Position: Previously: CEO of the Talon Industries arms development manufacturing company Blackfeather Arms. Now: Head of the Raven Rebellion.
Appearance: Despite being a criminal (according to the Monarchy traitors), he still dresses as he did when he led Blackfeather.
Personality: As with most Ravens, Razak is a shrewd businessman. However, he is almost always legitimate in what he says. He is very cunning and leads his rebellion with impressive efficiency.
Weapon: Thundax, various experimental Blackfeather weapons.
Backstory: When Rawlin's plan failed and the MMSC was captured, Razak initiated his backup plan. Every Blackfeather facility across Chima became a fortress as workers took up arms that they somehow knew how to use and defended their workplace against any Monarchy forces trying to apprehend them. After the fighting was over, all Blackfeather holdings were moved into one location: Blackfeather Experimental Development and Testing Facility (or BED-TF) in the Iron Mountains. With a small army of his loyal employees-turned-soldiers and a stockpile of experimental Blackfeather weapons (along with a massive supply of conventional weapons from other facilities), Razak's Rebels were ready to take the fight to the traitor Razic.

Where did those outposts come from? The only TI Raven outposts were the one at the Great Forest, the one at the Grassy Plains, and the one at the Iron Mountains. The Great Forest outpost was taken over by the bears and renamed Blitz Base, and the Grassy Plains outpost was taken over by the lions.
Although the TI Iron Mountains outpost was never actually destroyed or taken over, so I guess that makes sense. But keep in mind that all the TI Ravens who weren't in the MMSC or the Iron Mts. outpost flew back to the Raven HQ, and they were all destroyed by the Bats' MMSC crash and bombing. So there would be a very small number of remaining TI Ravens, all in the Iron Mountains.

The outposts were all Blackfeather facilities (warehouses, factories, etc.). The TI Ravens are all Blackfeather employees who naturally were not fighting in the war.

They didn't exist until this character was created. Just like no one knew that Black Fang Mountain existed until the Bats showed up.
To be fair, a lot of them were in secluded areas (for secrecy) and are now abandoned. There is at least one (empty) Blackfeather warehouse in each location topic except the Outlands.
Name: Sarric, prophet of Susano'o Gender: Male Tribe: None (though he is a wolf) Appearance: Light brown hair, with cream colored hair on the ears and belly. Bright blue eyes. Left arm and shoulder covered in strange tattoos. Otherwise, just a normal looking wolf. Equipment: Dark green archaic armor. A strange, twisted staff. Backstory: One day, Sarric appeared at the gates to the wolf HQ, with nothing but a strange staff, a bag of chi, and the clothes on his back. But he didn't come to join the Wolves. Far from it. In fact, since he's appeared, he's wandered the lands, preaching to one and all of his great master, Susano'o the warlord. His voice attracts great crowds, and his confidence and charisma (along with the displays of impossible magic power, and the seemingly inexhaustible wealth he throws around freely) have turned those crowds into devoted followers, who often times desert their own tribes to follow him and spread the word of Susano'o. His five most trusted disciples have been 'gifted' with their own staves and 'tats, and they too perform seemingly miraculous feats...though none so spectacular as Sarric's. But what are his true motives? Is he truly a herald to some ancient deity, gifted with strange powers? Or is this all some sort of hoax, a mere smoke-and-mirrors trick for ultimate power? Only time will tell... Personality: Sarric may look frightening, but he is no mere savage. Quite intelligent (more-so than some eagles), Sarric is a great orator, negotiator, and all around people person. He can even be charming when he needs to be. But he is near fanatical in his devotion to the mysterious Susano'o, and he has plenty of tricks up his fur... Powers: Sarric has a special staff designed to break chi. When done, this creates a a brief burst of distorted chi energy. Sarric can channel this energy through his left arm to perform acts of healing utterly impossible otherwise. In addition, when plugging chi, instead of the normal brief manifestation of a wolf avatar, A full fledged Wolf avatar in full armor and weapons appears and stays for several minutes, (known as Susano'o gift) giving him unrivaled combat prowess. However, after it fades, Sarric is severely weakened and almost unable to move for several days.

