I'm not sure about others but I for one don't care about your strange politics. Just because the staff have had a fallout does NOT mean that they need to PM it to everyone! What cause is this for? Gathering users on thier side? Shammrock just made several paragraphs just to say he is the head admin, which I do congratulate him on, is unnecessary. Helious pretty much said that Shammrock is terrible and that the LMBE is going to be shut down because of him, even saying that it was an important announcement! In the lastest stated PM, Helios even stated the "Untrustworthy" mods Usernames, which will just upset people! (It actually made me unhappy.) A Private message sent to all (or most) users should be to declare urgent announcements that all users NEED to know, not to delcare staff positions. If hiring mods becomes an issue then we shouldn't bring in more mods! (Which we don't need any more mods.) Also, if I made a mistake, I wouldn't want it broadcasted to every user who actually doesn't need to know about the situation!

It was a breif summary of the mods fallout and at the end it pretty much said that Shammrock was untrustworthy.

My theory? Maybe the mods should open their discussion forums to the public. Read-only, so we know the full story instead of fabrications dreamt up by various staff members.

Personally, I think we need to be in the dark about this kind of things, it will cause worry and I don't want to see the mods fight.
Though, I do agree that the mods need to behave themselfs. We can go on strike too!

Unfortunately, things behind the scenes are a lot more complex than this and the seeds for current issues have been growing for over the past month. In that time, many things have happened and if the staff were to give full honest transparency over the issue, some staff and users may have their reputations damaged. That’s not something anyone wants and despite some misinformation - or lack of information - about the whole thing that seems to be present, I have to suggest that such a matter be left to the most critically involved parties.
