Appearance: Dark blue feathers, some of which are tipped light blue. Dark blue skin, amber eyes.
Skills: Extremely adept at most forms of combat, having been trained from the very young age of 4. While good with most weapons, he prefers the halberd, longsword, sniper rifle, and dual automatic pistols. He does not use weaponized Chi, and instead crafts his own ammunition from scratch.
Personality: Jai's mannerisms are relatively mysterious and edgy. While he lives in the Spire and fights alongside his fellow Eagles as a powerful soldier, he remains cold and distant to his kin. His interest lies not in that of books, but rather in warfare and the future and ultimate survival of Chima. Having been witness himself to much greater things, he despises Chi and its constant use, as it has trapped the world in a vise status quo. Furthermore, his strange, haunting memories of a previous life gnaw at him, enticing him towards the goal of reforming Chima into a world of technological evolution and power.
Bio: Jai is an anomaly, and he knows it. He's lived another life, one in which his parents were stolen from him at a young age by an otherworldly entity, who brutally raised Jai to become the perfect versatile warrior. After 20 years of vigorous, brutal training, the entity just vanished, but left Jai with a special suit of armor that gave him incredible powers. Aware of the entity's great power, as well as the technological and military deficiency of Chima, Jai returned to the Spire. Things were... much, much different. It was as if he had been gone for a thousand years. Finding no respite among his own kind, he changed his name and joined the military, quickly rising through the ranks. He harbored a resentment for Chi and the absolute dependency that the majority of the population have on it, and swore to make it obsolete and lead Chima to real progress and power.
Within a year he rose to become the leader of the Eagles, and then shortly after, a warlord who led a great army of followers from all across the different tribes to a year-long war against Chi and all those who defended it. Cavora was torn from the sky and dropped upon the Lions' civilization.
And that's the last thing he remembers.
He has woken in his a bed in a small home in the Spire, not a day older than when he fought to destroy Chi. His last memory is the sight of Cavora falling... and there was this great flash. Like fire. Now his head constantly aches, and the world around him is blatantly not as he last saw it. His powerful armor is gone, his status is gone, and his army is gone. It was as if the universe itself thwarted his efforts and left him here. He suspects it to be the entity's doing, and he will not let that stop him. Only one thing left to do, now: start from scratch.
What Jai cannot know is that it was the Phoenixes who stopped his rampage, using existential magic of the Great Illumination. Even stranger, Jai himself wasn't placed back into the world for another thousand years, essentially making him a living relic of a forgotten time. Truly bizarre.
I just realized something. I'm pretty sure the backstory would need FAC approval, specifically the bolded.
Also, we already have an eagle leader, last I checked.

Name: Ruin and Raze
Species: Presumably Eagle
Age: Unknown
Appearance: A pair of completely identical, 10' tall behemoths clad entirely from head to toe in extremely thick, menacing, gapless, pitch-black metal armor. The extended, beak-like part of their apparently visorless helms have wicked teeth sloppily painted along the sides, and on their backs, two stumps protrude in the armor where wings would normally be, painted a dark crimson smeared all the way down their backs.
Skills/weapons: Their armor is exceptionally powerful, allowing them to tank many blows and lot of heavy damage without injury. While quite slow and lumbering, they are incredibly strong, capable of flipping a tank with a single arm, with some effort. Deployable energy shields mounted on their left arms give them additional protection from the front while wielding their massive tri-gatling guns. These monstrous assault weapons have three rotating sets of six barrels and three hoses that extend around to connect to large tank mounted on their lower backs, supplying seemingly unlimited energy-based ammunition, allowing them to lay down immense suppressive and destructive firepower.
Bio: The twins are as mysterious as they are bizarre. Nobody knows where they came from or what they really are, but it did not take long for them to be banished to the Outlands based solely on their fearsome appearance, unsettling mannerisms, and apparent lack of emotions. They look, sound, and act identical, and they often speak in unison as if they can read each other's minds. It is impossible to tell which is which, as they seem to inconsistently interchange the names "Ruin and Raze", implying that it's simply a title for the apparently nameless duo. There are many rumors about the twins, and it is unknown whether the individuals within are somehow that big and strong, or if it's just their armor acting as an exo-suit.
In an ancient, bygone era, these monsters were cybernetically-enhanced Eagle brothers who served as the warmonger Jai's personal guard and attack dogs. Now, like him, they have spontaneously appeared in this unfamiliar Chima, a thousand years late to the party. However, unlike Jai, they were reborn exactly as they were in that lost time, and indeed, this is a world in which freaks such as they are not needed or wanted. And so, they remain in the Outlands, patiently waiting for their master to come find them.

