Name: Vela
Race: Fox
Age: 26
Appearance: Typical fox colors, patterns, and traits: bright orange fur, dull white/cream down the front, dark orange forearms/hands and lower legs/feet, and a big, bushy tail. She has striking blue eyes, a short muzzle, and some extra floof on her cheeks and on top of her head. She's a rather large woman, standing a whole 6' 7" tall and being not at all thin. She wears a 2-piece set of light armor, wearing a dark blue vest on top with small metal plate pauldrons on her shoulders, matching shorts with extra metal plates stitched to the sides and front of the thighs, held together by two crossed belts with multiple pouches attached, and rugged boots that come halfway up her lower legs.
Weapons/abilities: Vela is a battlemage, meaning she practices both magic and physical combat extensively and uses them together in battle. She's fantastic at martial arts and excels at channeling her magical power into her blows for increased damage potential. She carries only one weapon: her greatcleaver. The thick, single-edged blade measures 7' from point to pommel, and features a large unique crescent-shaped notch near the point, executioner style. The weapon can channel her magic up through the hilt and into the blade, giving it an ethereal edge that allows it to cut through almost anything, even when dull. This Foxgirl is incredibly strong, and despite preferring to use both hands, she's capable of hefting and swinging the thing with only one arm. Given that she doesn't look very muscular, this is most likely her magical prowess at work.
Personality: Vela isn't like other Foxes. Whereas most of her kind tend to be sly, timid, and sneaky, she tends to be outwardly adventurous, aggressive, bold, and blunt. Despite this, she values her peace and quiet and is actually quite easily embarrassed and agitated. She may take a while to start getting along with someone, but if they give her the time of day, they might see her warmer, gentler side.
Given her large size and affinity for the more thrilling things in life, she doesn't fit in with her kin very well and instead opts to travel the world alone, seeking fortune and power in her various ventures. She holds a rather passive dislike for Chi, seeing it as little more than a horrible addiction that the whole world has grown too dependent on. She sees that Chima has gone stale with the status quo--which is torture for a renegade like her--and so she wishes that it would find some new source of power and move on. Who knows... perhaps one day she will happen across something that could replace Chi for good?

I suddenly realized I didn't really use the right words to describe her body structure. Toned is the correct word. She's large, but not chubby.

We have foxes here? I don't participate in Chima roleplay so would someone explain this.
Species: Raven cyborg Appearance: A withered husk of a being, filled out with numerous cybernetic enhancements. What is visible of his body is little more than skin and bones. As a result all of his limbs are essentially completely robotic. His left arm is completely robotic, as it has withered away completely and his right eye has also been replaced by a robotic one.
Weapons: Ra'zac's fists are completely metal and have spiked knuckles. They are dense enough to be able to stop a chi-powered sword with minimal damage, although the rest of his armor is much more average in strength and durability. He also carries a pistol and a sniper rifle. The scope of the sniper rifle links to his robotic eye. His left arm, being completely robotic, is capable of transforming from his spiked fist into a chainsaw and a weapon capable of firing a non-explosive projectile at insane speeds. This weapon drains all of his power, and after this none of his fighting functions will work till he recharges, leaving him just enough power for his life support systems and walking. Equipment: Ra'zac's wings are metal plates with razor sharp edges, with rocket thrusters to allow flight. His artificial eye is capable of tracking the path his shots will take, and of incoming projectile slow enough for the eye to see. (He can't see or dodge bullets.) Unlike most other technology, Ra'zac has found a way to power his robotic parts with electricity, and has recently found a constant supply after years of research, in an effort to completely destroy any dependency on chi. (explained in backstory)
Backstory: Ra'zac was once a powerful raven warrior, with strength rivaled only by his brother Reshk. The two were inseparable, they did everything together. Unfortunately for them, they both wanted more strength and more power. They began using more and more chi, making their own armor in order to hold more than one orb of chi at once. As time went on they continued to increase both the amount of chi and the frequency at which they used it. Once, Ra'zac and Reshk used far more than they ever had before, and, in the middle of a battle, Ra'zac's life was changed forever. He heard his brother cry out weakly, and he turned to see his Reshk turn frail and weak before his eyes, his body withering up. Reshk gasped out, "It's...the chi!" before collapsing on the ground, his body disintegrating into dust. Ra'zac began ripping his armor off as he felt his strength leaving him, his body withering like his brother's. His armor fell to the ground, the orbs of chi falling off and rolling away, and his body stopped decaying. With a groan he looked at his body, and gasped when he saw that he was little more than skin and bones. His brother was dead and his body was a husk, a shadow of his former glory.
The raven tribe rebuilt him as a cyborg, to keep him alive at first, and then so he could move around on his own. He was initially powered by chi, but his hatred of it caused him to look into other sources of power. He managed to make his robotics powered by electricity, using lightning from storms to power himself, using chi in dry spells. During that time he single mindedly researched how to make lightning artificially, and after several years has managed to make a hydro electric generator in a waterfall, producing more electricity than he could ever use. After that he upgraded his cybernetic enhancements to turn him into a war machine. For he knew that chi was evil, but that no one was going to even want to believe him. Which meant that he would have to fight for it.
Your use of alternate energy will need taking to the FAC.

