Wolf Submissions
By Lord Woldros, Alpha Wolf
To the FAC,
It has come to my attention that certain changes I will be making in the Wolf Tribe are not exactly "street legal". Thus, I am delivering a detailed account of all new additions to our new way of life to you.
There are five submissions.
Submission 1: Various Items
Submission 2: Soldier NPCs
Submission 3: Wolf NPCs
Submission 4: Wolf Vehicles
Submission 5: The Wolf City
As I understand it, it is your sworn duty to judge these submissions fairly and in an unbiased manner. Feel free to make any comments, although keep in mind that I just woke up and am very irratible.
With little of all due respect, Lord Woldros.
Submission 1: Various Items
Several small points and bits I wish to submit. Weapons, stories, other factors.
1) Gasoline. I am not sure if this has been approved yet, so I'll just put this out there.
Basically, a substitute for Chi when Chi is scarce. It powers engines, primarily. It cannot cause animals to Chi-up, it cannot power weapons, it cannot mutate nonsentiant beings. Just plain, old gasoline.
2) WolfLaser. On many of the future projects of the Wolf Tribe you will find a small feature known as a WolfLaser. A very simple thing, really. It can be adapted into automatic firing turrets, manual firing turrets, hand weapons, mounted guns, and others.
Essentially, three Chi orbs generate sky blue, foot-long laser bursts. Rate of fire is 5 bolts per second.
3) Dark Chi. A very rare substance created by the Wolf R&D department.
It all began when Lord Woldros was created. After a lab accident turned him into a Wolf, his heart was greatly damaged. He was going to perish.
So, R&D found a cure. A mutated variation of Chi, Dark Chi, was created. Woldros downed the liquid and his heart was saved. Not only did it keep him alive, it increased his speed, strength, stamina, and mind. The downside? It drives him a tad insane. It also caused his blood to turn pitch black. And he has to take another vile once a month to keep himself alive.
Of course, this is because Woldros' heart was fatally wounded. If anything else downed Dark Chi, they would suffer for a few weeks and perish.
Dark Chi is also incredibly hard to make, so the Wolf scientists only make new batches when necessary. Woldros has a small stash of viles in his living quarters, locked in a secret safe.
4) Wolvium Alloy. An alloy that is %70 steel and %30 Chi. Fused together, it not only increases the weapon's strength, it also allows the weilder to Chi-up. Unfortunately, once the Chi-up is used, the weapon loses it's additional properties. Then it is either used as a normal weapon or it is melted down and recycled.
Wolvium is used to make many of the weapons in the Wolf Tribe.
5) Wolvium War Flail.
6) Wolvium Broadsword.
7) Wolvium Battle Axe.
8) Wolvium Hammer.
9) Wolvium Spear.
10) Wolvium Katar. Basically it's this arm thing with three spikes. Think Wolverine.
11) Wolvium Bow.
12) Wolvium Blade Gauntlet. Basically a bulky metal gauntlet with a curved blade running from the elbow to the wrist. Used for melee combat.
13) Chicken. Mindless chickens. That's about it. I wasn't sure if this was allowed, seeing as the Eagles are also birds, but they are mutated birds, so maybe it won't matter. Either way, chicken.
14) Cow. We need meat. This one may actually be more likely, seeing as there are no similar animals in Chima.
15) WolfMissile. Similar to a WolfLaser, in the sense that it can be adapted to be an automatic turret, a missile launcher, a drop missile, etc.
Essentially, a WolfMissile is a two- to four-foot-long missile, containing one Chi orb per missile. It is rocket-propelled, and has enough juice to fly a very long distance. Upon impact, it is capable of destroying a small building, or toppling a big one. Hee hee hee...
In short, yeah. Missiles.

Submission 3: Wolf NPCs
Citizens, workers, and others. These Wolves live and thrive in Wolf City. They are the lifeblood of the pack. And if you mess with one, hoooo boy, yer in fer it.
Below is a list of all NPCs.
1) General
2) Private
3) Ambassador
4) Citizen
5) Businessman
6) Store Employee
7) Mechanic
8) Scientist
9) Farmer
10) Storage Worker
1) General. A very important NPC. They wield wicked swords, sturdy armor, and are quite deadly. They live mostly in the military sectors of Wolf City.
2) Private. These are military officers who perform tasks around the military sectors, delivering messages, keeping things moving and organized.
3) Ambassador. Key parts in maintaining alliances with other tribes. These NPCs travel to meet with other ambassadors, make deals, maintain connections, and forge alliances. They reside in one of the commercial sectors, or in a different tribe.
4) Citizen. This qualifies all the rest of the NPCs listed here, including smaller NPCs, such as secretaries, school teachers, bankers, and others.
5) Businessman. Sneaky and cunning, these Wolves control everything, be it currency, inter-tribal deals, and the equality of Wolves anywhere. Wondering where that is? They're not completely sure, but they know it's somewhere above everyone else.
6) Store Employee. Be they managers, cashiers, janitors, or delivery boys, these Wolves see to providing the citizens whatever they need.
7) Mechanic. Wolves in grey jumsuits with oil-stained fur, these hard-workers work in the factories, maintaining and managing the machinery, and in the military, maintaining and repairing vehicles. When under siege, they will most likely pick up a very large wrench or hop into a forklift and proudly defend their home, their people, and their 1950 hot rods.
