A rhino leader walks about the camp and he notices that all the rhinos are sitting around doing nothing, "What are you Lubberheads doing! This is exactly what Ronegan is talking about! Wasting time! Let's build ourselves an outpost!" The Rhino soldiers stand up, "Yeah! Alright!" A rhino outpost begins construction. Large massive Concrete walls are put up. They slope upward so no one can climb the walls. Chi canons and machi guns have ports in the wall. Catapults are placed on the top of the wall. A large building, almost like a raised house, is built at its center, with barracks aligning two walls. On the another wall is put vehicle garages, storing bikes, rock fingers, and speedors. On the last wall, an armory and shops are put up. A watch tower is set up next to the main building. A barbed wire get is set up outside the outpost with guard houses at their corners. The guard houses have automatic machi guns in them. Flood lights are on the HQ and the Guard houses.
This rhino outpost is upgraded by adding a mineral refinery along with gold and silver processors. Concrete machine gun and artillery emplacements are set, four on each side, 2 machine guns and the other 2 artillery, about a quarter mile, out from the base. They are staggered and spread out.

The vultures quietly glide through their frozen Crawler cities like ghosts, aggressive to any non-ice Hunter beings who come near this half of the desert. In fact, many of the younger inlanders living in the Great Desert, who are not familiar with the vultures, actually begin to believe that these former Imperial cities are haunted by Ice ghosts, and myths begin to spread that they're the spirits of the ravens who perished when the original Raven HQ was destroyed. Lord Vamprah has sent some Ice Vulture Gliders to assist the Icebears in the Valley of Balance, but he remains here to oversee the reconstruction of the broken Four Talon Towers, which loom many miles above the cities, making all other buildings in the Great Desert seem short and squat in comparison. The tops of the towers are hidden within the clouds, and shadows of the towers stretch all across the desert, encompassing most of the region.

Walls are upgraded and stand at three stories tall. Hot oil is made ready on the walls and the mineral production increases. A large bank is established to hold the many gold and silver bars produced, from the refinerys.

OOC: The cities aren't mobile. The Four Talon Towers are, but they stand still for now.

A squad of special forces bats sneaks into the city, getting all the fire catapults that the Crawlers of these cities used in their final stand against the Vultures. The bats stealthily attach the catapults to their Wing Strikers. When they are inevitably spotted, some of the bats are frozen by Vultures while covering their friends' escape, but all the Wing Strikers get away, with all the fire catapults.
The Rhino outpost here builds the wall from the Iron Mountains around their borders and expands as listed in the Iron mountains topic.
A rhino factory produces 10 primitive mechs. Five are kept at the garrison however five are sent to the Eagle spires with infantry, speedors, and twenty rammers.

-Forgotten Marksmen watch these pour souls go in unprepaired and facepalm and luagh at them for their idiotic ploy-
-A Forgotten Marksmen quickly scribbles up a note to these vultures, pulls out his Resistance Crossbow, and fires a Liquid-Nitrogen-dipped rebar at a city wall, it embeds deeply into it, the frozen message attached, when read, only had the words “WE’RE WATCHIN’ YOU” scratched in ink, along with a crudely painted on Forgotten Trihex symbol that covered most of the entire page that had peering eyes on the hexagons-
(OOC: just a note, the Forgotten were pretty far away from you guys, they are the most FaZe snipers out in chima. )
-The Forgotten soon order all missionarys and insurgents to be aware of this cold threat, and tell them to stay away from them at all costs, ordering underground movement via vast tunnel networks around in chima...-

OOC: Unprepared? How?? The bats got as equipped for the mission as they could without fire chi. At least they took action against the Ice Hunters instead of just watching them from far away like creepy weirdos.
IC: The rebar slowly cools down, as it is embedded in eternally cold ice. By the time vultures notice the note, it and the rebar have been frozen, blending into the side of the frozen wall.

A wave of disappearing snow comes down from the Outland mountains to the east, as Team Fire-Stinger charges down into the Desert with their fired-up Stinger tanks. Other inhabitants of the Great Desert can see this spectacle, and will be inspired by seeing someone finally fighting back against the Brotherhood's abrupt takeover of the eastern desert. A large fire and ice battle ensues as the Imperial and Brotherhood forces once again clash upon the Crawler cities; only this time, the Crawlers have the high ground and are successfully partially unfreezing the easternmost chunks of the Imperial cities, up until the Four Talon Towers loom over them and scatter the Scorpions with the HQ's sheer amount of ice bombs and blasts. The scorpions, immune to freezing due to the fire chi in their chests, regroup and are forced to retreat. Scorponok at first tries to infiltrate the HQ, but as he duels Vamprah, the Brotherhood leader reveals that all the frozen Chimians have been transferred to Icestrike's Ultimate Glacier. The Team Fire Stinger forces leave the desert, disappointed. Or do they?
{JAMMERS! -Everyone except Ice Hunters- ONLY!} Fired up Stinger-Copters secretly double back around and plant 123 fire chi explosives on the bottom of the Outland Gate bridge. The explosives will trigger when the Four Talon Towers slide over the bridge to get back across the Gorge of Eternal Depth. The scorpions are sacrificing their own old bridge to get revenge on the Vultures.
