Well, I thought since Anakin was able to become a Ghost, even though he was only recently redeemed, then Leia would probably be able to. Just my take on things though. I was thinking they could even hijack some unused footage for a cameo as a Ghost near the end.
Well, I'm rather undecided on that stuff. Since Ben will have started to reject the First Order, and Snoke is dead, there won't be much of a threat without some sort of destructive weapon, but I don't want another Death Star. I do want Rey, Ben, and Finn to work together at some point, and I want Anakin's Ghost to help convince Ben to leave the Dark Side.
I'm working on the bulk of the middle and end, though, I'll post a more complete summary here.
We've had enough binary sunsets, I'll have him walk off into a triple sunset (which does rarely exist), signifying the end of three trilogies.
Well, Anakin was a bit special because he was the Chosen One. I mean, I love the idea of Leia becoming one, but I beeeelieve that Qui-Gon was the first Jedi to ever figure out how. So there's only four Force ghosts, or five if you count Luke, in all of Jedi history, which makes it hard to believe someone who was untrained would be able to... Unless Luke taught her how at some point. That would be an interesting choice. It'd probably be possible, too. I like the unused footage idea.
That'd be cool. How about the Knights of Ren? They're still out there. We saw them in Rey's vision and Luke mentions that some more of his trainees led by Kylo turned Dark, which (I assume) are them. They'd be good antagonists. Also, at some point, Hux definitely has to attempt a coup on Kylo. I like the Anakin's force ghost idea, too.
Ah. Gotcha. I will read that definitely.
Yeah... but Binary would mirror the beginning of the three trilogies on Tatooine. Maybe I am just a binary sunset fanboy.
Yeah, Luke should have taught Leia.
Yeah, I tried to work the Knights of Ren in, but the problem is we've learned next to nothing about them in VII and VIII and only saw them in a flashback, so it's difficult.
And fear not, Ben and Hux will be at odds.

Don't make me choose from the original three! They're all great.
I do wonder exactly why Lord and Miller were fired. I'm worried that their vision was what I wanted from this film. Lucasfilm has had too many complications!
-Rogue One reshoots -Carrie Fisher's death -Colin Trevarrow fired -Lord and Miler fired
What's next?
Well, from what I understand from what was supposedly happening, they were improving, ignoring the script at many points, and turning it into a straight-up spoof/comedy instead of a just a fun, lighter toned SW film. If that's true, we dodged a bullet. They needed to be fired. What's confusing is how they would get hired in the first place if their vision and Lucasfilm's are so vastly different.
Unfortunately, I don't think we'll ever get answers on what exactly happened with that.

Shakespeare + Bond is an accurate description. Wow.
Both villains were excellent! Erik Killmonger's (we can say his name, he has a minifigure) motivations were deep and Andy Serkis is my one true love.
It's probably tied with Guardians of the Galaxy as my favorite Marvel Studios film.
Yep, I agree.
Mhm. And they perfectly balanced each other to round out the antagonists. Killmonger is really emotionally deep, and has a philosophy you can understand, but he's not a "fun" villain. Klaue is really fun and funny, but doesn't have any philosophical depth. He just wants money. Combine them, and you get the best of both.
I don't think it's that high on my list Probably fifth... I like Cap 2 and 3, Avengers 1, and Iron Man 1 all a bit better. But its still definitely one of the MCU's best.
Here’s my full, updated list.
1. Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 2. Guardians of the Galaxy 3. Black Panther 4. Captain America: The Winter Soldier 5. Spider-Man: Homecoming 6. Thor: Ragnarok 7. The Avengers 8. Captain America: Civil War 9. Iron Man 10. Iron Man 3 11. Ant-Man 12. Thor 13. Avengers: Age of Ultron 14. Captain America: The First Avenger 15. Iron Man 2 16. Thor: The Dark World
A lot of that is just from memory, and I haven’t seen The Incredible Hulk or Doctor Strange.

There you are! I thought you left just like you said last year.
How was The Last Jedi and Black Panther for you (if you've seen them)? TLJ is unfortunately a 5/10 for me while Black Panther is a 9.8/10 (despite me starting to find it a bit boring in my second viewing with my friends).
I came back for vacation, because I have time during breaks, even if not much during school.
I enjoyed them both! The Last Jedi was fantastic, IMO. It's one of my favorite movies I've ever seen, and I think my favorite SW film. I have the exact opposite opinion of you, pretty much. Black Panther was also really good. Not as good as TLJ, in my opinion, but good enough that I can definitely get why this is many people's favorite MCU film, even if it isn't mine. There are several discussions going on now in which I explain what I liked about it.
I know this is really late, but that's great!
After a second viewing at home, I actually started to like it more. Seen it for about 5 times already and yeah, I now consider one of the best Star Wars films yet. Still annoyed with Rose though and some parts were still boring.
Well, they're different movies, but whatever. What's your score or rating for TLJ and BP?