Wait ok, what? I am really confused... on the backstory,
Name: Clovis Species: Wolf/Fox Age: Unknown. Appears to be in his 30s. Affiliation: Himself Gender: Male Appearance: White fur, a light yellow around his ears, hands and feet. Clovis always keeps his red cloak about him. Weapons and Gear: Clovis uses two large knives, big and thick enough to the point where once might consider them small machetes. He possesses a specially made gun, it uses Chi energy to run, said energy being utilized to fire small metal balls at rapid speeds. The gun is transformative, being able to shift into a projectile weapon to be used at various ranges. He calls it a Multi-Rifle. Clovis has been tinkering on a suit of Exo-Armor, but it remains unfinished. Backstory: Clovis’ mother was a member of the Fox tribe, his father being of the Wolf tribe. He refuses to acknowledge the Fox part of his heritage, hating that he isn’t a full wolf. This hatred that his mother was a fox has resulted in a general hatred of most females. Never feeling like he fit in, he left the Wolf tribe at a young age to wander the world himself. In that time Clovis has seen many things and heard many rumors. Even gained a secret or two that he wouldn’t ever wish to be revealed. He spends his time tinkering and making new equipment and weapons, his personal favorite is the Multi-Rifle or MR.
I didn't realize that the RP was strict about the canon species. And is the last part referring to the flintlock pistol?...
I did think hard...
It's not a matter of strict, it's a matter of sense. Besides, from what I can see, nothing shows that a 'Man o war' is based off of an animal by the title alone.
The idea that other species could be created the same way as the crawlers seemed sensible to me.
The animal's name is Man o' War, pulling out the scientific name would be more trouble than it's worth for me and everyone else...

Anybody can learn to craft their own ammunition from raw materials if they have the resources, and Jai does. I'm not sure if you noticed my last paragraph, but pretty much everything you bolded is but a memory for Jai. He doesn't have his superpowered armor nor his previous status in this Chima. As for the otherworldly entity, I'm sure you're familiar with who that was. Regardless, the only impact any of this has on the RP is that it's motivation for Jai.

Wait ok, what? I am really confused... on the backstory,
Basically everything written in past tense are things that occurred in the original RP back on the LMBs. Are you familiar with the ontological power of the Great Illumination? It can alter reality and rewrite history, and I'm applying the theory that it was used to reset the world of Chima more than once. No-one IC would know, however, because it's essentially a giant reset button for when things get too dire in the world. It's all pretty much an homage to the old RP, as well as a method for me to keep Jai's mannerisms the same as back then.
So essentially, he was once an all-powerful warlord however many resets ago, and now he's woken up in this entirely new (to him, at least) Chima with none of his powers and status, but all the memories of having them.

Of course you can't have your character exist separate from what you've done in the past. Also, literally, you CANNOT have that in your history. Put it through the FAC. End of discussion.

