heres a heavily modified version of the one chima set, being Tormak’s Shadow Blazer, set 70222.
The name of this vehicle is the “TR-56-F” (THE F, STANDS FOR FLAMES) AKA, “ShadoFlame”.
Apperance: As below, gentlemen of the FAC. Also built it myself, The J
Armaments: Two Spring-fire Missles, two flick-fire missles, one stud luancher, and one big flamethrower that will make you say, “I love the smell of fire chi in the morning!” Deal with the missiles as you wish, the flamethrower is where its at. Said flamethrower is a newly developed M-class ZY-TIGER (Total. Ionized. Gluon. Energy. Railgun.) which is powered by fire chi, two orbs to be precise. Its effective range is around a whole football field (you can ask me on that for range of a flamethrower).
Top Speed of this armored car is around a nice 100mph. Terrain varying speed.
Fuel consumption is around 3 fire orbs per week.
driving range: varies depending on terrain
This vehicle can be mass produced, but a specialized version, made for the tiger tribe leader, will be made. (AKA, it could be me. ) tag me if i forget anything.
Your photo is upside down.
No, it’s supposed to look like that, it’s the first in a long line of upside down armoured cars!

I see what you guys are point at. The original set is suppost to flip over to reveal a tiger-like mantra and style when it enters fire chi mode! Nah, i removed it’s ability to flip due to the flamethrower cannon.
First off, a spinning ballista, this is the thing from the battle of the five armies. Just the ballista from this.
Secondly, a carboat. This is with the turret on the back, not the front, though.
Second to last, 2 different types of amphibious tanks.
Lastly, a tank.
All of the vehicles would be colored different shades of brown with an occasional mix of blue and green, orange and black, and black and white, because someone besides a beaver helped to make them.
Ballista: Approved. Car Boat: Approved. Underwater tanks: I'd allow them as prototypes, e.g. one to three of each in action. Use them a few times then start to make more. Also, they should be prone to malfunctioning, and be fairly slow at first. These things will improve over time. Tanks: I need information about the armour and weapons.
I can't put any more attachments on this post. I'll put the picture of the speeder on the next post.
Since I'm hoping to introduce the Vultures in January, I'll submit the Vulture Mech now. I built this MOC myself.
It's smaller and skinnier than an Ice Bear mech, but that makes it faster and more agile. Its legs are lean and spindly so it can run and jump swiftly, but this is also a weakness, as the thighs can be very easily broken apart in battle if not protected enough, leaving the mech immobile. It's the same speed as the canon Ice Vulture Glider, and can fly thanks to the engines in its feet. It takes 3 chi orbs to power it; 2 safe in the compartments on either side of the neck, and 1 behind the neck, but the one back there is vulnerable and easily stolen. Chi consumption rate: 3 orbs every 12 minutes. Its arms are symmetrical on both sides up until the hands. Its right hand is a crushing claw that can snap a bike or speedor in half (not the stone speedor wheel, just the metallic vehicle shell). In place of a left hand, the Vulture Mech has a wing blade that can cut through rock and some kinds of metal if the metal is frozen. The wing blade can also spin around like a propeller and cut things up rapidly during battle, but it is very easy to blast off or rip off. Above the wing blade is a grappling hook shooter. The grappling hook will immediately freeze whatever it hits, but the line can be cut in two by a sword.
Like most Ice Hunter vehicles, this mech has a smaller detachable vehicle: the Vulture Speeder. The speeder has 2 modes of transportation, and it goes as fast as a chi-powered speedor in either mode: it can either hover a half a foot above the ground, or move on the snow like a snowmobile. It has a rocket booster and an ice missile launcher. The latter can be used while the speeder is attached to the mech as well.
Great MOC! Is this going to be a vehicle for one character, or mass-produced?
Cool MOCs. I like it, imma send mine too for the Tigers/Panthers.
Alrighty, here i go now.

Flamethrower range needs limiting. Sorry.
See, i dunno how long a vehicle-mounted flamethrower range is!

Thanks! It's going to be mass-produced, but Vamprah will have a personal mech with slightly more durable legs.

Your the first to vote as me and Felipe won't vote until their are specs and your no super Fac member, also any of us 2 can veto it, why? You may ask, because you agreed to this

Then give me an Flamethrowe range for a vehicle mounted flamethrower! Also the background is my bedroom, it has a portch.

OOC: What exactly is needed for stats? Armor penetration or would you just need the material it's made from? Could i have an example layout like the one drake made for posting topics in SHRP? The Ballista is mainly made from wood with some iron. What it fires is explained in some LOTR wikis as 'Iron Hills Ballista' . The speed depends on how many people are pushing (or pulling) it. The carboat is made out of iron. The fastest it can go is 37 mph on land and 6 mph in water. The tanks are made from... (what are amphibious tanks made from?) . I don't know what a good speed for a tank would be either. Little help? They would go very slow underwater though, and they would have sonar as well. Unrelated to stats all of them have the symbol of the minor tribes on them. The symbol is the royal peacock coat of arms in top right fourth, royal skunk coat of arms in top left fourth, royal fox coat of arms in bottom left fourth, and crossed wrenches in the bottom right fourth. There is a small marlfox head in the middle of the symbol. (see the rogue archer minifigure. the pin on his red cloak is what it looks like.)

1) All FAC members are required to approve something
2) The FAC will follow stricter guidelines
3) The FAC is very bureaucratic, so we need data such as:
-Armour thickness
-Speed in Km/h and Mil/h
-Chi consumption rate - per day under normal war circustances
-Power of bullets
-Vehicle size (length, width, height)
This is all for now.
This was on page 44 and shows the needed stats power of bullets is just the armour penetration power, or you can reference another source martial for comparison

Well, we need what the guns can penetrate, and what the armour can resist. Preferably in standard steel armour values, and thus what it should be able to deflect and destroy. Data on this should be quite easy to find through a bit of googling.
Most modern tanks are also amphibious, so a steel structure and ceramic/steel armour, or only steel in the case of APCs. Both examples you provided float on water, but if you wanted a really heavy tank to pass through water, they would generally use deep wading techniques, and move at the river or lake's floor. They will not cross an ocean though, so I suggest you take off the sonar, you're not gonna be fighting submarines, and there should be enough sunlight to cross.
Modern tanks can generally reach up to speeds of 60 - 70 kmp/h (37,2 - 43,96 mp/ h) on roads, 40 - 50 kmp/h (24,8 - 36,6 mp/h) off-road. Light tanks can go faster, and if any heavy tanks existed, they would probably be slower.
I think we should make an excpetion to the rule about the stats, I think if you are based on a known pre existant material you should be allowed to be excluded from stats.
