The vultures quietly glide through their frozen Crawler cities like ghosts, aggressive to any non-ice Hunter beings who come near this half of the desert. In fact, many of the younger inlanders living in the Great Desert, who are not familiar with the vultures, actually begin to believe that these former Imperial cities are haunted by Ice ghosts, and myths begin to spread that they're the spirits of the ravens who perished when the original Raven HQ was destroyed. Lord Vamprah has sent some Ice Vulture Gliders to assist the Icebears in the Valley of Balance, but he remains here to oversee the reconstruction of the broken Four Talon Towers, which loom many miles above the cities, making all other buildings in the Great Desert seem short and squat in comparison. The tops of the towers are hidden within the clouds, and shadows of the towers stretch all across the desert, encompassing most of the region.
A wave of disappearing snow comes down from the Outland mountains to the east, as Team Fire-Stinger charges down into the Desert with their fired-up Stinger tanks. Other inhabitants of the Great Desert can see this spectacle, and will be inspired by seeing someone finally fighting back against the Brotherhood's abrupt takeover of the eastern desert. A large fire and ice battle ensues as the Imperial and Brotherhood forces once again clash upon the Crawler cities; only this time, the Crawlers have the high ground and are successfully partially unfreezing the easternmost chunks of the Imperial cities, up until the Four Talon Towers loom over them and scatter the Scorpions with the HQ's sheer amount of ice bombs and blasts. The scorpions, immune to freezing due to the fire chi in their chests, regroup and are forced to retreat. Scorponok at first tries to infiltrate the HQ, but as he duels Vamprah, the Brotherhood leader reveals that all the frozen Chimians have been transferred to Icestrike's Ultimate Glacier. The Team Fire Stinger forces leave the desert, disappointed. Or do they?
{JAMMERS! -Everyone except Ice Hunters- ONLY!} Fired up Stinger-Copters secretly double back around and plant 123 fire chi explosives on the bottom of the Outland Gate bridge. The explosives will trigger when the Four Talon Towers slide over the bridge to get back across the Gorge of Eternal Depth. The scorpions are sacrificing their own old bridge to get revenge on the Vultures.
Team—Fire Stinger engages the Vultures once more; stinger-copters vs Vulture jets in the sky, and stinger tanks vs Vulture Mechs on the ground. Vamprah fights in his Vulture Mech. Scorponok's Stinger tank is almost flipped over, but its Stinger balances it on the ground as its huge fired up claws grab the forearms of Vamprah's Mech. The left claw of Scorponok's tank crushes the claw on the right arm of Vamprah's Mech, and the Stinger tank relentlessly crushes the arms of Vamprah's Mech in its grasp. Scorponok: "In our time together, trying to free my blood brother Scorpix and our other frozen brethren, we 20 have formed a bond that breaks through the Ice and the bounds of the universe itself! We're no longer simply Team Fire-Stinger...we have become the Stinger Brotherhood!" As Scorponok rips off the arms of Vamprah's Mech and the Scorpions blast forward into the Vulture forces in a huge display of firey orange energy, Scorponok and all the scorpions yell in unison: "WHO IN CHIMA DO YOU THINK WE ARE?!" An enormous explosion of red and orange energy can be seen across Chima and the Outlands; with their combined amount of fire chi and inner chi activated by their motivation and strength from Scorponok's speech, the members of the Stinger Brotherhood tapped into the energy of the Great Illumination itself.
When the dust clears, the citizens of the Great Desert see that the Crawler cities in the south (bottom half of the desert, below the Gorge) have been completely unfrozen (save for the frozen patch of land in one city beneath the Four Talon Towers). The Outland Gate Bridge and the cities to the north of the Gorge remain frozen, as the blast didn't reach that far. The vultures participating in the battle have been blasted back and scattered, their vehicles destroyed. The disgruntled Vultures stand up, the patches of ground beneath their feet immediately freezing. Vamprah looks as if he's ready to strangle Scorponok. Before he gets a chance, however, the members of the Stinger Brotherhood receive a message from Lycor about the assault on Icestrike's Ultimate Glacier, where all the frozen Crawlers are. The Stinger Brotherhood races off to join the rescue mission.

But as the Vulture HQ moves over the Outland Gate Bridge to get across the Gorge to the north, it triggers the 123 fire chi mines that'd been planted on the bottom of the bridge by the Stinger Brotherhood, and both the bridge and the Four Talon Towers are blown up from below in a series of small explosions that cluster into one super-explosion. What remains of the Outland Gate Bridge and the Four Talon Towers break apart as they fall into the fire from the explosions; the entire Gorge of Eternal Depth is now filled to the brim with the rising fire of fallen explosives, so everything inside the Gorge is now completely incinerated...Worgon's rusty sword from Retribution, his body, the ruins of the original Raven HQ, the ruins of the MMSC, the Outland Gate Bridge, the Four Talon Towers...all of it.

Most of the Vultures who were inside the HQ fly out of the Gorge, but some fall into the fire. Vamprah and Leodus jump out of the shattered throne room onto the southern Great Desert. Icestrike tries to escape as well, but Vamprah and Leodus strike him down before he can reach ground. Icestrike lets out one last angry roar as he tumbles down into the rising fire and is incinerated.
As the fire in the Gorge dissipates, the vultures gather in the southern Great Desert, where Vamprah makes an announcement. He reveals Icestrike's deceptions to his people, and decrees that they'll no longer be allied with the Icebears or the other Ice Hunters. Vamprah signs: let it be known that on this day, the Brotherhood of Vultures signed a peace treaty with the Leopard Tribe. While having fire chi in his chest, Leodus shakes Vamprah's non-frozen hand. Leodus: "This shall usher in a new age of peace between the Brotherhood and the Leopards. Now, let's go home." Leodus leads the vultures north, to the Valley of Balance.

-Then casually insert various Forgotten propaganda spreading through these cities via subtle graffiti and mysterious radio signals, turning most of the population pro-forgotten-
-Thoes sneeky arachnids blending into their natives... they aren't wearing typical Forgotten attire for a reason.-
