Name: Vortaxx Species: Vortixx Mask: None Equipment/Weapons: Vortaxx has cybernetically enhanced parts of his body, allowing him to shoot electricity from his hands as well as retractable blades in his wrists. He possesses a rifle similar to Reaver’s, this one being able to split apart into two large pistols. Powers: The aforementioned electricity powers are only the start. He’s modified his armor to be infused with Olmak, Hau, and Matatu Powers. History: Vortaxx hails from an alternate dimension, having been bouncing around the Multiverse for a good long time. His home dimension was ravaged by war, something that didn’t do well for his mental state of being. This in conjunction with having obtained the memories of an alternate universe version of himself has lead to great mental instability. Personality: Vortaxx is mentally unstable, as such he is prone to rambling and acts of aggression. He’s had a bit of trouble figuring out who’s memories are his original ones and can sometimes appear to have dramatic personality shifts. Often times he will usually be cold, calculating, yet also coming off as genuinely nice and frequently sarcastic.
I'm not going to critique this, but I'm going to say this
Still borderline metagaming. Besides, Oracle could always form a body, later on.
As I told Kllyan, there’s no opportunity for metagaming here. And I facepalmed soooooo hard at that last sentence.
I would dispute that. Technically, it's not metagaming, but I think that's the best word for it. Metagaming is an RPC knowing things they can't know. This Oracle character can just float around finding out information and feeding it to his associates, allowing them to learn things they shouldn't be able to. He's essentially like an RPer; someone who can go anywhere and see anything, except that he can make contact with RPCs. For this reason, I recommend against this RPC.

Sigh. Obviously this character wouldn’t be used in such a fashion, as even his versions in other RPs haven’t been utelized that way. The entire purpose of this character is to be an RP equivalent to that voice in every video game that tells you where to go and spouts off the occasional exposition.

It's not a matter of if you would use it like that, but if you could. Also, I faintly recall you doing it once. Still, those characters often know ridiculously much. Exposition in an RP, often times is = Metagaming

Name: Borilil. Species: (female) Toa of The Green. Kanohi: Mask of Clairvoyance. Weapons: Thorn bracelets that become fingerless gloves. Bio: Just like the real miscommunication in the BIONICLE team, there was apparently a miscommunication on what gender matoran/toa/turaga of plantlife should be, so Borilil was created as feminine rather than masculine.

Why don't we make it so it is incapable of listening to an enemy unless they actually want to communicate with the oracle?

Think of that ugly tiki-mask from Crash Bandicoot -- it can't make you do anything, but it can talk to you.
Name: Jake Species: Great Being, but in the body of a Ko-Matoran Element: Technically none, but due to his body it would be Ice Powers: Great Being Hacks, the ability to use Kanohi, and advanced selective mental shielding. To expand upon that, if you were to read his mind you would easily find the memories that a standard matoran worker may have, but it would be nigh impossible to find anything beyond that. Kanohi: Volitak Weapons/Tools: N/A Appearance: A Ko Matoran with black detailing and a pipe running around his torso. I might post a picture eventually.

It more than fixes the problem, but it's an unnecessary fix for a problem that doesn't exist.
Me and Shamrock have already stated the problem. It doesn't actually fix it though. It just means Oracle can only talk to VF's characters or those he lets.

You must needs come up with a name that is not human
You also must needs realise that the idea is not to populate the RP with a bunch of Great Beings.

Looks at my other totally uninspired names
Names are hard...
This guy isn’t going to be wandering the RP, he’s the guy who would be running the tower assuming it is passed.
