"And that Master is what I learned about Zechariah and Jadyn." Said Calvin as he kneeled before Alpha. His master repiled. "I did not asked for this information, but you have brought it to me anyway. I do find it useful though, and I am pleased. Today you have proven your loyalty it seems." "Thank you, Master." Said Calvin. "You have trained under me for a long time. Maybe if you keep up this fierce loyalty to the pack and to me. I might be willing to finally grant you Pack rank." Said Alpha. "Thank you Master." He repeated. Alpha continued. "Also, one more thing, I have a job of sorts for you..."
Zane walked across the deck of the old bounty as it flew over Ninjago. It was night and the stars twinkled dimly against the dark navy blue sky. A blazing blueish object streaked across the it hurling to the ground. Zane made his way to the railing of the ship to look in the direction it went. Suddenly the ship jolted and started to fall out of control. Zane held fast to the railing as it fell to the blurring ground below. He was thrown into the air and the next thing he knew he hit water and began to sink. He appeared to be in a pond, he looked up to see the top was quickly freezing over. In a rush he swam to the surface and jumped out of the pond just before it froze over. The pond was on the outskirts of a forest. Snow covered the ground all around him. Shadows of dog-like animals stalked toward him, not dogs though he quickly realized, wolves. As they came closer Zane could see that the one closest to him glared back at him with only one eye. Close behind him came two white wolves and many others behind them and srounding Zane.
They snarled at him and attacked, tearing into his mechanical limbs. He fell into the snow and the ground beneath him broke open, again he fell along with the wolves. Images flashed in front of him as blurred together haunting voices echoed in his mind. A dark gray wolf with with green eyes howled and then turned into a mini tornado of blue and green energy. The shapes of human warriors came rushing gracefully out of a dark forest, knives welded in their hands which reflected the light of the moon. A flame colored fox rushed through a pack of wolves fire trailing behind it as it did so. The fox then turned to look behind it as the blueish falling object which Zane now realized was an asteroid from space fell right at it. Villages burned and a cold wind brought a snowstorm. A coyote with ice blue eyes trailed a white rabbit into a cave of glowing aorura minerals. A white wolf looked down at Ninjago from a palace balcony. A border collie and jackal followed a green dragon through the dessert toward a battlefield where two armies clashed. One ancient sounding voice rose above the others in his mind. "Gather aorura lights, learn to survive, fox among wolves, wolf among stangers, that is your sign. An astroid will come, victory strong with it, look to the stars so you don't miss it." Then another voice took over. This one much clearer and haunting, but speaking in the ancient language. Many would have no idea what it said. But Zane could understand it. "We are already here, there is no stopping it. Our lungs have already tasted this freedom and we only crave more. We will return it all to how it was in the days of old. The end of the elemental masters is near..." Zane's eyes flew open and he abruptly sat up, a horrible feeling was running through his system. Cole was awake and standing, stareing at Zane in shock. Kai and Jay were still asleep. "Don't tell me..." said Cole. "I think I just had another vision." said Zane. "Ugh I knew it... Alright Zane, let's hear it." "I think, something has happened, and the end result will be end of many if we don't stop it."
"Don't get me wrong though. I still believe what the pack is doing is right. Even though it may seem harsh right now. It's all for a better future." Calvin added hastily. "I used to say the same thing," said Zechariah. "Until my moral standards were put to test..." "What do you mean?" asked Calvin. Zechariah answered. "There comes a time when you must ask yourself the questions that eventually define your actions. What would you be willing to end a life for? Who gets to say who's in the wrong? Is it right to punish someone for something their ancestors did or didn't do? Questions like those. When I was faced with those questions I found answers. I didn't like some of those answers at first, they did not go along with what I had previously thought. But eventually I learned, that doing the right thing isn't always the most easy or good feeling thing." "Exactly, so why didn't you stay with the pack?" Said Calvin. "Because I learned the pack, my family, and I, was wrong." Zechariah repiled. "Then why aren't you trying to convince me of the same view as you?" Calvin questioned. "I don't think you will listen to me, these might be things you are going to have to find out on your own, the hard way I'm afraid..."

"What's that supposed to mean?" asked Calvin smirking. "I mean we're really good friends." said Jadyn. "Nothing more?" asked Calvin mischievously. Jadyn felt his face grow warm. He decided to turn the conversation around. * "Oh, she was talking about Azalea. She's not my girlfriend, but me and her have been friends for a long time. My mother and father actually took her in when we found her by the riverside when she was young, she had no memory of where she had come from and was badly hurt. By the time she was back to health she didn't want to leave us, so we never looked for her real family. So we pretty much grew up together. I've never seen her as sister though. She's had a crush on me forever and I've known for awhile." *

I've got a lot on my plate, but how about I see what I can do in the upcoming days or weeks.
