What we need is a jury trial. Both sides can state their cases, with the truth, THE FULL TRUTH, and NOTHING but the truth. We have one user, selected by the other users on LMBE, oversee the trial. (I am willing to do that bit, unless the users of LMBE select someone else.) Shamrock can give his defense/accusation, and the members of the staff that are against him can give their defense/accusation. After both sides have given their cases, the jury, or the good users of LMBE, will make an informed decision. It can be done by vote, or by full agreement of the members of the rather large jury. (All active users that are not members of the staff will make up the jury.) 

NO, I am not joking about this. This is a legit suggestion. Let the users make their decision off of full facts in a jury trial.