(OOC: Hey The J , i wonder if i can have an Named NPC be 3ic heres the bio.)
Name: Barney Balhoun
Occupation: 3IC of bats, Aperture Mesa Sector C Security Guard (Formerly), Bat supreme commander and Field Marshal, Black Overwatch Commander.
Age: Approx. 35 years.
Appearance: A dirty face, due to from training his men into Bliston's forces and his own Black Overwatch since the day he turned up for his 3ic job. His fur is this silver-cream color which gleams in the sun like Bratta's and his wings have this black color to them, most likely his wings are also dirtied up with ingrained dirt, . Clothing is exactly like you see here.
Bio: When he used to be a security guard at Aperture Mesa, we was looked down upon fellow bat scientists and Scorpion Scientists as well, he wasn't payed as much as the norms and he was fed up wit it. He worked hard for his Class C pay throughout his shifts, his most favorite being his Blue Shift when he was most diligent and active as an real bat soldier, stopping crooks and thieves from stealing any important data or materials or anything for that matter. As he was a good friend of Scordon Freeman before he left for 3ic, whom he owes a drink to him after all this time before he quit to apply to become 3ic, which Bratta saw great potential within Barney...
Mr. Balhoun was infatuated with Bratta when he first met her, love at first sight to be honest. His flirtatious mood managed to land him the job without any real training, as he managed to woo Bratta out of it, so Blistion has no idea how this random man managed to get field marshal without him knowing any background of this guy. He's just your average Joe of the mill, being happy when other workers as he shares the sort of the same mentality as the bats. But with his security guard knowledge, he can guard any place with any other bat soldier and prove it to his looming king, whom has a grudge against Barney for being flirty with his sister.
He is now in command of the Black Overwatch, being one of them for the sake of commanding them effeciently. He still wears his CP outfit since he grew attached to it, saying it was "like a home inside home" or somthing of that nature.
Weapon of Choice: The newly developed Bat Overwatch Standard Issue Advanced Spikoor, AkA BOSIAS.

(Guys, The J , egorsmirnov , FelipeDutra , batonmaster500 . I'll make a human character in Chima, for the Fire v. Ice battles if the RP continues long enough. This is a canon RP so i'll create a loop-hole!)
Name: Hugo (used to be named Gonzo when he was a Gorilla)
Race: Homo Sapien, used to be a Gorilla before more evolution forced by overuse of chi.
Age: 25
Weapon of choice: A standard Fire Valious and a New Lion Shield Model.
Apperance: As below in the picture.
Vehicle of choice: His self made TRC-4441 (Tactical Rocket Carrier) armed with powerful missiles and EMP cannons.
Occupation: Being a guard at the Lion Temple HQ, ranks close to Lion 2ic, Holder of the Gorilla fire wings harness.
Voice Actor: Kirby Morrow
Bio: Due to overuse of Chi when he was Gonzo the Gorilla, the chi gave weigh to his new looks and body, making him much much MUCH more intelligent than the smartest of eagles. As he gotten older, his body changed more, making lose most of his fur in his face, his skeleton formed more modernly into a human's. His body gotten a bit weaker as a result due to evolution to be more efficient in his mind. The Gorilla tribe and goverment kicked him out and repo'ed his belongings as well, due to this evolution.
As he travled all over Chima, he gained more knowledge and more powerful thoughts than other inland leaders, thinking of relativity, nuclear fission, and alot of theoretical physics. His human mind gave him excellent skills in survival and leadership and fighting skills as the lions saw when the ice hunters first attacked, warding their icy offense sometimes by himself with his Chuck-Norris and Duke-Nukem like attitude and brawn, as the lion field commander had been frozen solid and was unable to command his forces. He was slightly immune to the cold as he adapted well to colder enviroments as the hunters rose. Once gaining attention of the pheonix when he fought hand-to-hand against the Saber-Tooth leader and ended up winning, he was given special permission to use the fire wing harnesses as a result.
with his countless victorys rivailing that of any high command the lions could give, he was taken in by the lions to serve as a high commander and guard as well, being a legendary warrior, throughout the Hunter attacks.
Ech... this character is disgusting. Why did i even push for a human? Whatever. At least i gave him a cool look to his physical apperance. Looks very snazzy in a fire wings harness.
