Since no other tribes claimed the land, King Scorpio's Scorpion Tribe moves out to reclaim their partially frozen cities. The scorpions melt the remaining ice with their fire chi weapons, and begin cleaning up the cities and rebuilding their defenses before civilians start moving in.
When the cleanup is finally finished and fire chi turrets and vehicle hangars are built all over the cities, hundreds of civilians move into the cities, and they become bustling metropolises for the Scorpions once again.

OOC: Nah, it's a tightly-knit collection of big cities, which had been frozen by the Vultures, but since retaken by the Scorpions. Although there are probably hundreds of moisture vaporators outside the cities, to provide water necessary for all the citizens.

Two Ravens are wandering along the edge of the Gorge of Eternal Death, discussing the latest fluctuatuions in the Chi harness market.

At this point the Raven breaks up, staring around. His companion was...gone. He had been right there, and now...there was ice on the ground. Sqawking, the Raven took flight..and fell to the earth, coated in ice. Two Sabretooth Tigers climb out of the Gorge and drag the frozen Raven back onto an icy ledge just out of sight, where a third guards the other Raven. They drag the two avians down, back into the bowels of the earth.
the ET started a big project;they built a big massive plate,lied over the gorge of eternal deep.with this plate they thought to have a solid bridge that also make flying able,but the plate broke after a hour by airpress
