I think... I will defer my vote to Keplers. I have no idea what to make of Mevrick XD
On one hand, I want there to be fanon Rahi.
On the other hand, it feels like having different species of intelligent Rahi will simply be an excuse for people to be able to make up an intelligent species.
Hey guys: I want to discuss Makuta Crowd Control (Stasis, slow, stuff like that. Basically -- debuffs that prevent an RPC from performing actions) and would like to accomplish 2 things.
1st. I would like to definitively define what a character can and cannot do while trapped in a stasis field.
2nd. I would like to definitively figure out a way to keep the use of stasis fields fair for both the victim and the user. It is unfair for victims to simply break out of a stasis field -- however, it is also unfair for victims to be trapped nigh-indefinitely in stasis (which can very easily lead to RPC fatalities).

I don't have any ideas on how to make this fair except to limit the effects of Crowd Control to a certain number of moves, however people could take advantage of that in combat. We also need to establish under what conditions an RPC can escape the statis field.

Keppy, I know you're probably busy being a moderator here, but any insight you can give (seeing as how you are a member of the FAC and all ) would be much appreciated
I would like to submit a motorbike. It is made for my Toa and has red armor. The wheels can come apart to form a motorboat and hovercraft. Eh? Whaddaya say?

Okay 1. You demonstrated this bike in RP before bringing it to the FAC don't do that! XD
2. Given the existence of the Destral cycle, and that one motorcycle that Matau was testing in Legends of Metru Nui, and because vehicles are just plain cool, I would say yes. However, I would need to know the origins of this specific vehicle as it is unique.
