*Sits in Victorian Mansion filled with relics from the 19th Century.*
The Future is overrated. You've got all those silly and impractical mecha, and people going around like "pew, pew" with their laser guns. 1930s had better music and fashion.
The 21st century isn't overrated! besides, would Chima be in the great depression due to it being in the 1930's!? oh and the 1900's are the 20th century.
But, an economic crisis would be even more interesting, and explain why our militaries are so small! The older, the better (until you get past the Middle Ages).

Our armies are already massively large. From canon, we see each tribe having something like 100-300 soldiers.

But in the show they didn't have colonies in every thirty miles or so.
Alright. Time to see if i can run this through, anyone whom runs this area, lend me yur ears! I am here to create two new characters for the minor tribes HQ.
My ideas are: A Son for Dom De La Woosh. And a Daughter for Skinnet.
So i'll post the bios in the character bios section of the RP forums to get your idea cogs turning.
Anyways, here's my new character to go forward to be one with the Minor Tribes HQ.
Name: Péagalat (AKA: Dom De La Woosh II) (His Speedor racing name)
Gender: Male
Race: Half Peacock, Half Eagle (Mostly Peacock)
Family: Dom De La Woosh I (Deceased, Father), Unnamed Eagle OC (Mother, unknown living status, may be revealed later )
Age: 17 (A young rising star!)
Affiliation: Minor Tribes HQ
Personality: Mostly like his fathers, but is more of his mother's personality which is being such a kind and beautiful person...
Biography: Being another Hybrid of two avians that are rare occurrences across Chima, like Rawlin and Reagle, Péagalat took most of his appearance from his famous father of racing legend. And a great mutation of his is that, he can fly on his own using his mother's wings taken from her! With a rather large and beautiful rear feather plumage larger than his father's, and more colorful than ever, making him look almost calculatingly handsome to any female Raven and Eagle ever. Péagalat, is also a great racing chimian, to which some say, he is faster than his old man. Taking his refuge with the Minor Tribes HQ, he'll be a VERY helpful scout, thanks to his self-built "Scout-Dragster", which is supposedly faster than Lavertus' own "Super Speedor" and the fastest vehicle in all of chima, period. Hey, i guess FOUR tribe stone wheels and a powerful eagle-made chi-diesel engine beats two of em with an Lion electric Chi engine...
Weapon of choice: An copy of an Eagle Eglaxxor and a stolen Croc Swampulsor blaster.
Vehicle of choice: His X9-7Y prototype "Drag-Scout" developed by the Eagles as a present for him on his sweet sixteenth.
And i was wondering, can you approve his signature vehicle he rides in? I haven't specified the speeds of the "Drag-scout" yet, but i believe it can reach land speeds of Mach 1-3? It also doesn't have a very power gun, it can like easily defeat infantry with a few shots and light vehicles too, but cannot even damage of penetrate armor of heavy units.
Also, here's what it looks like, i made it myself... with the power of LEGO!!!

and here's my second bio for my new OC for the Minor Tribes
Name: Skünkeltia
Race: Skunk
Afilliation: Minor Tribes
Age: 13
Gender: Female
Relatives: Skinnet (Adoptive Father), no applicable mother.
Weapon o' choice: Stolen Wolf Mauluses and Mauraks, and her natural skunk spray.
Vehicle of Choice: Usually hitch-hikes with other drivers of other vehicles, including speedors.
Personality: Bouncy, happy and fun-loving. A lot less stinky than her father.
Biography: Skünkeltia was once an orphan nomad. She wandered all around in Chima, mostly in the great forests or plains. She felt sad and alone when her old parents passed away due to a rare genetic disease that couldn't be cured, not even with chi-infused medicines she made for them, luckily she wasn't infected by it. So when Skinnet once found her all alone and crying one faithful night, scared by a storm, hiding underneath a big leaf in the Falling Jungle, he had an immediate reaction to her sadness and helped her out of those deplorable conditions she was living in, hungry, sick, and homeless. His niceness helped Skünkeltia get back on her young feet and into her new home with her newly adopted father in tow.
After a few years, Skinnet left Skünkeltia... and was never heard from that point... it was after that moment when the Minor Tribes HQ formed, that she would go on her own adventure to find where her adopted father was and make amends with him after so long...
Theme Song (Cuz why not? ): Protoman's theme from Mega Man 3
But, an economic crisis would be even more interesting, and explain why our militaries are so small! The older, the better (until you get past the Middle Ages).

*Hands you bolt-action rifle and rocket-launcher tank.*
Ok, Torah told me in jammers, that Dr.Mattews is his brother, who will also be going inactive this puts up 3 HQ's up for grabs:
The ravens (probably will find substitute soon) The Rhinos (leader is inactive) The bears (since doc is also going to be gone)
This means we have a 3 member FAC staff.
In other news: 1) When will the outland tribes be introduced 2) Can we increase limit of characters to 6 to help fill in the massive void that is left.

As I saved some high-ranking rhinos from the speedor track at the Lion City, I suppose I could temporarily lead the rhinos (using a named NPC, of course). It would also provide and in-universe explanation for the change in leadership, since some of the main rhino characters would still be recovering from their wounds in the Lion Hospital. I can also temporarily take over the bears, as they are close allies with the Lions.
1) I think they should be introduced after the Battle of the Lion City ends, and also after the Battle of the Eagle Spires ends. So after those 2 climactic battles, I think it would be a good time to move on to the 2nd story arc.
