The Fall of Talon Industries After the Bats surprisingly helped the Eagles and WRM Ravens obliterate the TI Ravens at Eagle Spire (and after the Bat King Bliston defeated Rawlin), the Bats have now destroyed Talon Industries once and for all. With the exception of the Iron Mountains, all of the TI outposts that we knew of were taken over (the Grassy Plains Missile Base now belongs to the lions, and the Bears have renamed/transformed Blitz Base into an entire HQ), so almost all the remaining TI Ravens fled back to the Raven HQ for one final stand against the Wings Row Monarchy. The Bats crashed the MMSC into the Raven HQ's huge tower after rigging it with explosives and evacuating from it, so a gigantic explosion ensued, completely destroying the tower, the MMSC, most of the HQ, and all of the remaining TI Ravens who were there. What remained of the Raven HQ was swiftly bombed by the bats, and the Raven HQ was completely destroyed. Now, the WRM Ravens (AKA the Raven Tribe) no longer have a home.
The Rise of The Raven Rebellion Now that Talon Industries has fallen and the Raven HQ has been blown off the map, the few splintered remnants of TI have now united at the Iron Mountains. But Talon Industries is gone; these remaining TI Ravens have formed a new faction from the shattered pieces of their fallen empire (not unlike the remaining Imperial remnants transforming into the First Order in Star Wars...But I should probably stop breaking the fourth wall now). They are now known as the Raven Rebellion, led by the mysterious Razak. Their HQ, the Blackfeather Facility (formerly known as the Ravens Iron Mountains Outpost) has begun manufacturing new weapons and vehicles to replace the destroyed TI vehicles. Since the WRM Ravens/The Raven Tribe is now homeless, and the Raven Rebellion has a base, it seems the tides have turned. Could the Raven Rebellion defeat the WRM and become the default Raven Tribe?

Chima Public Broadcast SilverNew Issue #3
Forest Fire Rescue As long-time readers will remember, a group of scorpion farmers and scientists recently tried to cultivate land in the Outlands, only for their fire to get out of control and spread all over the trees and plants, starting a forest fire. Most of the scorpions were lost to the flames, but the remaining ones were rescued by bats who happened to be flying over that area. That's right—a large portion of the Bat army was flying above the jungle, and they sprayed water from their vehicles, putting the fire out before it could continue to spread. The remaining scorpions were removed from the area and presumably returned to their HQ by some kind of special bat rescue team. It seems that bats do care about the lives of their allies, and will help outlanders in need.
A Search Begins A group of animals (mostly foxes) from the Minor Tribes HQ have ventured into the Outlands to search for a missing skunk. These animals seem to have a new kind of transport carrier with them in addition to their speedorz. They believe that the aforementioned skunk was captured by one of the Outland tribes, but he may have simply gotten lost. Expect more news concerning this expedition when I return to the Outlands.
~ Empire ~ An in-depth look at the Lion Kingdom Issue no. 4
Over the Mountains the Helicopters Circle
Earlier this morning, a few gunships and their escorts took off, and went to circle around nearby Gorilla airfields and stopped all military air traffic in the region. An airborne company, transported by helicopters, has followed them into Gorilla airspace, and probably been dropped off. Not much is known of this intervention, except that there is also a Raven presence in this area. Government officials refuse to divulge details of the operation until it's conclusion, but reassure that it is a strike against insurgents. Some speculate this may be a rescue operation, organised to find the missing Raven queen, others assume it to be a the elimination of a weapons cache. We will accompany the story as it develops. Stay tuned.
Aircraft Development
It is well known that the aeronautical sector of our dear industry is undeveloped. However, it has come to our attention, through ties and correspondents, that a diplomatic mission has been sent to the Eagles, to try and establish technological cooperation between the Lions and the Eagles. Amongst the party are a few diplomats, a Lion general, and one of our journalists. Further details shall be released after their return.
Outlands Unleashed Remember the bats who saved those Scorpions from the forest fire? It turns out, they were on their way to meet with the scorpion army. The scorpion army, led by King Scorm himself and his mysterious 2nd in command, met up with the Bat army at a rendezvous point in the Outland jungles. Upon meeting up and listening to a speech from the Bat King Bliston, the two allied armies powered up with Cavora's chi and charged westward to attack Chima in its weakened state.
The Conquering of the Great Desert Having already destroyed the Raven HQ, the Crawlers attempted to claim the Great Desert territory from the wolves and gorillas. The wolves had previously abandoned their outpost in the area, so it was immediately taken over by the Crawlers. That just left the gorilla outpost, which was swiftly destroyed by the scorpions' new airforce, as the chi-deprived gorillas fled. Having conquered this region of eastern Chima, the bats and scorpions have begun to construct towers and walls throughout the Great Desert, all with tall flags bearing the symbol of what is now known as the Crawler Empire. This empire seems to be aiming to conquer all of Chima.

Awesome! This will be good, but, we are the bad guys, and the defeat of the bad guys will come soon.

Chi deprived? I don't remember if I established this like 5 or 6 months ago, half of all gorillas chi is held and protected incase of crisis or incase its needed for war.

I know, I was referring to the gorillas at the Great Desert specifically. I doubt a large percent of the tribe's chi was kept by the gorillas in that outpost.

The Crawler Empire will conquer at least a pretty large portion of Chima, and won't be defeated until most of us are frozen by the Ice Hunters.

Um, shouldn't we be not too OP? I want the inalnders and Forgotten to win some battles, you know. Felipe and other Inland leaders should agree.
The inland tribes and forgotten have barely any chi, while the Bats and Scorpions have an entire Cavora's worth of it. That's why the Crawlers are attacking now, while they're more powerful. The Crawlers will eventually be defeated by the Ice Hunters when they start to spread their ice across Chima and the Outlands.

The Ice Hunters won't awaken until the Crawlers are pushed back to the Outland Caves.