8) Scientist. Big brains, white labcoats, these brilliant though some might say obsessed scientists work day and most of the night to bring you the latest in life-saving (or life-endangering) technology and scientific advancements. When under siege, they may very well pick up whatever they've been working on and shoot stuff with it.
9) Farmer. Whether they are working the fish ponds or harvesting the fruits and vegetables, the farmers provide food for all of the City. When under siege, they're likely to pick up a gardening tool and weed the garden, if'n ya know what I mean.
10) Storage Worker. These guys work in the storage facilities, catalogueing cargo, storing supplies, and keeping everything ready for whenever the need may arise. They also ship out supplies around the city, and sometimes out to other tribes or Wolvian outposts. When under siege, they ship out more weapons and supplies to the military.
Submission 4: Wolf Vehicles

7) Sector Epsilon Two (Of the Military sectors, this is where many soldiers live and train. In addition to towering barracks, there are many training facilities, including obstacle courses, gymnasiums, and battle simulations.
Common NPCs include Soldiers, Generals, and Privates.
8) Sector Theta One (Of the Factory sectors, this is where many of the militaries' resources come from. Armor, weapons, vehicles, etc.
Common NPCs include Mechanics.
9) Sector Theta Two (Of the Factory sectors, this is where things like cars, foods, clothes, and other goods are processed and shipped out. This is also where all waste is recycled into new resources, or ground into fertilizer for the farms, or shredded into biodegradable debris and dumped into the forest.
Common NPCs include Mechanics.
10) Sector Iota One (Of the Research and Development sectors, this is where scientists experiment with new armor, vehicles, weapons, and other factors that may enhance the war effort. Much of it is very dangerous. This sector also includes testing grounds, which are large expanses of desert.
Common NPCs are Scientists.
11) Sector Iota Two (Of the Research and Development sectors, this is where scientists work to create new ways to recycle, new and more efficient machinery, cleaner and more efficient engines, and more such advances. This sector is also where the scientists' living quarters are, as they like to live close to their work.
Rumors say that underneath this sector is a secret laboratory where scientists experiment with top secret materials, but I cannot either confirm or deny those statements.
The most common NPC is the Scientist.
12) Sector Kappa One (Of the Farming sectors, this is where farmers work the rice paddies and fish ponds. There are also fields and runs, as if they're expecting chickens and cows to be approved as fanon sometime soon.
There are also farm houses scattered about where farmers live, as well as tool sheds and farming tractor housings.
The most common NPCs are Farmers.
13) Sector Kappa Two (Of the Farming sectors, this is where vast fields and orchards grow vegetables, beans, fruits, berries, gourds, and medecinal plants for the entire city. Farming houses, tool sheds, and machinery are located throughout.
The most common NPC in this area is the Farmer.
14) Sector Xi One (Of the Military sectors, this is a large battlefield of rolling hills and small patches of forest, where the military conducts war games and battle practice. They have vehicles brought in from Epsilon1 nearly every day for training.
Common NPCs are Soldiers, Generals and Privates.
15) Sector Xi Two (Of the Military sectors, this is more living and training facilities for the military. More barracks, obstacle courses, gymnasiums and simulation rooms, like Epsilon2.
Common NPCs are Soldiers, Generals and Privates.
16) Sector Omnicron One (Of the Storage and Shipping sectors, this sector consists of large warehouses, offices, archives, loading and docking bays, where LCTs come in, get supplies, drop off supplies, and leae, to get more supplies, or distribute cargo. Cargo, supplies, resources, other things.
This sector deals mainly with active cargo, which is stuff that'll be used soon, like armor, food, building supplies, and others.
Common NPCs are Storage Workers.
17) Sector Omnicron Two (Of the Storage and Shipping sectors, this sector is commonly referred to as Cold Storage. Basically where everything that won't be in circulation for a while is kept, such as outdated supplies, old artifacts, precious metals, and other cargo. Here it is catologued, crated, stacked, and left until the need for it arises.
Common NPCs include Storage Workers.
18) The Stone Wall is the twenty-foot tall seven-foot thick wall stads mightily, defying all intruders and attackers. It stretched down low as well, providing solid foundations and preventing diggers. There are only four ways to get past the wall. The North Gate, East Gate, South Gate, and Wesy Gate, which are closed by triple-layered solid oak doors, which have been fitted with large stone deadlocks and ready-to-use barricades and booby traps in the event of an invasion.
Outside each gate there ar two automatic WolfLaser turrets, waiting to destroy unwanted guests, after they are deemed unwanted, of course.
Each gate opens into a large chamber, where Wolves check and either permit access or turn you away. They checks for spies, hidden weapons, gives you the necessary permits, and gives you directions.
After the first gate, across the chamber, is a secondary door, much like the first one. Behind that lies the city.
19) The Main Roads, which all span out from Alpha. There are eight of them. Each is named for the direction the point, e.g., South, North East, South West, etc. Those small roads aren't named. Just referred to as "Between South and South East".
20) The Wolvian Forest is a lush, vast forest, where snipers wait in the trees, traps wait on the ground, Speedorz wait in small caves, and armies are picked off from behind before the battle actually starts. There are also small V.F.D. in the forest, in the event there is a forest fire.
And so, there you have it. Below I have posted a quick response sheet, listing everything I've submitted, so that you can just copy, paste, write out comments, and post.
Let me know ASAP. I'll be here next Tuesday. Thanks.
P.S., DO NOT QUOTE THIS POST! EVER!!! If you have to refer to it, just say @wolf Submissions or something. Anything but quote. Thanks, DC13
