Sensing the others were in a predicament, I took PIXAL and Lloyd and ran to Laughy's as fast as possible. A hooded figure was there, along with Jay, Nya, Kai, and a rather ghostly Cole.
"Why did you chose now to be late?" Kai asked as he got up from another time boom that brought my voice back to normal.
"I found PIXAL. I had to take her with me," I replied.
"Well, will you two lovebirds HELP US?" Kai asked.
Jay, now looking rather snakelike again, added, "We'd fight, but ssshe keeps disssappearing! It'sss not fair!"
"And whenever she disappears," Kai added, "something weird happens to any one of us."
"Strange, yet strangely familiar," I replied. I removed her hood, expecting to see one of the Hands of Time, but the face behind the shadowy mask was...
I stepped back, my eyes widening. "No! It can't be!"
"You're not ssserious." Jay dropped his nunchucks.
"Hanna?" Lloyd gasped.
"My name is not Hanna," she replied, her voice cold and low. "Nor am I any friend or family of yours. I am Tamil, built by Acronix to aid him in his temporal deeds. What Master Wu did not realize was that when Acronix was banished in time, he landed twenty years in the future, using spare parts to create me. Dr. Julien only remodeled me and fed me false memories. He helped you, the ninja. And you banished my father again. Although I am free now, I must avenge him."
"Hanna!" I cried out, before she silenced me.
"After I regained my memory, which is much earlier than you would think, I pretended to be mute so you would take me in and I could gather information on you. I was the one who summoned Nadakhan," she finished, "and I will banish you as you did my father."
"So not fair! Your father tried to kill us!" Kai replied.
Tamil sighed and shot a time boom at him. "Reality is not suited for a little baby like you."
"Floating...children..." Kai muttered as he lost all consciousness.
"NO!" I screamed. "You don't have to do what your father says! We're you're family!"
"He'sss right! Jussst because you were built by one of the Handsss of Time, doesssn't mean you have to be like them!" Jay agreed. "Ssskylor is a great exsssample!"
"Yeah," Lloyd added, stumbling over his too-big uniform. "Wouldn't you have...daddy issues? After all, the Hands of Time betrayed the other Elemental Masters. Shouldn't it...run in the family or something?"
"I don't care!" Tamil shot a beam at Lloyd again, turning him from a young child to an old man.
Lloyd sighed in defeat. "Not again..."
"Are you insssane or sssomething?" Jay asked before another beam made him mute again. He sighed. At least he was human now.
"Tamil," I said, "please. Listen to us. You don't have to listen to what your ancestry tells you to do. You are not your past. Do you read me? You are not your past!"
Tamil dropped to the ground in defeat. "I'm so sorry."
I stood to my feet. "I'm terribly sorry for all the lies and suspicions." I turned everyone back to normal...hopefully. "I hope I can make it up to you."
"Reverse this event and take us, and yourself, back to the Bounty," Cole replied.
I obliged, though I was drained of energy. "Please, let me rest a while," I breathed.
"Go ahead. Beds are in the room to the left," Cole replied.
"Don't worry, Tammy," Jay replied. "You're safe with us."
"Tammy?" I tilted my head.
"It's a nickname," Jay explained quickly.
"Oh." I smiled slightly. "I like it."
"Sleep well," Lloyd called. I nodded.
"Night, Tammy," Jay added.
"Goodnight!" Cole echoed.
But Nya went in there with me.
"Nya?" I looked up.
"Just thought we'd have some girl talk before you turn in," Nya said. "It's been a while."
"Yeah," I replied. "I'm sorry. For everything."
"Don't worry about it, Tam," I replied. "We forgive you."
"Am I technically adopted?" I asked.
"Hm?"
"I mean, Acronix built me, but he was lost in time. Then Dr. Julien took me in," I replied. "I know Julien's dead now. I was just wondering...is that what adoption is?"
"Yeah, I guess," Nya replied. "Jay was adopted too. He's the biological son of the previous Master of Lightning and one of his favorite actors. He was raised in a junkyard by two of the sweetest people I've ever met."
"A junkyard?"
"Yeah! I mean, it doesn't sound like much, but he has it better than most of us. And besides, he picked up a few skills from his foster parents." she replied. "He's generally happy with Ed and Edna. He considers them his real parents. I just want you to know you're not alone."
I smiled. "Thank you."
"You seem to be around my size, if not taller and narrower, so you can borrow some of my PJs," Nya added.
"I really appreciate that." I took a pair from her bag and went into the bathroom to change.
I really began to feel like this wasn't so bad. Maybe I could become a Time Ninja? Anyways, I learned that family isn't always by blood.
--- Hanna: PREPARE TO BE- wait, what were my lines again? Lloyd: YOU'RE MUTE. Hanna: Oh, right. *mouths random screaming* Lloyd: And nearly emotionless. --- Cole: Dude, where's ya get that accent, the accent store? Jay: Uh... Cole: No, no, imagine if that actually existed, bro. All are impression problems would be solved. We would be masters of disguise for like 20 dollars. Jay: *chuckling* --- Kai: We are from Planet Duplor. Cole: We are here to destroy you. Jay: AAAHHH THAT'S NOT WHAT I MEANT! Zane: *robotic chuckling in the background* Nadakhan: Baby block aliens agree with each other, right?
Pfft- xD This is amazing.
Yeah, I thought I'd lighten the mood a little bit after the angst.
I didn't have much else to do then, so I wrote multiple chapters.
The "time booms" are basically supposed to bring back stuff of the past as if it never ended. Thus Cole turning into a ghost, Jay into a snake (and losing his voice a couple times), Nya evil, etc.

