Alerak mental attacks the living heck out of Umbraia, with a singular intent: to cause untold mental agony for the Makuta.
Blarkrok, Tahriak, and Korust jump in with conventional attacks.
Mnemosyne releases a crippling mental assault that causes what Alerak wanted to cause to Umbraia, only ten fold. Without even blinking, she throws Korust, Tahriak and Blarkrok into the ground, her overwhelming power battering each one down, keeping them restrained. The earth itself shifts, forming a prison for the toa.
Her frail and dainty form suddenly seems like a facade, her powerful aura giving an air of such strength, one could only think her appearance was an illusion, which it wasn't. She lightly twirls her parasol.
OoC: I feel like a mental assault of that strength is something only a Toa Nuva can achieve, and I do believe we banned those.
OOC: Ten times the strength is a bit much. I recommend just treating it as a normal mental assault until the FAC can approve or disprove extreme users of Elements.
I mean, if we're going to get technical here, it was ten fold, not just ten times

Are you kidding me? You have not, nobody has, addressed Mnemosyne's power level until now, and the FAC does not regulate power levels. All will be explained, especially Mnemosyne's ridiculously high levels of power. The FAC has absolutely zero jurisdiction. And the FAC will not ever get such jurisdiction, unless it's through purely fanon ways.. Actually, now that I think about it, it's more of a murky area so disregard my last statement.
The FAC does not hold that sort of jursidiction. So no, I won't be treating it as a "normal" mental assault. Because it already is a normal one. Of a higher power level. Emarcee can easily withstand this. It isn't a long mental assault, think of it as a sharp, powerful strike. Not a wave. Once it's over, Mnemosyne will be basically staying uninvolved, unless they attack her. I just wanted to really have Mnemosyne be arrogant and basically showcase a certain thing, as I've written this little scene out.

In elaboration to my other post, about how you can feel that if you like. Also, we didn't ban Toa Nuva, as I know I have one. Jams on Kllyann, nobody else.
{JAMMERS! Kllyann ONLY!} Mnemosyne is a... unique case. While you are wrong in that the strength is only a Toa Nuva could achieve (and for the record, no, we did not ban them, I have one in this roleplay, but she's currently in a half coma. By the way, Toa Nuva are essentially Toa that have more elemental energy, are older, and have stronger kanohi. Provided they don't become the norm, they should be allowed.) Mnemosyne, being a unique case.. I can't reveal too much, because some users on this form I do not think respect the privacy of jammers. However, Mnemosyne has arguably the most mental experience in the Matoran Universe, of characters I know. She predates Tren Krom by centuries. She's unbelievably old. Age grants wisdom. Knowledge. There's not too much I'm able to say, otherwise you're going to go "OP nope bai", because I can't give you every detail yet. So, I'm going to say this, and ask as a favor, please stay out of this. I will resolve it personally, but Mrcqm is essentially saying "I don't wanna deal with you, so I'm not gonna", which isn't how the rules work.
You don't have to heed my advice, but I'm highly suggesting you do. I have been working with Mnemosyne since I joined the RP, and not once has anyone complained. Also, just so you know, experience doesn't equate to raw power output. A Toa Nuva has, technically, more raw output than Mnemosyne, that doesn't make them more powerful though.
Look... for some reason or another -- it may be me, or it may be you, I don't know. But every time our RPCs fight, we inevitably argue for any number of reasons. Over the fairness of a move, the way one of our chars reacted to the other, etc. I... I really don't like arguing -- with anyone, I've seen the pattern for too long to ignore it, I hope you can understand.
Ignoring the problem doesn't make it go away. Neither will never having our RPCs never interact. We need to be able to grow, with each other, not just pretend the other isn't there ICly.

So what you're saying is that it's more powerful simply because she has more skill? Well then, I'm willing to allow that, but I would ask you to please clarify that sort of thing in the future.

Mnemosyne is old and experienced, this gives her a skill bonus, but not a power level bonus.

If elemental capacity goes beyond canon, it be omen fanon and may warrant an approval depending in how far it waivers from canon. Although I am not telling you both this as a FAC member (who have no power but voting), I am here as Slipperysnakeboy.
You have clarified the move. I believe we got caught up on the word, "tenfold" and assumed you meant a drastic an unreasonable increase. Because Mnemosyne has been around longer and has the mind knowledge of where to strike and how, her swift warning shots will no doubt be precise.

I did ban them, however, therefore, unless they are explicitly unbanned, Toa Nuva should not be playable. At least the way I see it.
I'm afraid Reps lack the authority to ban things without a community vote or the support of the Roleplay Coordinator, so that ban is not and has never been valid.

Last time I checked I was the only one coordinating the roleplay back then. Remember that I did not truly want to be rep, I assumed somebody would run against me and win. But nobody did -- I was the one who stepped up. I was the one who, without any experience managed to write the rules for this RP. There were also several angles that I did not think people would approach, such as Toa Nuva, and therefore, such things had to be tied up quickly. Also, there likely wasn't any FAC when I made my stance on Toa Nuva, and if there was, nobody disagreed with me on it anyway. There was no opposition to most if not any of the decisions I've made thus far, and therefore, it can be said that I was not unsupported by the community in my decision, nor by the RP Coordinator (which, spiritually, was me).

And that isn't including the fact that they were never actually banned in the first place. No post indicated such.
