The soldiers and crewmen begin building a naval base on this island.
On the shore, a Crocodile port is founded. Construction proceeds at a rapid rate.
The naval base grows faster with shipments from the mainland coming in rapidly.
The port city (now owned by Scales & Sons Shipyards, Inc.) also grows. There is an influx of workers to assist with the construction of the Crocodile Defense Fleet, which leads to more citizens and a booming economy. The popularity of mud baths has exploded in recent weeks, and spas have never been busier.

OOC:My group isn't with the Crocs. The members are crocodiles, but they're not based at Croc shipyards.
They are welcomed to the island and escorted into the Bat Naval Command Center. Balthazar sits in a black throne as Klark stands alert in the corner of the room. The Strike Troopers are led in from a staircase from the right of the room, and a half-circular wall-sized window is at the front of the room, offering a view of the West Sea and the shoreline of Chima. There are many paintings and sculptures on display in the room; it seems the Grand Admiral has taken an interest in the art of other tribes. Balthazar: "Ah, welcome."
OOC: Is Brakket with them, or are they on their own?
OOC: They are on their own.
IC: *They salute Balthazar.* "Thank you, sir. Commander Brakket left us in your command, after he gave the order to drive the Seperatists out of the Mountain's territory. They retreated so we came here." *He salutes again, and he waits to be spoken to.*
Balthazar is silent a moment, then says: "I'm glad to have you here. But where is Brakket now? Is he coming to Bat Island as well?"
IC: *They salute Balthazar.* "Thank you, sir. Commander Brakket left us in your command, after he gave the order to drive the Seperatists out of the Mountain's territory. They retreated so we came here." *He salutes again, and he waits to be spoken to.*

{JAMMERS! -BEARS- ONLY!} Tunnels begin Construction to the Bear facilities in the Great Forest, the Grassy Plains, and the Bear HQ. All these tunnels are reinforced with concrete and have chi, trigger detonated, charges behind the concrete.

The Icebear fleet, consisting of all previously FAC-approved ships except aircraft carriers, moves south, heading toward Bat Island. As they cover the distance, the surface of the water the ships sailed on freezes, leaving a large, continually growing ice bridge from the West Sea to the northern icecaps. The hunters seemingly take no notice of any other islands or shoreside settlements, focusing on heading straight to Bat Island.
Balthazar is silent a moment, then says: "I'm glad to have you here. But where is Brakket now? Is he coming to Bat Island as well?"
IC: "We last saw him discreetly following the glacier, after Bliston was captured, sir."
Bat captain (runs into the room): "Grand Admiral, a fleet of frozen ships is heading toward Bat Island from the north! Our scouts report that the ships are crewed by icebears." Balthazar (stands and turns to the special forces bats): "I must be going now. The time has come for the campaign against the Ice Hunters on the West Sea to begin. I may have use for you later, so please make yourselves at home here at the Bat Naval Command Center." Balthazar says to the bat captain: "Prepare the fleet for departure. We will meet the icebears halfway." Bat Captain: "W-what?? G-Grand Admiral, we are no match for those Ice freaks without fire powered weapons!" Balthazar replies, almost sounding amused: "I wouldn't be so sure of that. Don't worry, Captain. Come, Klark." Balthazar glides out of the room as Klark steps out of the corner and follows, spear at the ready.

Yes my characters are crocodiles, yes they are deploying stuff in the sea, but they were never part of the Croc HQ.
