   OOC: Yeah I never really posted a topic other than the Bear HQ, and a bunch of illegals at the Pirates forum. I didn't know they were illegals at that time though .

   Location: Between Gotham and New York city, if they're close that is, if not, then just in New York City, USA.
   Location Status: Popular, funded by the Government and donations along with Doctor Macksinbov's own investments.
   Description: This is a big mini city. It has a large tower in the center and buildings ranging from three story buildings and below. Most of them are connected. It has the top security systems possible since the Doctor designed it and has holding cells designed speifically for each superhero individually. Or has several garrisons which hold the Pax troopers, the military and security force of the Compound. It has gyms, weapons rooms, aircraft bay; chow halls and bunk houses, training rooms seceret labs, and of course, the holding cells. It also contains a labyrinth underneath the Compound that leads to seceret rooms like labs and the residing place of Dr. Corlin.

   General resources: Many hi-tech weapons, vehicles (such as mechs, tanks, aircraft consisting of helicopters, jets, and other hi-tech flying vehicles), and Lab equipment. Not including all the detection systems and other things that entail all that I have listed.
