Z-Whales We at the RCC apologise concerning the loss of your characters and the misunderstanding that has arisen from it. At this moment, we are not willing to offer you any of said characters that may have been lost or taken in this process. However, as stated on other occasions, there are other similar characters which are available for claiming, including that of alternate universe variations of said characters (approved by the RCC). Once again, we apologise.
On to further business, I propose to the RCC that a clarification of the rules be made concerning the roll call: 1. That the one week period for people to respond begins at the time of the post in which they are tagged. 2. Following the conclusion of the roll call, there is a 24-hour period before ownership of characters is revoked so that those on differing time zones have time to confirm their presence.

I do too. When writing the rules it completely slipped my mind that others may live in separate time zones.

It has gyms, weapons rooms, aircraft bay; chow halls and bunk houses, training rooms seceret labs, and of course, the holding cells. It also contains a labyrinth underneath the Compound that leads to seceret rooms like labs and the residing place of Dr. Corlin.
