Appearace: As Below. Wearing Ice-armour, but a very awkward parka beneath the ice armour which turns into a snow-white greatcoat thing with just a regular blue loin cloth below the white greatcoat bottom. A reason he wears the Parka-Greatcoat mix is becuase he dosen't like too much cold on him which is an ironic twist.
Weapons of choice: His "Hail Flail" and "High Ice Command Saber".
Bio: (Eeehh... gonna leave this one blank since Me and my OC's hate being called a "Mary Sue", lets just say he was a pretty good warrior to gain the 1IC's gaze to promote to his right-hand man. )

Bio: Not much is known by the mysterious bat. From a glance she just looks like an ordinary citizen bat. Until you notice the Aperture Mesa tank-top, then you'd realize your dealing with a scientist whom does her own experiments and tests. Hired as a replacement bat test subject after the last one was reclaimed from the raid a while back from the bats, Bachell was hired as a test subject after being dropped from a science team she was head of. Once given the newest model of Aperture Mesa's Handheld Portal Device, she was too stubborn and head-strong to ever take it off, even if fellow scientists and test overseers tried to pry it off of her. Now her signature weapon of choice, she is currently in the Sector C Test Spheres area of Aperture Mesa in the outland underground.

Sorry, but I'm going to have to say no, for 2 reasons: 1: You already have 5 RPCs, which is the limit (Rica, Razic, Scorpio, Bratta, and Skunkeltia) and... 2: There will be no more test subjects from the Bat tribe after what happened. still, i defy that logic of yours, i use Skunkeltia as a named NPC that acts like an RPC. And Rica isn't being used at the moment.

OK, you can just make Rica a named NPC since she doesn't really do much, and maybe Skunkeltia as well, since she never really fights or anything. Then these new bat and spider characters can be your 4th and 5th RPCs.
Although I agree that there should be a larger number of characters allowed for the limit, 5 RPCs is the current rule. [a] Also, I'm fine with a bat working in Aperture, just as long as she is a scientist, not a test subject. No test bats anymore, please.
