heh heh.
Ship would also include conference rooms, supply housings, and Lord Woldros' private suite.
Vehicle Size: 500' long, 400' wide, 450' high (pure guessing, this point is flexible)
Crew: 1 Captain, 1 First Mate, 90 Crewmen, 40 Mechanics, 60 Other Workers
Weapons:
>None
Power of Weapons:
>None
Armor Thickness:
>Being such a large ship, certain precautions must be taken to ensure that hazards such as icebergs, rough waters, whirlpools, jagged rocks, and others won't be a problem. Armor is considerably tough, capable of withstanding large rocks, average fire, and minor explosions. Will be damaged and eventually breached by giant icebergs, heavy fire and explosions.
Primary Use: Cruise ship.
Max Speed: 200 MPH
CCR: 100 Orb engine keeps the entire ship running for 24 hours straight. Two spare batteries are kept on board.

>None
Power of Weapons:
>None
Armor Thickness:
>Very little armor. Units are made of a durable metal that will dent under minor and average fire, will get damaged under continuous average and heavy fire.
The actual ship can withstand minor fire and be okay. Heavy fire would cause considerable damage, and if enough damage is done, a hole would gradually sink the ship.
The building is very loosely constructed, will fall under continuous minor fire and explosions.

There only needs to be one jet. Lord Woldros' private jet. He can either be a passenger, or fly it himself.
Vehicle Size: 50' long, 25' wide (main body), 100' wide (wing to wing), 20' high (w/ landing gears)
Well, i wanted to use it as a power source for weapons and reactors and such, but NNNNOOO, we want CHI INSTEAD OF FOSSIL FUELS AND GREEN ENERGY?!? WHAAAAAATTTT IIIIIIISSSSS UUUUUUUP WWWWIIIIITTTHHH THAAAAAAT?!?
Because this is CHIMA, not Earth.😑
Does that mean we cannot apply simple physics laws to have electricity en masse through other means than Chi? Enregistrer
Hmmm, I think it's a bit too big. In canon, the Phoniex are the only tribe who have a plane nearly that big.
Granted, the Phoenix Temple is the size of a small airliner. However, the interior has decorative stone columns. The cockpit area is larger than my living room. This with the manoeuvrability of a helicopter, the speed of a jet and VTOL capabilities.
If the Phoenix were to do a simple transport plane, willing to sacrifice the fancy decoration and manoeuvrability, they could do something like the A380 with no problem.
The aircraft he is presenting is reasonable.
Oh, the Phoenix could do it with ease. They have had thousands of years to perfect their design, though they had to stay very low above Cavora.
However, other tribes, even Sky Borne ones like the Eagles, have only been shown to be capable of transporting a very small number by air. I'd be willing to allow Sky Borne to transport up to 20 passengers, but Ground Borne? I just don't see that being possible.

I have realised that, for a ground-based nation, I am lacking an armoured troop transport. But before, I must address other things that annoy me.
Chi based explosives I have always been bothered on how chi explodes So, I've come up with two different methods. The first is very simple: chi crystals or water are mixed with flammable materials to make explosives. Depending on the recipe, they could be used for different things, such as bombs, to projectile propellant. Using chi for small arms would still be better, so this would explain why there are no bullets. The second, which I find to be more complicated, is that is Chi crystals are placed under a certain pressure, or broken, they release all of their energy by exploding. This would make weapons and bombs more complex, though, and contradict my second proposition.
Expand the lore on Chi Crystals Have the ability to carve chi crystals, to make the weapons and armour we sometimes see on the sets, the RP and the show. The idea being that one can carve out Chi crystals, depleted or not, or smelt them using special furnaces. This could also be the source of interesting ideas.
And now, for the vehicle:
CV 1A5 "Bayonet"
(Unfortunately, I do not have the skill and pieces to build this wonder. I do not own the set or it's pictures)

I developed my aviation with the help of the ravens, I still think it is ridiculous of you disapproving. Since we now have VETO powers. Which I proposed and granted . First passenger planes like the Clippers far exceeded this. Also we have jets, you know jets! Those weren't made until the 40s. And yet it is somehow just accepted technology. A plane that still operates on propellors should be approved. Saying that a minor plane (which isn't even military its commercial) should get approved. I see no reason not to. I feel like the old rp, was way less restrictive about this.

Guess ground transports need to be legged to traverse mountains now.

No, I'm just not fond of the dark chi or dark matter idea, and fossil fuels wouldn't make sense in Chima. But of course there are the other ways to get electricity.

In that case, I'd allow you to have 20 passenger planes. As it's non-military, and I'm feeling generous, I'd allow 30. However, I've just realised we have MMSCs and Bat Javelin, so I approve this.
