Wolf Submissions
By Lord Woldros, Alpha Wolf
To the FAC,
It has come to my attention that certain changes I will be making in the Wolf Tribe are not exactly "street legal". Thus, I am delivering a detailed account of all new additions to our new way of life to you.
There are five submissions.
Submission 1: Various Items
Submission 2: Soldier NPCs
Submission 3: Wolf NPCs
Submission 4: Wolf Vehicles
Submission 5: The Wolf City
As I understand it, it is your sworn duty to judge these submissions fairly and in an unbiased manner. Feel free to make any comments, although keep in mind that I just woke up and am very irratible.
With little of all due respect, Lord Woldros.
Submission 1: Various Items
Several small points and bits I wish to submit. Weapons, stories, other factors.
1) Gasoline. I am not sure if this has been approved yet, so I'll just put this out there.
Basically, a substitute for Chi when Chi is scarce. It powers engines, primarily. It cannot cause animals to Chi-up, it cannot power weapons, it cannot mutate nonsentiant beings. Just plain, old gasoline.
2) WolfLaser. On many of the future projects of the Wolf Tribe you will find a small feature known as a WolfLaser. A very simple thing, really. It can be adapted into automatic firing turrets, manual firing turrets, hand weapons, mounted guns, and others.
Essentially, three Chi orbs generate sky blue, foot-long laser bursts. Rate of fire is 5 bolts per second.
3) Dark Chi. A very rare substance created by the Wolf R&D department.
It all began when Lord Woldros was created. After a lab accident turned him into a Wolf, his heart was greatly damaged. He was going to perish.
So, R&D found a cure. A mutated variation of Chi, Dark Chi, was created. Woldros downed the liquid and his heart was saved. Not only did it keep him alive, it increased his speed, strength, stamina, and mind. The downside? It drives him a tad insane. It also caused his blood to turn pitch black. And he has to take another vile once a month to keep himself alive.
Of course, this is because Woldros' heart was fatally wounded. If anything else downed Dark Chi, they would suffer for a few weeks and perish.
Dark Chi is also incredibly hard to make, so the Wolf scientists only make new batches when necessary. Woldros has a small stash of viles in his living quarters, locked in a secret safe.
4) Wolvium Alloy. An alloy that is %70 steel and %30 Chi. Fused together, it not only increases the weapon's strength, it also allows the weilder to Chi-up. Unfortunately, once the Chi-up is used, the weapon loses it's additional properties. Then it is either used as a normal weapon or it is melted down and recycled.
Wolvium is used to make many of the weapons in the Wolf Tribe.
5) Wolvium War Flail.
6) Wolvium Broadsword.
7) Wolvium Battle Axe.
8) Wolvium Hammer.
9) Wolvium Spear.
10) Wolvium Katar. Basically it's this arm thing with three spikes. Think Wolverine.
11) Wolvium Bow.
12) Wolvium Blade Gauntlet. Basically a bulky metal gauntlet with a curved blade running from the elbow to the wrist. Used for melee combat.
13) Chicken. Mindless chickens. That's about it. I wasn't sure if this was allowed, seeing as the Eagles are also birds, but they are mutated birds, so maybe it won't matter. Either way, chicken.
14) Cow. We need meat. This one may actually be more likely, seeing as there are no similar animals in Chima.
15) WolfMissile. Similar to a WolfLaser, in the sense that it can be adapted to be an automatic turret, a missile launcher, a drop missile, etc.
Essentially, a WolfMissile is a two- to four-foot-long missile, containing one Chi orb per missile. It is rocket-propelled, and has enough juice to fly a very long distance. Upon impact, it is capable of destroying a small building, or toppling a big one. Hee hee hee...
In short, yeah. Missiles.
