1) All FAC members are required to approve something
2) The FAC will follow stricter guidelines
3) The FAC is very bureaucratic, so we need data such as:
-Armour thickness
-Speed in Km/h and Mil/h
-Chi consumption rate - per day under normal war circustances
-Power of bullets
-Vehicle size (length, width, height)
This is all for now.
Wouldn’t we also need what type of weapon it uses, what systems it has and what avionics (if its a general aircraft) it uses plus if radar exsists, what type of radar unit it has and why? Maximun ceiling of aeronautical height and what max submersion depth it can go to? Also would we need knots for nauticle vehicles? What type of weapon calibre and how much weight its suspension system can take, how steep of an incline it can go up, how many miles to the orb of chi, what restrictions it has already placed on it, what embargos it has and so on?
No. That is too much info the base info is enough.
(OOC: I have a feeling this is very odd FAC thing im throwing, i mean, the vehicle i am pre-ordering for the Vultures. It is based off exactly like the How Wheels car, and its named the Vulture, so. Imma try for this one, and don’t go saying “its too fast” just becuase of the Hotwheels moniquer it has on it. I think Jgread will like it since i think he will run the Vultures and i don’t want to let him down, becuase he is my freind. ) )
Vulture Scouting Vehicle (VSV)
The vulture scouting vehicle in it’s military winter camo design. Looks like what the ice hunterz would make it look, eh?
The Vulture (clever name, i know. ) has a carbon fiber monocoque and alluminum chassis. This racer is fitted with a 930hp turbocharged alluminum 6.3 liter (I dunno if Chi is considerd a “gasoline” yet so hang in there, correct me if im wrong and make changes as to not reject the thing entirely. ) V10 with headers that splits from 8 to 10 pipes. The Vulture has a fender wing fusion to create downforce, thus isnt advised to go off jumps alot. To save weight there are no front fenders. It's shape is low and flat except for the rear. There is a wrap around polycarbonate windshield. It also has 18"front/20"rear wheels with 35 seires rubber traction tyres, double wishbone suspension, and 10 piston carbon ceramic brakes. The steering on Vulture is unique as it pushes the wheels out allowing the racer/scouter to turn. If that dosent make sense to you, use your imagination, please.
Its Armor is as follows, most of it made from aircraft-grade aluminum.
Top thickness: Almost nonexistent, being at a mere 0.2 inches (im too lazy for metrics. )
Front armor: Always light for fast scout speeds at a mere 1 inch of aluminum racing metal.
Side armor: light at being 0.7 inches.
Back Armor: The engine block is vulnerable and visible leading to a well placed-shot to disable the vehicle, its thickness varied but at an average of around 2-4 inches
Bottom armor: Nonexistent like the top, being 0.1 inches for the fast speed.
The vehicle itself has no armaments, minus the ones the driver and navigator can hold in their hands, being just regular light arms ice blasters, from which they can fire out of the car’s windows for hit-n-runs.
The chi consumption of this vehicles engine is light compared to its speed, (feel free to consult me on this) being three orbs of war-time operation.
time it takes to go to 0-60 MPH (on flat tarmac-like roads): 3.5 seconds Time it takes to go from 0-60 MPH (Cross country): 5.5 seconds
Size dimensions are as follows.
Height: “As tall as the avg. minifigure” as said from the manufacturer. But is actually a few inches lower for aerodynamics.
Length: 200 inches
Width: 85 inches.
Top speed: (Feel free to help me on this. ) 225 Mp/H
Acceleration: (I dunno how to calculate it even after freshman physics! )
Weight: lightweight at around 950 lbs.
and i think thats all i can meet for the reformed guidelines, yes?
225 mp/h might be a little excessive everything else seems fine, I would say 200 mph
DOn’t you see the Flygon Citidel? The tallest building in fanon chima at an 1.5 miles?
It may be the tallest building, but the turtle city is the tallest city, being built into a huge temple. It's streets and staircases have many levels, going up into the sky.
Bah, then the Flygon HQ has nice high walls higher than yours!

If it changes to 200 mp/h also now I realise why I think those new rules we added are dumb... they will make getting anything through, a night mare.

Sweet! thanx, i will lower the speed to 195 for you.
Now I regret putting up the requirements I did, except chi consumption anyways heres my idea:
Idea: small commercial planes, based on the Tupolev - 124V (look up the plane) Passenger size: 54 Armour thickness: regular airplane armour thickness Speed: top speed is 500 mph, 835 km/h Length: 30.58 m (100 ft 4 in)
Wingspan: 25.55 m (83 ft 10 in)
Height: 8.08 m (26 ft 6 in) Chi consumption: 10 orbs per day (if you think that number is small consider that all the massive ships are running at 20 chi orbs per day)
I will build like 6 or 7 of these, 3 are for government, 1 as a gift to a world leader, and the rest for gorilla tourists to visit the vacation destination/ other tribes.
Also, i saw this really fitting hotwheels car for the Scorpions, its named the “Scorpedo” and it in this color fits Scorm very well. also sorry if i keep finding these large images, its the first thing i pick. So do you think the “Scorpedo” is a good name for it? If not, then you FAC guys can decide a name on it.
The vehicle was commissioned by a famous scorpion car designer, Scortche. Scorm ordered this personal transport to be well armored, and with a nice stinger-cannon to boot as well. Bein’ one with Scortche’s vehicles that he created, this was the most impressive one to work on, representing Scorm and his son, Scorpio, he’d join forces with another scorpion by the name of Scrawlheimer, whom is a military patent officer and designer, the two scorpions acted like brothers to one another to construct this golden beauty, and with pure 24 carat gold as acting as the main body, its’ not really that armored, but with the tail and the front pincers, it can make a great deal as an armored car, with some nice speed to have with it. Having it be light-weight for maneuvering and speed, no covering was put over the engine, making it easy to disable. Anyways, off the backstory, on to the facts. Engine-Block (located on the bottom and back of the vehicle as seen in the picture above): a Chi10, 780 horsepower chi-charged green-stone 7-liter chi engine.
Wheels: All Terrain series 10 tires, front wheels are 12 inches circumference, rear wheels at 19 inches.
Armour is as follows:
Top Armor: 2-4 inches in some places, armor is pure 24 carat gold so there it really isnt that much of a viable armor.
Side armor: 3 inches. Also made out of 24 carat gold.
Front: Pincers: 1500 PSI crushing power, is around 2 inches. Front armor slope: the front armor behind them is 4 inches, both made of gold, duh.
Rear: Stinger cannon armor: 5 Inches in some places, made out of gold as well. Back armor: 2 inches
Bottom Armor: 1 inch of polycarbonate materials painted in a blood red.
Vehicle armament(s): 2 front pincers that have 1500 psi crushing power each, requires one orb for their hydraulics. On the back is a X-34SC (small cannon) poison stinger cannon, having a calibre of the shell it luanches of 34mm, the shell coated in the same poision a Death-stalker Scorpion secretes. Fire rate is 50 RPM when stationary, 35 RPM when mobile. Requires 3 orbs of chi to maintain the cannon shells.
Chi consumption: Overall, four orbs for weapon systems, and two orbs for the engine. (Consult me on this if this is too much. )
Size dimensions:
Height: 4 feet tall (not counting the stinger cannon. Thats 6 feet tall counting the stinger cannon.)
Width: 3 feet wide. (not counting the pincers, making it 5 feet wide.)
Length: 2 yards long.
Top speed: 150 mph 0-60 speed (tarmac and flat surfaces.): 4.90 seconds 0-60 speed (cross-country): 5.70 seconds. Weight: 1,780 lbs.
