Web Launcher The Web Launcher is a sort of anti-aircraft platform, but it is useful in other ways as well. Its main armament is two massive web launchers on its back, as well as numerous anti-personnel energy cannons surrounding these weapons. The vehicle looks a lot like a spider with six legs. The web launchers can fire at air targets with great success, launching vast nets that entangle the aircraft, causing them to fall to the ground. It can also fire webs are ground targets like tanks and light vehicles, entangling them in webbing.
Outland Crawler The Outland Crawler is the ultimate "Glass Cannon". It carries an incredibly powerful weapon but is equipped with little to no armor. Fortunately, it is very fast. The vehicle itself resembles a spider, with the cannon mounted on the abdomen. If this cannon is able to reach its full charge, it can blast through virtually anything. They are usually used as light artillery that is kept far away from the actual battle to ensure its safety. A brigade of these vehicles can fire in unison at full power every 2 to 3 minutes.
Ahem, didn't one of you say this lose cannon RP was also in the early 1900's as well as in the IR? Also, i can easily remove the guiding function of them anyways.
No seriously, the FAC approves of a command ship for the bats, but DENIED a Helicopter for the Scorpions when the wolves HAVE helicopters!? Besides, the FAC is approving planes with specs of that of WWII! Wheres your logical reasoning in THAT huh,Shamrock !? I wanted the Outlanders to be more technologically advanced than the inland main tribes, i can say they have tech from the late 60's to early 80's and i really didn't explain that fully when we were setting up the outlands!! I can always make changes dude, this is an changing RP since the outlanders are being introduced, the Outlanders have a giant research center for military and civilian purposes and that's why they are so technologically advanced thus far!

1. We have Industrial Revolution Technology. The IR ended in 1840. Helicopters came in 1939 2. Guided missiles. Those require computers. Chima has no computers.

The Bats are creatures of the Sky, so flying vehicles are very easy for them. As the Outlanders are only a few days old, they're not very advanced.
Thus, I don't want to allow a new Ground Borne tribe to get helicopters all of a sudden, when a) helicopters are so advanced and b) tribes that have been around for years are struggling to get into the skies. I'm fine with good ground vehicles for Scorpions and good air vehicles for Bats, but not good air vehicles for Scorpions and good ground vehicles for Bats.

C'mon... this is a cartoon show we are talking about, so Cartoon logic has to apply at times! sure it may take some time to create new aircraft, but we need newer forms of air-travel as well! The Advanced eagle-raven jetcraft the Locktalon F-117 "Nightraven" that Razic has never went through this place and it just became accepted into the RP as a normal thing Also i think helicopters aren't such an advanced thing! they are planes that have primitive VTOL tech via the same principal of airflow!

Web Launcher: This is slightly OP. Therefore, I suggest that a) the webs it uses take a long time to make. This would mean a lot of preparation would be required in order to keep up regular firing, as new ones could not be made during battles. I suggest that one web should take an hour for five RPCs, or ten NPCs, to make. My second suggestion is b) They come in two varieties; the first can fire at sky targets, but cannot accurately target ground targets, due to aiming so high. The ground variety would not be able to aim high enough to hit most air targets, but could easily fire on ground targets.
Outland Crawler: a) If at full power it can blast through anything, the recharge time should be at least five minutes, preferably ten. b) They shouldn't have too long a range. As they have no armour, it's reasonable for them to have decent range, but anything long will be OP.
That should be fine. It doesn't really matter what it is; I just don't want the Spiders to be the only ones capable of doing any noticeable damage to their own vehicles without hitting it with a tank for hours.

Perhaps they could be less effective against ground targets, take a while to make, but be able to slowly manufacture webbing during battle via onboard spinnerets. The Web Launcher could be one of the organic vehicles in use.
I originally had it at 5 minutes, so that's fine. I'm fine with reducing the range.