1. There is no alternate energy here. Only an alternate way of producing it. 2. The generator only exists to give him an alternate source of power which is actually less convenient than chi, as he can't carry it around with him. 3. Don't try to tell me that the beings of Chima can build giant mecha with a cannon that can accurately shoot bananas of all things, but not a simple electric generator. 4. Also, assuming Chiman technology requires electricity to function, which I think is a valid assumption, then Chimans have simply figured out a way to use chi to create electricity to power their technology. 5. K(ind of side note, but still supports my argument) I'm honestly surprised that none of the other tribes, especially the "bad" tribes, such as crocs, have tried to make another energy source so that they wouldn't have to rely on the lion's generosity in order to power their stuff. Sure, chi is valuable, but the instant they go to war the lions could cut off their supply and they would rapidly lose all their chi in the fighting. So yeah, I''m honestly surprised that their aren't full blown power stations all across chima.

Sure do. I think most of them are ninjas, but not Vela.

We haven't seen a generator like what you've described in canon. Therefore, it needs to pass through the FAC.
5. The Lions don't cut off the supply of Chi in war, for two reasons. The first is that the Lion Tribe is based around their rules. Without their rules, they are nothing. Therefore, they follow the rule about distributing Chi equally. The second reason is that, if the Chi is not shared out properly, natural disasters happen. Earthquakes and storms (which grow in power the longer the Chi is withheld for) are dangerous to all the tribes. The Lions are wise enough to know that enemies armed with Chi are a lot less dangerous than the consequences of not sharing it out.

Don't make me laugh. I wouldn't even have to leave my house to build a generator from scratch It's literally a crank, wire, and a magnet. NOTHING ELSE. To think that it isn't likely or possible for chimans to make one after years of research is completely and utterly ridiculous. Besides, the existence of this generator and the fact that it produces electricity only affects him, not the rest of the RP.
5. Good job, you managed to counter only one of my arguments, and it happened to be the weakest one which didn't even really apply to the conversation.
- You are assuming that chi has to be used by each tribe, and I do not agree. As long as it gets used, the land will be fine. The lions can just give it to other tribes and and not the ones that they are fighting. - I find it hard to believe that the lions would give chi to a tribe that is actively fighting against them. No rule would hold enough weight over the lions for them to actually give their enemies fuel with which to slaughter their very families. - Any sane being would choose natural disasters over war any day, especially when you consider that the enemy will not have any technology that requires power. EVERY war has resulted in hundreds of times more casualties than even the worst natural disasters, and natural disasters would damage your opponent as much as it did you.

I'm not saying it's not possible, I'm saying that we haven't seen generators (or even magnets, if I recall correctly) in canon. The FAC is not for things that cannot be built. The FAC is for things that could, potentially, be built, but haven't been seen in canon.
5. I found my first response to cover all of the others.
- In one of the episodes, Laval withholds a month's worth of Chi from the Crocodiles. Within the space of a day, that created a massive earthquake and a storm capable of grounding the best air force in Chima. All the other tribes got their Chi, yet it still happened. -In another episode, Laval steals an orb of Golden Chi to rescue his friends from Fog of Destiny, preventing a war. It was for the good of Chima, but Laval still went into exile. That's the worst punishment in Chima. The Lions are incredibly noble and wise. They place the good of Chima over their own safety. They gave Chi to the Crocodiles in canon, despite being at war with them. It was obvious that they would use it to attack Lion City, yet the Lion Elders still gave it to them. - Well, in that case, all Lions except young and impulsive ones like Laval are clearly mad. In canon, they choose to uphold the balance.