Glad to see you in a writing mood, then. Ah, right, I gathered something of the sort.

Hanna, now called Tamil due to her real past being revealed, is now another Master of Time, having gotten her powers from a special programming by Acronix, possibly a power source or something. After she realized no good would come out of revenge and evil, she rejoined the team. It seems she and Nya would make good friends?
I was swabbing the deck of the Misfortune's Keep, everything aching, including my heart, as beads of sweat poured from my forehead. Nadakhan kept shouting at me to work. And the scene changed. I was helping the other ninja escape from the Sword of Souls, and we finally got out to Nya being brainwashed and wed to Nadakhan.
But the worst scene was reliving Nya's death and everyone else turning to gold. I had literally seen all my friends die. It was too much. Wake up, wake up...
My eyelids fluttered. Part of my hair was damp, and all of it was messy and untamed. Nya was shaking me. "Huh...?" I got up and faced her.
"Jay, you slept late again," she told me as she helped me, tired and confused, out of bed. "We're supposed to be training by now."
I wiped my eyes on my sleeve, only half noticing the wetness was tears. "Oh?"
"Jay, have you been crying?" Nya asked as I kept mopping my eyes. "Did you...dream about the Sky Pirates again?"
"The worst part was losing you," I replied with a sigh.
"You should be glad you wished it never happened," Nya replied. "It’s not your concern now.”
I ran a hand through my hair. “Then...what is my concern?”
“Getting dressed and getting to training,” she replied, helping me out of bed.
I nodded and changed in the bathroom, drying my face with a towel. I came out and everyone else was right there. I jumped.
“Jay, are you alright?” Lloyd asked as he reached out to touch my face.
“You can tell us,” Cole added. “We’re your best friends.”
“Is it because of what happened in the alleyway?” Tamil asked.
“No,” I replied. “I had a bad dream, is all. Nothing to worry about.” I sighed, pulling on my hood. “Guess we’re training?”
“No,” Cole replied. “You seem too distressed. Lloyd’s training Tamil.”
I took off my mask. “I’m...fine, Cole.”
“No, you’ve obviously got something wrong. Lloyd, get started. I have to talk to Jay.”
Lloyd went downstairs, and Cole and I sat down. He scooted closer, and looked at me like I was in trouble or something, intimidating me slightly. “Jay, tell me about your dream.”
“Alright. You probably don’t remember this, but there was this...alternate timeline. It didn’t last all that long, but it was a really...hard time. Basically, there were these...sky pirates, and they wanted to destroy Ninjago to create this...Djinjago thing. The leader was a djinn, and his name was Nadakhan,” I started.
“So that ‘Nadakhan’ thing wasn’t a legend?” Cole asked.
“No. Anyways, he’d grant 3 wishes to people, but he’d...twist them up. Like, my first wish was to be rich and be able to impress Nya for once, and that was how I found out I was adopted,“ I continued.
“You’re adopted?” Cole raised his eyebrows.
I nodded. “Yeah. My real dad was Cliff Gordon, an actor.”
“Cliff Gordon? You mean...you’re Fritz Donnegan’s son?” Cole almost shouted.
I laughed. “Biological son. I still consider Ed and Edna my real parents. Anyways, Nadakhan would confront each of us alone, and if we were unlucky, he’d scare us into wishing it all away, and he would take our souls with this...Djinn Blade thing.”
“Take our souls?” Cole’s eyes widened.
“You wouldn’t die, you’d be sucked into the sword. And the inside of that thing was just...horrible. Time slowed down, and you’d risk falling asleep. And...who knows what’d happen if you fell asleep,” I went on. “Anyways, Nadakhan captured me shortly after we got the venom from a giant Tiger Widow. That’s where the dream started.”
“Tiger Widow? You mean those extremely poisonous…”
“It was a spider, yes. But that’s beside the point. After a while, the scene changed. I helped you guys escape, but they hypnotized Nya into thinking she was his dead lover.” I shuddered. “And then it ended...with Nya getting...poisoned and she…” I began to tear up again.
“Died?” Cole finished, and I nodded.
“That’s when I woke up. I didn’t get to see the end of it, when I made my last wish and reversed that whole mess,” I added.
Cole seemed speechless.
“I know, Cole.” I sighed. “I’m just glad it’s all over, you guys are alive, and it never happened in the first place.”
Cole nodded, before hugging me, to my surprise. “I’m sorry, Jay. I’m sorry for doubting you all these years.”
“It’s okay,” I choked out, crushed by Cole’s muscles. “Y-you’re suffocating me…”
“Oh,” he said, letting go. “Sorry.”
“It’s okay,” I replied. “Let’s just go...have breakfast or something.”

Oooh, OK. . . so she's a relative of one of the Time Twins?
