The inland tribes and forgotten have barely any chi, while the Bats and Scorpions have an entire Cavora's worth of it. That's why the Crawlers are attacking now, while they're more powerful. The Crawlers will eventually be defeated by the Ice Hunters when they start to spread their ice across Chima and the Outlands.
The Ice Hunters won't awaken until the Crawlers are pushed back to the Outland Caves.

How does that work? The Crawlers, powered up with the chi, will conquer a portion of southern Chima, only to be defeated, frozen, and scattered by the Ice Hunters. Then the hunters will take Cavora's chi supply from the crawlers, while the inland tribes get fire chi to replace their lost chi. At least I think that'd make the most sense.

(OOC: Oof, you aure about that? The Forgotten keep supplying the Lions with chi so yeah. )
OOC: They can't simply have an unlimited supply of chi after Cavora was drained by the bats. Also, the Crawlers aren't going to attack Lion HQ anyway, so yeah.

Because the Hunters can only wake up when a battle in the Outlands leads to CHI getting dropped down from the deep caves into the deeper caves.

(OOC: Well, what about the lions use twinblades to get the Forgotten to undo the webbing? The Forgotten do have Spiders with that exualt. )

What do you think of my idea that Cavora being drained broke the spell confining them to the northern regions, allowing them to cross back over into Chima?

OOC: You still need Legend Beasts to restore the Falls, which don't exist in this RP. However, I was thinking that the Phoenix could have the ability to restore the Falls in this continuity.

OOC: No, just stop it. If it was that simple, the chimians would've just done that in the show instead of getting the Legend Beasts.

The Great Illumination essentially drained their life force away. They need Chi to be able to even move, let alone cross back into Chima. It's a cool idea, but it doesn;t really work.

OOC: It's not too late to introduce Legend Beasts. The Phoenix could, but revealing themselves before the Hunters attack would ruin the start of Fire vs Ice. The point of the first part of it is that the tribes have more Chi than they know what to do with, but all it does is allow them to break out of ice.

What if we didn't have the Great Illumination in this RP, or at least not the first one? I mean, this is a different Chima, after all (different locations, different map, shaped differently).

OOC: But that was in the show. I'm thinking that here in the RP, the Crawlers have the chi, only to be defeated by the Ice Hunters. Then the Ice Hunters take the crawlers' chi, and the inland tribes, who don't have regular chi anymore, eventually receive fire chi as a replacement, and to fight the hunters. [i]
Peace For the Ravens at Last Following the surprisingly swift release of Raven Queen Rica from Lysandre Labs, the Wings Row Monarchy finally fulfilled the terms of the Chima Alliance treaty, becoming a democracy. The ravens of the former monarchy also made peace with the TI remnants, and all of the ravens completed their migration into the Iron Mountains. They've now united in their new home to rebuild their tribe (both figuratively and literally). Rica was among other hostages released from Lysandre Labs, including but possibly not limited to: ravens, lions, gorillas, and rhinos. Lysandre's reason for holding those rhinos, lions, and gorillas hostage is still a mystery. However, here at CPB, we plan on hopefully getting a chance to interview Lysandre himself and ask the mysterious lion these burning questions.
Rhino Food Crisis Because of Chima's current state, the rhino tribe is needing to conserve food. Queen Rixia and King Rhogan have decreed that all rhinos and animals living with the rhinos should preserve food and eat less of it. The rhinos' commercial grocery shops have been replaced with ration stores. Additionally, all farmers living in rhino territory have been recommended to buy more potatoes, since those roots haven't been affected by Cavora's draining. Hopefully, this royal rhino order will help the rhinos get through the food crisis.
