General Kenobi This is not about Batman. It never has been. This is about Z not responding in time to the roll call.
And about my asking Ciar to give Z-whales a 2nd chance which is evidently not going to happen.
I think the matter is settled. I would appreciate it if that next time I bring something up, you do not accuse me of personally attacking you because that was never my intention. And, for clarification, I never said they weren't the rules or that you were "legally" wrong.
I would also appreciate it if next time I defended the rules, you do not personally attack me, as then I will have no use for accusing you of it.

Z-Whales We at the RCC apologise concerning the loss of your characters and the misunderstanding that has arisen from it. At this moment, we are not willing to offer you any of said characters that may have been lost or taken in this process. However, as stated on other occasions, there are other similar characters which are available for claiming, including that of alternate universe variations of said characters (approved by the RCC). Once again, we apologise.
On to further business, I propose to the RCC that a clarification of the rules be made concerning the roll call: 1. That the one week period for people to respond begins at the time of the post in which they are tagged. 2. Following the conclusion of the roll call, there is a 24-hour period before ownership of characters is revoked so that those on differing time zones have time to confirm their presence.

I vote in favour of the two movements. Thank you.
Extend the period to 48 hours, then yes, I vote in favour of both.

Totally agree, if someone doesn't like the way the rules were written they should not stick up an overly exaggerated fight over them, which is what I believed hapoened. One plea, two pleas, maybe three, bit if the person is in accordance with the rules, silence!

I vote in favor of them both as well.
I claim Batman! No I don't, just a joke. You might want to publicly reclaim your characters fast before you loose them again.
