Chapter 4, Part 1: LEGO Star Wars The customer service agent got up from her desk after finishing the call with Zach. She went to the LEGO element storage room and grabbed a LEGO 2x4 Medium Azure tile from the shelf. She found a large box and packed it with the missing piece, a confirmation receipt, and an extra box to fill in the gap. She wrote down Zach’s shipping address onto the box, then went to the LEGO mail distribution center and saw that a mail truck was about to drive away.
She ran toward the postman and asked, “Can you deliver this package too?” “Of course.” Replied the postman. She smiled, then she turned around to head back to her desk.
She sat back at her desk and looked at the time. It was noon, which meant it was time for her lunch break. She closed all the windows on her computer and she suddenly began to cry after she noticed her desktop wallpaper. It was a picture of all her coworkers at a LEGO Company screening of Star Wars: The Force Awakens. She used to be in contact with them everyday through phone or text, but one day all of a sudden they stopped replying. For a few days, she even tried to visit them in person, but they weren’t there. She visits the LEGO Product Design team as well because she relays the community feedback to them, but at the same time, they weren’t there either. She felt really really lonely, and the other customer service agents were too busy with their current customers to notice that she was crying. She wondered if she had been forgotten.
A few seconds later, her manager came up to her and asked in a soft voice. He was dressed in a suit with a colorful plaid shirt and pants, and had a lanyard around his neck, which was tucked into his suit pocket.
“Hey Mia, What’s going on?” “It’s… just that…. I’ve felt lonely for a while.”
“Do you wanna talk about it somewhere else?” “Sure, why not?”
She shut down her computer, and walked with her manager to his office. The door was at the corner of the office, and the window had the view of LEGOLAND and part of the nearest airport runway, which was pretty close to LEGO Headquarters.

Chapter 4, Part 2: LEGO Star Wars
“Why do you feel lonely?” He asked in a soft voice. “I had these friends, they were mods on the moderation team. They seem to have disappeared. I loved them and I would’ve stayed to help moderate, but I also miss talking to LEGO fans directly.”
“Oh, so you used to be on the moderation team and you switched to Customer Service?” “Right. I wanted to help others, to see customers being happy knowing that their needs were met, or just sharing ideas of what they would like to see in the future.”
“What made you want to switch?” “Just something about the atmosphere. After the LEGO Message Boards closed, it just didn’t feel the same. Sure, the galleries and LEGO Life were interesting places to moderate, but they didn’t have the community aspect that the LEGO Message Boards had.”
“I see. Is everything in Customer Service going well?” “Yeah, just helped someone with a missing piece from a LEGO Friends set.”
“That’s good. And his Frodos are doing fine?” She was shocked and terrified. “How did you know about that…?” She said nervously.
“Oh, I heard from the side. I would’ve tapped into your call, but The LEGO Group’s Privacy Policy already has hardware to prevent me from doing that.” “You’re insane. Are you trying to stalk me?” She said as she began backing away from him slowly.
“I guess technically, I am stalking you, but it’s because I know you sent out more than just a missing piece to that last customer service request, did you? That’s against company policy, Mia, or should I say, Miakittymoon.” “No, you’re against company policy!”
“I am the company policy.”
She paused for a second, then bolted out of her chair and towards the door. She tried to open it, but it was jammed.
“Oh, MKM, did you really think I wouldn’t notice that large box you used? Missing pieces are served in bubble-wrapped envelopes, not boxes.” He said as he slowly crept toward her.
MKM was terrified. She looked to her left and saw a prototype 2017 LEGO UCS Millenium Falcon on display with 7500+ pieces. “Take that!” She shouted as she grabbed it and threw it at his face. The Millennium Falcon shattered into thousands of pieces and he screamed in agony.
“Ow! My face! Really MKM? We’re gonna have backorders because of this!” He pulled out his lanyard and attached on the end was a kazoo. He blew on it, which produced an annoying buzz, then two guards in suits burst through the door, which knocked MKM to the floor. The guards lifted her back up and held her tight.
“Who are you?” She asked frightenedly as she stared into his cold eyes. “The name is ColorfulEnchantingKazoo.” “That’s a strange name.” She said with a little laugh. “Well, you can thank LEGO Life for that. I just wear this outfit to look the part. Bring me the package!” A guard came into the room holding a package, but for some reason she didn’t recognize it.
“Let’s see what you were going to send out.” He ripped open the box and inside was a 75173 LEGO Luke’s Landspeeder set and not the 2x4 Medium Azure Tile.
“What the..This doesn’t make sense. Guards, you got the right package right?” “You told us to hack into MKM’s account and acquire the box of the last Customer Service request, and this is what we got.” A guard replied. “I guess this isn’t the box you’re looking for.” MKM commented.
“What did you do with the box?” He asked toward MKM. “You see, you actually got the second to last customer service request, which I remember was an order of Luke’s Landspeeder.”
“Then what happened to the box you just sent?” “I hand wrote the address and the receipt. You can’t trace that.”
ColofulEnchantingKazoo was speechless. He then spoke, “And where is it?” MKM looked out the window and noticed a large airplane taking off with the LEGO logo on it. “Let’s just say, it has the high ground.”
“Oh, stop it with the Star Wars jokes.” ColorfulEnchantingKazoo looked behind him and noticed the airplane. “NOOOOO! Guards! Follow that airplane, and get me that package now!” “Yes sir.” A couple guards left immediately.
“Put her with the others.” “The others? The people who disappeared? What have you done with them?” MKM asked curiously.
“The same thing LEGO always does with the things they stop caring about; Retire them, and make way for new exciting features.”
How are the guards going to follow a plane? At this point, it's already to late.
I'm watching you Mr. Kazoo, and if you harm the mods in anyway, you will regret it. *Squints at screen and places a finger on my screen where his name is, poking it twice.*
Yay! Three parts in one day! I need to step up my game....

You seem pretty engaged with this story. Glad you're enjoying it.
I'll admit, I already wrote some of the story last year, but didn't reveal it until a few days ago. No worries, take as much time as you need for your stories.

I thought this was BB for a minute there.
Yes, I was.
I'm telling you. If they are harmed in any way.
Ugh. "Soon".
I try to make my comments humorous. That way it's not like the writer isn't reading the same thing every time.
Yep, you were right. Oh, she'll be in good hands.... We'll be seeing more of the mods in future chapters. All shall be revealed soon.

Really?
Aw. Thanks.
Lol. Yeah. Oh, they'll be fine... just fine... Yeah, assuming school goes well, and that the next part of the story is almost ready, but I still have some things in the middle of the story to work on. Ah, that's a good idea. Yeah. I just wanted to make sure that the story I had in mind was consistent throughout. You're welcome.

I don’t believe your response. O.o Yea! Yeah, I thought so. I know that feeling.
