OOC: Whoops! I just looked back at the Croc HQ topic and you said that the base was in the West Sea, but nothing about Junior running them. I just assumed that because he seemed to be doing all of the navy strikes on my vessels, I didn't know he was a rouge. My apologies both. But, how does he get all those Croc ships and troops? That's what threw me off.
OOC:I'm building them in the Iron Mountains. I'm just moving them here where they would, you know, be actually useful.
Yeah, I could see the advantage.

The Icebear fleet, consisting of all previously FAC-approved ships except aircraft carriers, moves south, heading toward Bat Island. As they cover the distance, the surface of the water the ships sailed on freezes, leaving a large, continually growing ice bridge from the West Sea to the northern icecaps. The hunters seemingly take no notice of any other islands or shoreside settlements, focusing on heading straight to Bat Island.
The Icebear fleet continues its southern push, intent on smashing through the Bat Fleet on its way to Bat Island. The Icebear ships ready their ice cannons, but the bat ships remain out of firing range. Grand Admiral Balthazar issues commands, sitting in his Command chair on his flagship, the Ascendancy: "Begin Phase I; deploy the submarines."
Unbeknownst to the icebears, the four bat submarines stealthily move around in the water beneath the ice sheet at the water's surface. As the ships of Chima don't have scanners, the ice sheet automatically created by the Icebear ships has completely hidden the Bat subs from the view of any icebears looking down; Balthazar is using the Ice Hunters' own involuntary power against them. The small bat subs get into position, apparently bursting up through the ice, smashing into the bottoms of four small Icebear ships; 3 scout ships and 1 troop transport. Icebear Admiral: "What in the name of Cavora?!?! How'd they sink our ships from beneath?!" Icebear: "They must've used the new underwater ship we heard about called 'submarines'." The Icebear Admiral grins smugly: "It doesn't matter. The flying rodents simply sacrificed four of their ships; anything that touches our ships begins to be automatically frozen." 2 more scout ships and 2 more troop transports are punctured and sunken. Icebear Admiral: "WHAT?! How in the—?!" An Icebear looks through a telescope, seeing the approaching Bat Fleet. The Icebear lowers the telescope, his bony Ice hand shaking: "A-Admiral...they weaponized the rocks!" Icebear Admiral: "What??" Icebear: "The spiky black rocks that grow from the side of that island... they've mounted them on the front of their ships!" The Admiral looks through a telescope, seeing a long, wickedly sharp black spike jutting forward from each Bat ship's bow. Sudden realization dawns on the Admiral; smaller spike rocks were mounted on top of each sub, allowing them to puncture the bottoms of each ship without getting themselves frozen. The spikes served as protection as well as a weapon; each spike would immediately freeze at the tip, and the bat subs themselves would lower back beneath the surface before the Ice could spread down.

-Forgotten Airboat crews take note of these new icey ships, and send reconnaissance data back to Shorepoint Base, New Little Edessa, and Lighthouse Point, as to prepare AP Shells covered in a substance similar to napalm incase they land on their shores of the west seas controlled by them-

OOC:Anyway, seeing this isn't the Croc naval base, how do the bears know where the Clawstrikes are deploying from? Also, I think if we do continue we should null our previous moves and start again.

OOC: Yes, except for the move wherever I start bombing you. Well, wherever there is a large contingent of naval craft, with docks, with their support units. We eventually collected data from where they were being launched by where they struck us and other vessels.