Just popping these guys in
Name: Maulryene Alias: Mammoth Queen, the First Witch Species: Mammoth Affiliation: Unknown, seemingly the Ice Hunters Gender: Female Appearance: Of average height, Maulryene is a mammoth with huge tusks and a long trumpet. Her fur is shiny and well-groomed, and her eyes are bright, pale ice blue in pigment. One of her tusks ends in ice, and her stomach is covered in ice. She's attractive as far as mammoths go, but in a cold, statue like way, hardly truly radiantly beautiful. Weapons & Gear: A Frost Mallet. Maulryene uses her colossal warhammer-like mallet to crush her foes, using an orb of Ice Chi to fuel it for extra potency. Maulryene also can use this mallet to channel her magic, and she has a small athame she carries on her at all times, and a special crystal pendant. Personality: Cunning, Maulryene seemingly calculates everything. She's intelligent, able to outwit even Spelyne's Four Generals. The manipulative ruler of the mammoths is a devious tyrant, having successfully manipulated her entire tribe into worshiping her as if she were a goddess. Maulryene is proud, arrogant and confident in herself, after all, her entire tribe adores her. They would even die for her, and Maulryene knows this, and calculates accordingly. Backstory: Maulryene was not the first mammoth by any means, but she was most certainly the first witch. While the Phoenixes ruled atop Cavora, using their phoenix magic as needed, Maulryene grew ambitious. Isolated from her companions, Maulryene grew insane and cruel. She began to a coup d'etat against the then-current Mammoth leader, smashed him and took his place. She then discovered magic of her own, becoming the very first, and, for the longest time, only, witch. She wrote her findings on magic in scattered tomes, which she kept enchanted so only a high level mage could read. Maulryene was friendly to the other tribes, yet, for reasons unknown, she was not cursed like the rest of them. Many believe that the progenitors of the curse were aware of Maulryene's might, which would explain why her and her fellow mammoth mages were instead trapped within the ice of a canyon, the howling abyss. Maulryene's mind however was unfrozen.
Name: Maulisa Alias: Princess of the Mammoths, the Fist of the Mammoths Species: Mammoth Affiliation: Maulryene Gender: Female Appearance: Muscular and broad-shouldered, Maulisa is not willowy or lithe like you might expect someone of her personality. She has large tusks which compliment her golden orbs. The entire left side of her body is frozen. She has black fur, for some reason. Weapons & Gear: Maulisa wields twin spinning ice-buzzsaws, which can combine into a large shield. She also has a small knife, which can grow into a sword with a mere thought. Personality: Maulisa is loud, cocky and rash. She's young and inexperienced, and fails spectacularly at the magic her mother and younger brother excel at. She craves war however, and relishes the idea of mass bloodshed. Backstory: Maulisa, the daughter of Maulryene, has a far simpler history than her mother. She wasn't exactly a full adult when trapped in the curse which struck the Ice Hunters, she was but a mere 17 winters old. Maulisa's claimed the throne of the Mammoths in her mother's absence, which she quickly learns is not her favored position.

He is separate, he just remembers it all like a very long dream.
I sure can. I've already asked the FAC to review it, but this is an original, Chima born character. He's got some quirks, but nothing game-breaking absurd in the realm of Chima. For Cavora's sake, these guys put a karzing ocean on this tiny floating island, and you're complaining about things that happened a long time ago.

Don't forget to put the bolded through the FAC, junior.
Appearance: Gold eyes, pure white feathers. Wears a loose, plain brown, cloth two-piece (for now), similar to Crooler's. Rather pleasant to look at. 'Nuff said.
Weapons/tools: Carries nothing but dual long whips, which can be laced with weaponized Chi for extra oomph.
Skills: Enala is extremely flexible, quite skilled at using her whips, as well as being exceptionally adept at hand-to-hand combat. As a result, she uses a rather excessive amount of grace and finesse in her fighting style, allowing her to flow perfectly around her opponents and their attacks and take them down with unpredictable, precise strikes and maneuvers.
Personality: "Strange" doesn't even begin to describe Enala. Her actions in general are spontaneous and sometimes inconsistent. For the most part, she is intelligent, cheerful, self-conscious, and flirty, with a blatant disregard for the dignity of others. Being an Outlander, she is in-tune with the world around her, and appears to have a sort of passive contempt for the Eagle Tribe. The exact reason for her banishment is unknown, but she will claim that--whatever it was--she lost her mind in the process. This implies instability, and in turn, implies that she has a dark side. Whether this hidden side is more eerie than her usual self is debatable.
(OOC: Hey, batonmaster500 , what do you think of this as another OC of mine for the bats? )
Well, well, well... what do we have here? I know this is from a while ago, but I can't not address it.

Don't forget to put the bolded through the FAC, junior.
Of course you can't have your character exist separate from what you've done in the past. Also, literally, you CANNOT have that in your history. Put it through the FAC. End of discussion.
We have a map and a massive landmass, no tiny island. also its a sea, where the red lines end symbolises the crawler empire, the layout was made by me, then redrawn better by TheFirstDecade the The J added the red lines
