Ok, I just looked back at the whole scene on Casablance, Shamrock said he placed a blockade around it, then right afterward you said something about Clawstrike 1's, so I figured you were operating the blockade! Well, now that I got that cleared up... So, where do you get all these vehicles if you don't have a base? I am not attacking your base now anywho, but I still would like to know. You have to post a base and I saw that FelipeDutra already talked to you about one.
I have a base, it's just nowhere near the West Sea. My stuff is mostly made in the Iron Mountains, and now I look at it I really need to flesh out my facilities and stuff. I'll make sure to do that soon, and yes, it will include a base here.
Well then, sorry about the misunderstanding feller... I am not attacking you yet because I do not have any clue as to your existence, I think that you are just croc tribal forces. Shamrock , I am attacking the Croc Naval base and ship yards.

IC: The wing Strikers distract the icebears long enough for half the Bat Fleet to completely surround all the small Icebear ships, and the Ascendancy suddenly veers to its left, spearing the long, sharp rock on its bow right through the enemy ships, skewering 2 troop transports and 1 scout ship. Ice starts spreading up the spike from the 3 impaled ships, and 2 bats onboard the Ascendancy quickly untie the bottom of the roughly triangular rock from the bow of the flagship before the Ice can reach the ship, letting the freezing spike and its 3 skewered ships fall and sink. A few other ships follow suit, skewering all the small Icebear ships before the bewildered icebears can blast their attackers. The many surviving icebears from the small ships are surprised to see the Bat ships purposefully breaking their blockade and drifting far away from the icebears. Nevertheless, the remaining icebears from the small ships seize this opening to run across the water, creating an ice bridge as they try to get to Bat Island on foot. They don't get far. As soon as this half of the Bat Fleet is spread out and far away from the spot, Balthazar issues the final order of Phase II. One of the Wing Strikers comes back down from the clouds and dives through the sky, heading towards the ice sheet where the small Icebear ships had been before, and where the 40 frozen chi grenades still rest. The Bat pilot ejects and flies away right as the spiky black rock equipped to the front of his Wing Striker punctures one of the frozen chi grenades, igniting it just as the tip of the spiky rock starts to freeze. Thus, a chain reaction is set off, and all 40 of the chi grenades are blown up one-by-one by the first grenade's detonation. The icebears stop running and turn around upon hearing the first few explosions. Icebear: "Uh oh..."
From the bridge of the Ascendancy, Grand Admiral Balthazar watches the enormous explosion cluster envelop the surviving icebears and their ice bridge.
Balthazar: "Begin Phase III." The western half of the Bat Fleet returns to the the eastern half, and moves forward to where the large Icebear ships are gathered, now that the small ships have been taken care of. The Bat subs go south, back to Bat Island, as the Bat Fleet moves north to meet the Icebears. Icebear: "Admiral, we've lost communication with all of our small ships!" Icebear Admiral: "What?! How could they have been destroyed?! This is impossible!" Balthazar: "Actually Admiral, you will find that it was quite possible indeed." Icebear Admiral: "Who is speaking?" Balthazar: "I am Grand Admiral Balthazar of the Bat Fleet. I have destroyed all of your small ships, and I now approach your fleet with my own. I would like to know why you are targeting Bat Island." Icebear Admiral: "So it's your island now, huh? Well there's something there that belongs to us, and we're taking it back even it we have to plow through any buildings there!" Balthazar: "In that case, I will appreciate your immediate surrender and removal of your naval forces from the southern West Sea." Icebear Admiral: "Icebears never surrender! Victory or death!!" Balthazar: "Very well."
Laser canon shots are blasted at the Icebear fleet from the Bat ships. All the pulsor blasts and missiles are frozen, but the heavy missiles still do some damage when they inevitably smash down onto the decks of the Icebear ships. A bat capital ship dips down as far as it can and skewers an icebear capital ship with its spiky rock. The bats detach the freezing rock from their bow as the large Icebear ship sinks. The other big Icebear ships blast the bat ships with their cannons, partially freezing the front of the enemy ships, but they pull backward to avoid having the same fate as the sunken capital ship. Icebear Admiral: "Perhaps it's time for a... strategic retreat. We'll come back stronger!"
The Bats cheer as their enemies retreat back north. Grand Admiral Balthazar is praised by what remains of the Bat Tribe for his brilliant strategies; thanks to the Grand Admiral, the Imperial Remnant won a naval victory against the Icebears without any fire-powered weapons, and sacrificing only a single Wing Striker.

