HEIGHT: 6’2”

APPEARANCE: Rawlin’s feathers are pitch black at first glance with a deep, dark purple sheen to them. His eyes are a mix between Eagle and Raven, giving him a kind, not-so-sinister look. He is very physically fit and could be considered stronger than most in his tribe. Even with this strength, it is easy to underestimate his abilities due to his slender body type.

REGULAR OUTFIT: Rawlin wears tight fitted garments that allow him to move with ease. He normally uses dark grey pants that are loose from the waist to just below his knees where they cinch around his calves. He has a metallic belt with various connections that can store various things on it. The primary function of the belt is to house holsters that come down to about mid-thigh. These holsters carry his dual Snypax blasters and are specially designed to allow for quick draws. He wears a chi harness with gold accents that strap to the right side of his chest. There are flexible cords that strap the chi orb into the harness, so it can’t be knocked out with ease. Sometimes he goes shirtless, with only his chi harness, but he normally wears a dark brown sleeveless shirt or a dark brown cloak that drapes his figure, adding a sense of mystery to his appearance. He has a dark grey, metal prosthetic left arm that possesses an extra amount of strength. The metal is extremely rare and cannot be destroyed easily by chi weapons. He can usually be seen wearing a gold crest on his head, signifying his leadership.

ARMOR: Rawlin wears light chest armor that is gold in color. He has shin guards on his shins (dur) and a protective forearm brace on his right arm that extends over his hand and wraps into his fingers.

WEAPONS: Two Snypax chi blasters that fire red blasts. These can be used as melee weapons by holding the barrel and striking with the axe head on the top of the weapon. He also has a sheathed Vengious and some daggers hidden in his vestments. His left arm could also be counted as a weapon due to its superior strength in battle, allowing him to crush weapons with his hand. His arm, being impervious to most chi attacks or other weapons, can block pretty much any weapon or strike.

BACKSTORY: Rawlin grew up in the Raven HQ during the time of the Wings Row Monarchy of Razic, Rica, and Razar. His father was a Raven and his mother, an Eagle. Both Eagles and Ravens mocked him for being the product of an intertribal relationship, giving him a resilience toward insults and a quick wit to combat them. He also harbored a great deal of hate toward both tribes but loved his parents dearly. His parents, wanting to live a life free of this persecution, funneled Rawlin’s hatred of the two tribes solely toward the Eagles with hypnosis. They trained him and taught him plans that would help destroy both tribes simultaneously which would allow the two to be together in peace. His father taught him how to protect himself with hand-to-hand combat and long-range weaponry. His mother educated him on tactics, planning, organization, society, how people worked, psychology of tribes, and other important knowledge that would equip him for his purpose. They did all of this while Rawlin was under hypnosis, so it would just manifest later without his awareness, being a fruition of his subconscious programming. He had no idea that they did this to him and assumed they were dead or gone when he woke up to find them missing. He joined and ended up leading multiple criminal organizations during the reign of the Wings Row Monarchy. Later, he contrived a system he believed would be better than the current Raven government. After amassing followers, he implemented strategic maneuvers that promoted him high in the Wings Row Monarchy. This put him in a position that allowed him to successfully take over the Monarchy after eliminating their royal leaders, Razic and Rica. He founded an organization, known as Talon Industries, that took place of the royal government with him at the head. He did not make himself a dictator but instead was able to persuade the populous of the tribe to go along with his plans. His charismatic speeches and campaigns gave him insane popularity among the tribe. However, there was still an element in the tribe that mocked him for his Eagle heritage. He decided to have his left arm amputated, since it had white eagle feathers, and replaced by a state-of-the-art prosthetic one, completely renouncing his Eagle past. He then focused his efforts on setting up his attack on the Eagles. After bombing the Lions and a speedor race that Talon Industries set up, he launched his attack on Eagle Spire while the Crocs, a recent ally, attacked the wounded Lion City. The execution of his plan was flawless and almost gave him victory if not for him spotting Erlin, his Eagle mother, at the Spire. He stopped the fighting and engaged Eeran in a peaceable discussion. Then, the Bats arrived and attacked both the Eagles and Ravens. Bliston, the Bat leader, dueled Rawlin and sent him flying off the Spire with a broken wing. Rawlin, however, survived the fall by landing on a slanted slab of metal that broke his fall which knocked him unconscious. He woke up three days later to find that his forces had been disbanded and destroyed. He decided to retire for awhile into the Outlands to heal up and decide what to do next.

FIGHTING STYLE: Rawlin basically grew up to become a living weapon and has been trained in almost all forms of combat. He can react to strikes without thinking, due to the fact that fighting styles have been molded into his subconscious by his father. This gives him an edge because he can instantly perform a burst of counter moves against a single attack. His strikes are calculated, direct, and brutal. He can dispatch an entire group of warriors with ease. He has been in many scrapes and fights which gives him a plethora of experience in battle. He is very tactically minded which gives him a great advantage in most fights. When fighting, Rawlin does not hesitate to follow through with ruthless tactics, fighting with a very coldhearted approach.

PERSONALITY: Rawlin is very charismatic and can make almost anyone like him. He is capable of doing anything since his conscience is completely non-existent. His mannerisms are very calm, refined, and tactical. He deals in very professional terms and does not lie, cheat, or steal unless he deems it necessary to reach a certain goal. He is very proficient at pick pocketing due to his past as a criminal. He possesses a sense of humor that other Chimians can find disturbing at times. His extra-intelligent nature sometimes confuses those around him. He conducts all his business with detail-oriented diligence. He considers himself a man of his word, even though he sometimes twists things to his own purposes. He has a dislike for Eagles but is no longer bent on their utter destruction. Instead, now, his sights have been set on the Bats.
