These guys are still in development and are learning how to use bat-stated vehicles as well as some scorpion vehicles as well. Their technology they use is still underdevelopment and is top-secret. Basically, the Bat's "Thought Police", CP's are like a SWAT team for any civil unrest. They are also referred to citizen bats and other outlanders as the "Metropolice". They follow orders from the "Overwatch Voices"(All "Leagues" listen to these voices.), or the voice of the 2IC's and the 3IC as well and sometimes the 1IC. Most of the CP's are actually "Volunteers" from the scorpions or Spiders, with Bats as the minority in the Civil Protection League. Their suits look like this, and they are armed with sonorrantis as a sort of stunning weapon to stop any crooks and criminals, even if they are heavily armed, they can also be sometimes armed with regular 9mm chi pistols. Their suits look like this, and they wear this helmet-gasmask (not pictured here, too hard to draw. ) like combo that has radio communications and other things. but, you won't be seeing these guys on a live war-grounds; they'd most likely chicken out.

Whilst they bear some resemblance to the CP, they are a lot better-trained in combat and mostly used at standard grunts on the front lines in a fire-fight of military-proportions. Also used in Blistion's regular army as a "Heavy Backup", these guys are perfect wielders of SMChi's, Shot-chi guns, and the newly developed, brought to you by Aperture Mesa, the "Bat Overwatch Standard Issue Advanced Spikorr" or the BOSIAS for short. They have heavier armor and can take more of a beating before going down in battle, on the Black Overwatch side of things, these guys are used as also a heavy backup of sorts as well, is there is a band of rebels trying to overthrow the king... thats where the third and highest "League" of Black Overwatch, comes to play. (OOC: Like i said, i havent have a picture of the Black Overwatch Soldier attire. )
Third, last but NOT least, the "Black Overwatch Elite"
These guys (And sometimes girls) are just simply, the awesome of awesome. Looking like space marines in their black and white armor that looks almost exactly like the Black Overwatch Soldier, these walking-talking self-weapons of tactical amazingness and superiority to even the royal bat army, these guys and gals will always be at their best tactical ops when you meet them on the battlegrounds. almost god-like in urban combat, you'll be ambushed by these soldiers like no tomorrow and you'd most-likely lose, but a problem is with them is that, they like to charge the enemy a lot, a simple mistake that can be deadly to those not harboring a sniper rifle atop a tall building (Thats where the females mostly play, they always like sniping more than direct combat). Armed always with the BOSIAS, these guys can lay waste to an army crossing a heavily-covered environment if the enemy commander is slow to react. (OOC: Still, no illustration of Black Overwatch Elite armor as well. )

Yeah, it seems interesting. Maybe the Bat Overwatch soldiers can wear a slight variant from the new Bat Military armor. [i]
Hey guys, I'm considering joining the RP, and my character concept...well, I thought it best to run it through the FAC.
Name: Sarric, prophet of Susano'o Tribe: None (though he is a wolf) Appearance: Light brown hair, with cream colored hair on the ears and belly. Bright blue eyes. Left arm and shoulder covered in strange tattoos. Otherwise, just a normal looking wolf. Backstory: One day, Sarric appeared at the gates to the wolf HQ, with nothing but a strange staff, a bag of chi, and the clothes on his back. But he didn't come to join the Wolves. Far from it. In fact, since he's appeared, he's wandered the lands, preaching to one and all of his great master, Susano'o the warlord. His voice attracts great crowds, and his confidence and charisma (along with the displays of impossible magic power, and the seemingly inexhaustible wealth he throws around freely) have turned those crowds into devoted followers, who often times desert their own tribes to follow him and spread the word of Susano'o. His five most trusted disciples have been 'gifted' with their own staves and 'tats, and they too perform seemingly miraculous feats...though none so spectacular as Sarric's. But what are his true motives? Is he truly a herald to some ancient deity, gifted with strange powers? Or is this all some sort of hoax, a mere smoke-and-mirrors trick for ultimate power? Only time will tell... Personality: Sarric may look frightening, but he is no mere savage. Quite intelligent (more-so than some eagles), Sarric is a great orator, negotiator, and all around people person. He can even be charming when he needs to be. But he is near fanatical in his devotion to the mysterious Susano'o, and he has plenty of tricks up his fur... Powers: Sarric has a special staff designed to break chi. When done, this creates a a brief burst of distorted chi energy. Sarric can channel this energy through his left arm to perform acts of healing utterly impossible otherwise. In addition, when plugging chi, instead of the normal brief manifestation of a wolf avatar, A full fledged Wolf avatar in full armor and weapons appears and stays for several minutes, (known as Susano'o gift) giving him unrivaled combat prowess. However, after it fades, Sarric is severely weakened and almost unable to move for several days.
Caveat: Now, I know this is a bit of a stretch, but I think an evil cult sub-plot would be AWESOME. If needed, I can tone down the powers a bit, maybe even make up some science nonsense and have him actually be a hoax, but just give it some thought, ok?