Balthazar: "The Icebear shipyards are obviously in the northern ice caps, so we'll attack them there. Of course, we need fire powered weapons for an offensive battle against the Ice Hunters." Balthazar sends Brakket's special forces bats to the Great Desert, on a mission to infiltrate the frozen cities and reclaim the Crawlers' fire catapults from the Vultures. Bat: "Grand Admiral, there's an old-looking ship with a white flag approaching the fleet." Balthazar: "Interesting. Judging by the fact that they're using an old-style wooden ship rather than the modern metallic ships that the tribes use, they seem to be Pirates. However, I am interested to see what their offer is."
Balthazar stands on the deck with half the crew. The Pirates board the deck of the Ascendancy, and Balthazar shakes the captain's hand. Balthazar: "Greetings. I am Grand Admiral Balthazar of the Bat Fleet, current leader of the Bat Tribe." Lyrix: "It is a pleasure to meet the crafter of the strategy I just witnessed. I'm Captain Lyrix, and this is my first mate, Gibbs." Balthazar: "Yes, I know. A former Gorilla Governor and the former Lion Field Marshal, both exiled from your tribes." Gibbs: "How did you—?" Balthazar: "I spent much time reading Chima's history in Eagle Spire. Now, what is it you want to discuss, Captain?" Lyrix: "An alliance, against these Icebears. They've made things very bad for business here on the West Sea." Balthazar: "An Alliance? And how could men of your occupation benefit my cause?" Lyrix: "We can add to your numbers in terms of 'soldiers'." Balthazar: "Very well, Captain. You Pirates may prove your worth to me by liberating the chi ghost concoction from Gorilla HQ. Then we shall be allies against the Icebear fleet." Lyrix [shakes Balthazar's hand]: "It's a deal then. To the fall of the Icebears!" Balthazar: "To the fall of the Icebears."
After the Pirates leave, a bat says: "Grand Admiral, are we really allying with the scum and villainy of the sea??" Balthazar: "They are useful to us. Ghosts cannot be frozen, and only a Gorilla such as Gibbs can make chi ghosts obedient soldiers. After the Pirates obtain the chi ghost concoction, we'll keep them around simply for that."
More anti-air,defense turrets are established along the coast and a little ways from the bases entrance. Automated chi turrets are also established around the outlying anti-air defense guns. 16 Large, long range coastal canons are also built, facing the West Sea.

Again, I am not with the Crocs. I had no blockade around Casablanche.Anyway, there's no garuntee a base is actually there. I stated in the FAC the Clawstrikes can spend a generally long time underwater (I think I said a week? I'll find the post), so they more than likely didn't go back to the base anyway. Granted, you know where the Clawstrikes are generally now, but not a base or launch site. OOC, I actually had no idea the Bear fleet was anywhere near Casablanche, but that's more my problem and not the characters. Scouts who know everything, huh? Where can I get them?
Well, you bombed them as they were leaving though sooo... Ok, I just looked back at the whole scene on Casablance, Shamrock said he placed a blockade around it, then right afterward you said something about Clawstrike 1's, so I figured you were operating the blockade! Most of the special ops bats return to Bat Island, their Wing Strikers towing the fire catapults. Preparations begin to be made for an attack on the icebears.

After the fire catapults and spiky rocks are mounted on the ships, the Bat Fleet heads up to the northwest ice caps, realm of the icebears.
{JAMMERS! -BEARS- ONLY!} Tunnels begin Construction to the Bear facilities in the Great Forest, the Grassy Plains, and the Bear HQ. All these tunnels are reinforced with concrete and have chi, trigger detonated, charges behind the concrete.
All is complete... Various fresh foods are imported in, along with new equipment. Four new ships are built. Blitz destroyer class.

The Icebears fall victim to a ravaging attack by the Bats. Admittedly, Balthazar's strategy here is less complex than his previous one, but it doesn't need to be, now that the bats have the fire catapults. With a fire catapult attached to every bat vehicle, the Icebear shipyards are completely destroyed, preventing the Icebears from building any more ships. Wing Strikers bomb from above as Bat ships and subs launch flaming boulders and skewer the Icebear ships with their bow spikes. Right as the bats finish destroying the Icebear shipyards, the icebears call in reinforcements; 10 Vulture Sky Scavengers arrive and successfully quickly freeze 12 Wing Strikers before Balthazar calls all Bat forces back. Bat: "Grand Admiral, we're not going to keep fighting?" Balthazar: "We have already won this battle. It would be foolish to continue fighting and risk losing more vehicles after completing our objective." The Bat Fleet returns to Bat Island, leaving what remains of the Icebear Fleet reeling from 2 defeats in a row. The bats cheer at the victories thus far from Grand Admiral Balthazar. When the Pirate "allies" arrive with the Chi ghost concoction, the Bat Fleet will attack the remaining Icebear ships, finishing this trilogy of battles in the Balthazar Campaign, and bringing complete destruction to the Icebear fleet.
Bother. What are you attacking with, and are you attacking the port on the shore, or Skelekar Base, which is on an island?
