To do this effectively though, he needs to find the realm crystal. The artist finds out from the library that the realm crystal is guarded by the ninja and Borg. Knowing that he can't get it on his own, he creates a small griffin out of clay which he calls Chip to befriend the ninja and find out were the realm crystal is. Skylor's mother told her that she had already written letters for Chen and Skylor, and had already left clues leading to there in case anyone ever needed to know. She told her sister not to speak a word of this to anyone and to never return to Chen or Skylor for her own and their own safety. She then passed. Stone giants would be big figs or brickbuilt.
Underworld ecapists would be various people and creatures that could be made of past minifig parts colored differently.

Skylor's aunt would ware a common light purple robe with green, and possibly ware a hat like sensei Wu except hair would be sticking out from under it.
Ok first I want to say huge apology for not getting the season idea posted. I had intended to type it up the next day. But of course something happened... There was the announcement of the main gallery possibly closing down. So I had to save everything I needed, finish some stuff up and some other things. Now I'm prepared for if and/or when it does end. So HOPEFULLY I'll get my idea on here soon.
So? What came of this?
Funny that you ask... Been working on it for the past few days.

The artist would look a bit like Clouse, but have more of an artist look to him.
Valdis would either be a new type of animal figure, or brickbuilt. ( same for the stone and clay griffins but smaller)
Chip and Ivory would be the same mold and have to be a new mold. ( there could also be a piece that could be made to go on a minifig so they could be placed on that piece when needed so Chip could be on Lloyd's shoulder and Ivory on the artist's. )
Stone giants would be big figs or brickbuilt.
Underworld ecapists would be various people and creatures that could be made of past minifig parts colored differently.
The ninja would have a war-like look to them, they would be sleeveless like the tournament outfits, and the hoods would be like the zekin ones but printed a bit differently ( also from the Tournament of Elements ) and the printing would be like combination of the tournament and Hands of Time outfits.
Skylor's aunt would ware a common light purple robe with green, and possibly ware a hat like sensei Wu except hair would be sticking out from under it.
Skylor uses the clue on the stone found at the Spirit Coves to find an old temple on a mountain on the far eastern side of Ninjago. Accepting that this must have been the last resting place of her mother, she takes the sword and leaves.

The J posted ideas for prequel seasons in the Season 9 Spoiler Club, which made me want to revisit this thread after so long.
Now that I think about it, a nice villain idea for Hands of Time would have been clockwork samurai similar to Echo Zane, which would have fit in well with the time theme. One idea is that they could be powered by temporal energy, giving them limited control over each time power.
So I kinda had an idea that first mysterious things start happening and Lloyd meets a couple friends he met in a previous fan-fic of mine. After somemore, relatively unimportant events pass, the first fight takes place. One of the ninja--probably Kai or Zane--will get captured directly after by these wild cat-shapeshifter-warrior tribes. These cats' minfigures--in my opinion--would be epic. I think they'd need Chima head-peice-thingies to achieve the pointed ears and muzzles, which would be cool because it's really give dimensions to their teeth and snarls. Their bodies would look all furry and be patterned after tabbies, tortoiseshells, calicos and other pelt designs, the clothing would be animal pelts (mainly wolf pelts because that'd show their strength over such a powerful hunter). Some might have crudely formed metal armor, like shoulder guards of some sort or chest armor. Their weapons would either roughly made daggers and swords and maybe some spears, all studded with claws or teeth from wolves or smashed warriors from other tribes. Some of the warriors use magic, which would need cool twisted peices. The sets would definitly be very different. There are three tribes, one in the forests, one in a rocky, windy, hill-y, cliff-y, river-y area and one would be up in the mountains. The forest tribe would have villages built up in the huge, thick, tall trees of that region. The wind-hill-cliff-river tribe would have more primitive dwellings, caverns and tunnels but into the cliffs and hills. The last tribe is the most advanced, they'd have palaces, temples, bridges and a main city of sorts srung through their mountain territory. I think hope that would really make for some unique sets, like a fight scene in a treetops village or the ninja sneaking into a generations-old stone temple/palace. The ninja would wear suits of darker, earthier colors rather then their usually vivid hues and much sturdier material. I'm not sure how lego fans would take my season if it were real, would they like it? Or hate it?
Oh geez, I talk too much and I just realized this is an old post... hey, at least I got to share my idea.

Now where have I seen that before...
I've never shared this idea before and my fanfic is too early in for you to know about it, plus, are you even one of my readers? What are you implying?

It's pretty much the same idea that LordTigress had a couple of pages back. Is that just a coincidence?

O.O It most certainly is a coincidence, I didn't even know she posted a season idea here. I'll have to change some things or something, I really don't want anyone to think I used someone else's idea... I'll read hers and see what I should change in mine.
