Excuse-me, gentlemen, but I'd like to address the recent topics here/
First, and most important:
"Lions can't swim."
Just google "Lions Swimming", and you'll see plenty of pictures and videos. This concept that Lions can't swim is just silly stuff from Lego's part. Are they comfortable? Nah. Do they hate it? Yes. They are swimming short and shallow rivers! Yeah, sure, but they can swim. And I do have the impression that the gained intelligence and humanoid forms would help them in swimming.
Submarines
I prefer liberating submarines. It should be against anybody's instinct, including Crocodile, to submerge themselves hundreds of metres under water, in a small, cramped canister, and yet we humans did it, why? Because of curiosity, and need: something that is happening to all Tribes now. Besides, although certain species travel to the ocean, I do not think that Crocodiles, would go too far out into the open sea. Also, if certain types of craft are to be blocked simply because it is not your natural habitat, the same must happen to aircraft, and land vehicles, to balance it out.
Lions IRL swim. I do believe the humanoid form would perhaps even help them further in this task.
It's canon that Lions are afraid of water.
Yes, but it doesn't mean they will not swim, nor overcome that instinctual fear, given that they now have the conscience to do so, and really, now that they have a humanoid for, it is not such an issue. Heck, I was afraid of swimming when I was a few years younger. This doesn't mean that it stopped me from plunging into projecting navies, or swimming. A country wouldn't suspend it's naval programme because most of it's citizens are afraid of water, especially if the difference between life and death is whether or not they build boats.
The other FAC memebers agreed to make me the 4th member of the FAC, so the 2nd line is wrong. Personally I like the current format. It keeps most people unbiased, and also the more people their are the harder it is to negotiate anything also considering that some tribes are inactive *cough* Rhinos *cough* and some would probably be unintrsted.
I was unaware of this.
What makes it unbiased as compared to this alternative?
Right now, 2 of the 4 FAC members are from the Lions. It would be easy for Shamrock or FelipeDutra to be biased against my requests because they are at war with me.
That would be breaking an rp rule and they would be sacked. (As far as I am aware)
I'd like to propose a new FAC structure that would make decisions fairer for all tribes.
Currently, there are 4 members in the FAC. 2 of them are from the Lions, 1 of them is from the Ravens, and 1 (inactive) member is from the Wolves.
If possible, it would make the FAC much more fair to each tribe if every tribe had a say in the FAC's decision. This is my proposition:
There are 8 members of the FAC. Each one is from a different tribe, giving each tribe a voice in these decisions. When a tribe makes a request, their representative cannot vote on this decision to add an odd number of voters.
For example, if the Crocs suggested a new class of ship, the Crocodile representative could not vote on this decision. If the Lions requested a new tank design, the Lion representative could not vote on this decision.
The voting ends when all members have voted or in 3 day's time. If an FAC member knows that he/she will not be active for an extended period of time, he/she can designate another tribal representative until he/she returns.
Any questions?
Isn't the FAC out if character anyways? There is no need for bias here. You just approve what's fair, legitimate, and realistic.

I have sided with Torah and Shamrock, on the idea that subs are for the crocs, this is on top of the crocs bing able to produce more than the rest of chima combined. I know its OP, whatever. I am happy having 4 subamaines and all tribes except crocs and minor tribes will have that limit. Would I limit mechs? Of course not, I think it would be awesome to have giant robot mech battles. Would I like to hold some sort of mech superioirity, yes I would like my mechs to be more enduring than other mechs.

Um... but uh, what if there was anti-sub warfare? And coastal defense cannons and stuff?

Anti-sub weapons will be limited unless its the crocs.
... FelipeDutra I tried the same reasoning, and it didn't work now I side with them so its 3-1 so subs are limited to 4 to all except the crocs and minor tribes. Also the bigger question now is whether tribes should be allowed aircraft carriers right now its 2-1 in favour of carriers so you have the deciding vote.