Alpha studied the symbols on his knife as the door opened behind him and the voice of Kent said, "You called us here Alpha." "Yes, it's time to fulfil my daughter's very large request she has asked of use." He replied putting his knife away in its holder. "Can we really get away with such an act?" asked Kent humblely. "We just need to make sure no one knows it's us. It's risky yes, this is important though. If she doesn't become the empress this whole thing we've planned for years could be set back and even prevented. Especially since Lloyd now knows of us..." Said Alpha. "I understand sir." Repiled Kent. "Shall I give the order to prepare to leave then?" "Yes, do that. I have some things I need to discuss with Gamma about the prophecy." Said Alpha turning and facing the Kent and the warriors who were with him. "It will be done then." Said Kent as he and the other warriors turned to leave. Just before they did though Alpha added. "One more thing. Bring along that fox, and the Student rank warrior Calvin." "Are you sure?" Asked Kent confused and concerned. "Yes, do it."
Zephyr waited in the forest. Something cold landed on her nose and startled her. She look up to see snowflakes falling through the trees. She sighed, he breath was visible, something that was fairly new to her. It felt like it had been hours since she had contacted Sensei Lloyd and it only had gotten colder. At long last the far off sound of what must have been four wheelers came from the southern side of the forest. Lisa was the first to come into sight and the first to reach her. "Zephyr! What happened? Sensei told us you saw Jadyn. Is he alright?" Lisa asked as she dismounted her four wheeler. Sensei drove up to them on a small motorcycle with Moe and Nathan not far behind him. Zephyr tried her best to explain what had happened and the team listened closely. Once she had finished, Sensei Lloyd asked. "You said he was wearing the uniform of the pack then?" "Yes," repiled Zephyr. "And he really wouldn't leave when you asked him to?" Asked Lisa. "That's right," confirmed Zephyr. "So then, what do we do now?" Asked Moe as he looked to Sensei. "I'm trying to think," muttered Lloyd. Lisa looked at her hand, which Zephyr just now noticed was wrapped up, and said. "It's unlike Jadyn to do something like this unless he had a good reason to. We all know he could have escaped on his own if he wanted to based on what we know. So either the pack is threatening him in some way that he can't refuse, or, he knows something the rest of us don't yet..." "There's another thing," said Nathan. "What is the pack's motivation to keep him alive? What's more, let him wear their uniform, and run around freely in the forest. I thought they wanted elemental masters eliminated and gone for good." "We need more information," said Lisa. "Agreed." Nathan repiled. Moe nodded in agreement as well and Sensei Lloyd said. "I guess if more information is what we need, more information is what we'll get. We must go to the den and find out more. Then see how we can find a way to free Jadyn, and locate Zephyr's father."
They then made a plan: they would go in through the top like Moe, Nathan and Jadyn had when they went looking for Zephyr. Sensei Lloyd reminded them that they would need to be stealthy, or the whole mission could fall apart... The team put on their ninja masks and quietly made their way on foot to the den. Once they got closer to the ravine though the sounds of voices could be heard coming from the bottom. The team crept even closer and looked over the edge into the ravine. Just outside the den a few swat vans were parked as wolf warriors gathered supplies into them as well as some individuals getting inside the swat vans. Zephyr recognized Haiki among them. They seemed just about ready to leave to go somewhere. Sensei Lloyd pulled something small and round out of his ninja gi and tossed it at the vans and warriors below. It suddenly sprouted four little propellers and glided down like a helicopter seed, gently landing on top of one of the swat vans, sticking and staying. "Where do you think they are going?" Whispered Nathan. "Likely not somewhere in our favor," repiled Sensei. "What do we do now then?" Asked Lisa, "will we be able to pull this off with all them out there?" Sensei Lloyd looked unsure, but he replied. "We wait for them to leave then."
It wasn't long before the swat vans drove up a path on the east side of the revenue. A few lingering warriors stood outside talking among themselves. Sensei glanced anxiously at his communication device he had, a map was on it with a red arrow moving across it. "Is something wrong Sensei?" Asked Lisa. Sensei Lloyd hesitated and replied. "I don't know, something just doesn't feel right. Those warriors who just left are going somewhere, and it has been bothering me ever since they left." A sickening realization suddenly came over Zephyr as she recalled where they might be heading. She didn't want to distract from the current mission, but she knew she would deeply regret it if she said nothing. "What if, they found where we've been hiding? And they are coming to get everyone?" "It's possible..." said Sensei Lloyd uneasy. Lisa suddenly exclaimed. "Zephyr, didn't you say that every month they attempt an assassination?" "Yes..." She repiled. "Do you think they've done this month's yet?" Asked Lisa. "Not likely, it has been a new month for the past couple days, right?" She anwsered. Neither of them liked where this was going. "Right..." Said Lisa. "No- You're not saying..." said Moe horrified. The whole group had realized it now. Nathan cursed under his breath. Sensei Lloyd glanced at his communication device again and said. "Well, it seems we are faced with a choice. We can either stay on task and find Jadyn and Zechariah. Or we can track down the wolf warriors and hopefully save a life or more. Or, we split up and do both."
