"Very well." Dror waves a hand in the air. "The love of conquest, the thirst for war. Simply put, we attacked your continent because it exists."
OOC: Yes.
"So you are risking thousands of your men just because you love fighting? That-"
Demiu is interrupted by a soldier entering the room and walking over to the table. The Xains might notice that he keeps a wide berth of their chairs, keeping close to the walls until he has passed the table. He bends over and says something to Demiu, who stands up with the assistance of the soldier.
"I am afraid there is a pressing matter that requires my attention. I will return shortly." The two leave the building, following the same route that the soldier used to enter.
"I am glad that you have been able to get here so soon. What tidings were you bidden to bring?"
"Queen Florentia is saddened to hear of the Duke's passing and wishes your people the best in your squabbles. She will be sending a force of fifty men to aid in your fight."
"Stonoke'avfjellan Ingibjurg detra'Pernila sends her regrets that she cannot aid you, but the rebuilding effort after the civil war requires her full attention. She will be sending back the men of the South who remain there as soon as possible."

Shamrock: I need to finish this part of the story so I can wrap up the Event.

Demiu pauses, before speaking to the Auraborian.
"Excellent. When can we expect her reinforcements?"
He then turns to the dwarf, struggling slightly with the unfamiliar language, but succeeding in the end.
"Please inform Stonoke'avfjellan Ing...ibjurg detra'Pernila that I understand perfectly, and wish her all the best in rebuilding Stennev'avfjellan."

Demiu heads back to the doorway and addresses his men both outside and inside.
"It's time we headed back to the field of battle. The Auaborians can join us there, when they arrive." He turns to a group in the corner. "You stay and guard the prisoners. We cannot risk losing them."
Aside from the ten men instructed to remain, all of the soldiers get ready to ride.

"And what would that be?" responds the soldier warily.
Meanwhile, the main force rides away from the Tavern.

He lifts up a folded piece of paper. "I wrote this for my wife and son in case I don't make it back. There is a ship on the shore not too far from here. Bring it there. Tell them 'the sparrow yet lives' and they won't harm you. Please."

After the soldier leaves, Dror looks at Broen. "I think we are running out of time. If you will?" Broen transforms into a bear and attacks the guards, quickly knocking them out. Dror, Ormrir, and Broen leave.
