After some time traveling around the Lion Territory, Rariku enters Eagle territory, inside Konuba. He was running a bit low on food, and had intended to pick up some. This was before he saw the carnage that was the Spires, and it took a moment for him to realize what was happening. He runs towards the Spires, intent on helping to defend them from whatever menace is attacking.
Bats, Scorpions and a handful of Eagles can be seen sifting through the rubble, rescuing survivors.
He moves over and starts lifting large pieces of rubble with his mecha, moving pieces that the civilains could not.
How about we all agree on a compromise, such as the one below?
Crawler artillery blows up the shell before it can strike the Spire. However, the explosion still does serious damage. The stone pillar that makes up most of the Spire survives with minor surface damage, but the buildings built onto its sides are not so lucky. The side nearest the shell (which I would assume is the eastern side, as the shell was fired from the Iron Mountains) is utterly destroyed, with nothing but a few jutting out pieces of stone, metal and wood. The northern and southern sides are badly damaged, but not destroyed. The western side and the rooms carved out of the rock in the Spire are shaken, but intact. This means that the Spire is badly damaged, but fairly easy to rebuild.

IC: Badar turns, and hurries over. He plugs an orb of Chi, dragging away heavy pieces to free Jai. "Are you alright, citizen?"

Sure enough, his right wing is jutting sideways. He struggles to rise on his own, but isn’t getting very far.

Konuba flings the piece of rubble it was lifting over the heads of Hai and Badrar. “What was that just now?!” It yelled out, the sound amplification systems raising it to near deafening tones. It began to advance towards the two, civilians scurrying out of the way of the mecha’s path.

Jai clamps his helmet on and activates its visor, marking every Bat within a hundred yards. Seeing that no weapon is pointed back at him, he hesitates for a second... but only a second.
He gets to work ruthlessly picking them all off with incredible speed and accuracy, starting with the nearby medic, all the while keeping an eye out for guards.

Konuba sees the evil eagle and runs towards him, drawing his sword to bring it down onto the Eagle, and consequently the injured bat. He doesn't realize the bat is still alive though, and shows no hesitation to crush them both.
