It's a difficult decision, but I'd say the shell got through.

Raze and Ruin come out of a thick of trees and see the Eagle Spire lying in ruins in the distance. After scanning the area for a short moment, they lumber on towards the wreckage.
They are ordered to come down to the Crawler factories below.

OOC: My move came before yours though, and if the Gorbav shell can't be blown up by 2 hundred rockets, it's super OP. Also, there are hundreds of Crawler factories down there, they can make lots of anti-aircraft turrets fast.

It's a difficult decision, but I'd say the shell got through.
Then the shell is very overpowered if it can't be destroyed by 2 hundred rockets.

OOC: OK, so can I have a quick update on what's happening here?
OOC: Eagles allowed Crawlers to annex Spire. Gorillas threaten to blow up Spire unless Crawlers leave. Crawlers vacate Spire, Eagle military attacks Gorillas. Gorillas attack Eagle civilians and blow up the Spire, Crawlers are helping Eagle survivors.
After some time traveling around the Lion Territory, Rariku enters Eagle territory, inside Konuba. He was running a bit low on food, and had intended to pick up some. This was before he saw the carnage that was the Spires, and it took a moment for him to realize what was happening. He runs towards the Spires, intent on helping to defend them from whatever menace is attacking.