Icebear Admiral: "The Bats must know that any punctures with their subs won't be enough to sink our big ships. But we've gotta get our small ships out of here while those subs are swimming around below us!" Before the bat subs can puncture any more ships, all of the small Icebear ships (the scout ships and troop transports) are sent West to get away from the subs and regroup...exactly as Balthazar planned. Grand Admiral Balthazar (smiles as he calmly sits in his Command chair): "Begin Phase II."
While the Bat subs remain in the northern water distracting the large Icebear ships, half of the Bat Fleet, —still out of close visual range of the icebears— splits off from the rest of the fleet and heads northwest, to where the small Icebear ships are. That half of the fleet is headed by Balthazar himself in his flagship, the Ascendancy. The Bat subs continue making punctures in the large Icebear ships, causing small floods in the bottom levels of each capital ship. Subsequently, the icebear crews of the large ships are so distracted fixing their leaks and trying to locate the subs that they don't notice half of the distant enemy fleet approaching their small ships to the west...
Grand Admiral Balthazar: "Launch the Wing Strikers." A squadron of 20 Wing Strikers flies off an aircraft carrier. They fly above the gathered small Icebear ships and bomb the ships from above. Every chi grenade dropped is of course immediately frozen by the icebears' Ice cannons before they can detonate, and the 40 total grenades land on the ice sheet around and between the small Icebear ships, as the icebears laugh and jeer while trying to fire at the now out of range Wing Strikers. "Grand Admiral, they've frozen every grenade!" A bat in the Ascendancy's crewpit says, as the half of the fleet comes in range of small Icebear ships. "Exactly as planned." Balthazar says, smiling. Bat: "What—?!" Balthazar: "Relax, my friends. Everything is going perfectly. The icebears' predictable moves are playing into my strategy."
OOC: Continuing from my last post, because of the character limit and because I can't quote it yet.
IC: The wing Strikers distract the icebears long enough for half the Bat Fleet to completely surround all the small Icebear ships, and the Ascendancy suddenly veers to its left, spearing the long, sharp rock on its bow right through the enemy ships, skewering 2 troop transports and 1 scout ship. Ice starts spreading up the spike from the 3 impaled ships, and 2 bats onboard the Ascendancy quickly untie the bottom of the roughly triangular rock from the bow of the flagship before the Ice can reach the ship, letting the freezing spike and its 3 skewered ships fall and sink. A few other ships follow suit, skewering all the small Icebear ships before the bewildered icebears can blast their attackers. The many surviving icebears from the small ships are surprised to see the Bat ships purposefully breaking their blockade and drifting far away from the icebears. Nevertheless, the remaining icebears from the small ships seize this opening to run across the water, creating an ice bridge as they try to get to Bat Island on foot. They don't get far. As soon as this half of the Bat Fleet is spread out and far away from the spot, Balthazar issues the final order of Phase II. One of the Wing Strikers comes back down from the clouds and dives through the sky, heading towards the ice sheet where the small Icebear ships had been before, and where the 40 frozen chi grenades still rest. The Bat pilot ejects and flies away right as the spiky black rock equipped to the front of his Wing Striker punctures one of the frozen chi grenades, igniting it just as the tip of the spiky rock starts to freeze. Thus, a chain reaction is set off, and all 40 of the chi grenades are blown up one-by-one by the first grenade's detonation. The icebears stop running and turn around upon hearing the first few explosions. Icebear: "Uh oh..."
From the bridge of the Ascendancy, Grand Admiral Balthazar watches the enormous explosion cluster envelop the surviving icebears and their ice bridge.
OOC:That makes the most logical sense, yes. How did you collect this data when you were attacked once and the subs retreated not long after they started? There was only 2 attacks on any vessel in the West Sea, both on completely different forces, which is nowhere near enough to triangulate where they're being launched from.

We triangulate your position, and or possible positions. You had a blockade around Casablanche. We watched certain crafts that needed replacing leave and tri ed to track the general direction from which they came. We observed the attack on both our forces, and by how quickly they were able to retreat without a trace, we figured the base must be somewhere in the vicinity. We coordinated with the Gorilla navy to see where they had been attacked and where they had seen Claw Strikes. It took some searching and piecing, but after the attack in the bears, we pretty much had the general location maped out. Plus, with help from Forgotten scouts who mysteriously are the only ones who know about EVERYTHING. Yes @thefreindoftfd, I am talkimg to you.

Again, I am not with the Crocs. I had no blockade around Casablanche.Anyway, there's no garuntee a base is actually there. I stated in the FAC the Clawstrikes can spend a generally long time underwater (I think I said a week? I'll find the post), so they more than likely didn't go back to the base anyway. Granted, you know where the Clawstrikes are generally now, but not a base or launch site. OOC, I actually had no idea the Bear fleet was anywhere near Casablanche, but that's more my problem and not the characters. Scouts who know everything, huh? Where can I get them?

Well, you bombed them as they were leaving though sooo... Ok, I just looked back at the whole scene on Casablance, Shamrock said he placed a blockade around it, then right afterward you said something about Clawstrike 1's, so I figured you were operating the blockade! Well, now that I got that cleared up... So, where do you get all these vehicles if you don't have a base? I am not attacking your base now anywho, but I still would like to know. You have to post a base and I saw that FelipeDutra already talked to you about one.

I have a base, it's just nowhere near the West Sea. My stuff is mostly made in the Iron Mountains, and now I look at it I really need to flesh out my facilities and stuff. I'll make sure to do that soon, and yes, it will include a base here.
