Backstory is just as much a part of a character as his/her powers are. Just listen to Sofos he knows what he's doing.
I appreciate that, and yes, Backstory is just as much a part of the character as powers, if not more. However, I am always open to being questioned. I'm not a military commander, so my suggestions don't need to be followed immediately. Asking or challenging me will force me to consider what your side is, and help me grow deeper roots and/or thicker branches. (go ahead, ask me why I used a tree analogy. I won't know unless I have to think about it)
I also, just so you know, am not challenging you out of pure obstinance or stubbornness. I genuinely am curious on both sides of any given conflict, especially when I am involved.
Species I see why, her creation I don't think so, geodes fine.
The FAC doesn't regulate backstories. Sekhmet's history was either Great Being or Tren Krom, and I wanted to spice it up. Besides, it's unrealistic to assume Tren Krom didn't try to prove he was useful.
The blue is not a rhotuka power, no.
Also, when there's an FAC.. Can you remind me?
If the Backstory is something that we didn't see or doesn't look like something similar to canon, it catches attention. If this Backstory uses fanon other then for personal story, then it may need to be approved. I do agree that Tren Krom could have acted if he knew his fate.
Power: Then since it is not a rhotuka power, and not a power native to a canon species used in the profile, it will need a seperate approval. If the Backstory is accepted, I can see that the power may be approved with some modification. It is essentially just Makuta slow and Av-Makuta Speed.
Yes, I will remind you. I have now copied these profiles into a memo on the device I'm using.
And, wouldn't him being the Mata Nui of Before have him create things? Or at least, the capacity?

The exception would become the norm otherwise so we need to make sure that anyone who does break the rule has a suitable reason for it.
See, there's technically no reason for such a breach. What constitutes it to be suitable? Nothing. So we would be easier off doing away with the rule, it's not as if an influx of cross-gender will occur.
The Great Being(s) could have preffered the other gender, the Great Being(s) might have thought the other gender was more suitable for the element and thus disagreed with the others. etc. there all kinds of good reasons for people to come up with if they stop and take the time to actually think about the concept of their character. This was the case with Alerak -- by thinking of a good reason for him being male, I came up with one. Had I not thought of one, I wouldn't have made him at all.

Name: Mane Alias: Lady Mane, Lady Morningstar Species: Toa/Botaran Hybrid Element: Gravity Powers: Mane can perceive things on any level, even subatomic, to the point where Mane can even see 'time' itself ticking, and 'space' flowing. As a result, Mane has learned how to 'distort' space-time to achieve teleportation, in a manner similar to Artakha. Mane can also create wormholes/portals. She can also do Botar species stuff. Kanohi: Mane wields a simple Mahiki, with a lens. Weapons/Tools: Mane wields a large, crescent blade, which has the ability to fire silver beams of laser light. She also has a bow and arrows. Said bow is affixed to her wrist, and such can spring from it. They are barbed, and can have a variety of effects (flaming, hydra, netted, stasis/slow, electric, poisonous, acidic, sonic) Appearance: Mane has a large spiral spread across her torso. She has silver eyes, and relatively simple armor, of black and white, with silver accents. She has her crescent blade attached to her hip usually. Personality: Fierce, loud, aggressive, Mane is inexperienced and inept in political affairs. She prefers to simply let her Crescent Blade do the talking for her. Backstory: Created by Lady Nightstar and Madame Daystar, along with Lady Vesper, Mane is the (un)fortunate result of a lab experiment involving 82 visorak, 3 Toa (of Gravity, Light and artificial Shadow Toa), one Botaran and a vicious alpaca. Yeah...

The Shadow Guard
Name: Deriore Alias: The Crafter Species: Toa Element: Iron Powers: Deriore can turn invisible at will (look at huna disks), and project a field of silence around him (see Shelek disks). X-Ray/Thermal Vision too. Kanohi: Kualsi, Hau Weapons/Tools: Deriore uses a giant seismic warhammer, the head of it being bigger than his body. It's kind of ridiculous. He also has pakari disks forged into his gauntlet-hands. His warhammer can cause small explosions/fragmentations/shockwaves on whatever it hits. Appearance: Rustic, burnt orange and grey armor, Deriore is actually very lean. His entire structure is quite thin, leanly built, except for his arms. From the elbows to his hands, it's ridiculously bulky, to a peculiar extent. He also has a scope on his left eye, which lets him see x-ray or thermal. Personality: Serious, Deriore leads an elite team of mercenaries, the Shadow Guard, with cold practicality, and a volatile temper. Backstory: The former lieutenant of the Shadow Guard, Deriore succeeded his previous master, and took the Shadow Guard to new heights. It was then mandatory for each member to have stealthing capabilities, to be truly shadow guard.
Name: Asjere Alias: The Fighter Species: Toa Element: Lightning Powers: N/A Kanohi: Volitak Weapons/Tools: Asjere wields two hyper-advanced compact cordak blaster pistols. Harnessing the raw power of a cordak blaster into a revolver, Asjere's pistols shoot out cordak missles, surrounded by compacted shrapnel laced to the brim with explosive gunpowder, doused in a gasoline like compound. The pistols shoot out, triggering a small spark, sending out literal exploding shrapnel, which are on fire. Asjere also wields a set of hooks and knives, all attached to barbed wire. Appearance: Stick thin, unhealthily so, not even just lean, but lithe, Asjere has bright, electric blue armor, with yellow accents and pulsing yellow eyes. She is incredibly tall, at a whopping 9 feet, making her the tallest member of the Shadow Guard. She's very spiky. Personality: Petty. Asjere is very vindictive and petty. She's cold, detached and ruthless. Backstory: Asjere, hailing from the Southern Continent, was a former servant of Thymos. On a mission to deliver a summons to Thymos' sister, Zillaris, Asjere was caught in a battle between the Shadow Guard and the Stone Soldiers, two rival mercenary clans. Asjere found herself hidden by a Shadow Guard. When the battle was over, she was given two choices. Be recruited into the Shadow Guard and live, or die. She naturally, chose to live.
Name: Kisthane Alias: The Guardian Species: Toa Element: Plantlife + Earth Powers: Kisthane has the peculiar ability to speak to rahi, similar to Nuju. Kisthane also has invisibility and silence fields, due to kanoka tech. Kanohi: Mask of Healing, Kiril, Hau, Rau, Faxon, Olmak Weapons/Tools: Kisthane uses a gigantic shield, with reflective properties, similar to that of a mirror. His shield is also able to reflect energy based and or projectile attacks, or, perhaps, trap them and use them for a later time. The shield is easily triple Kisthane's size (for reference, he is 6'2). He also has a sword, that can elongate into a spear. His mirror-shield is black like soil, while the shaft of his spear/pommel of his sword is the color of bark, the sword blade/spearhead is a green color. Appearance: Kisthane is relatively bulky. He's not super tall, but he isn't short. He's the bulkiest of the team. His armor is black, brown and green. His eyes are however, curiously, red. Personality: Exuberant and outgoing, Kisthane is very friendly to everyone he meets. Unless you are a spider. He's polite, courteous and helpful. Unless you are a spider. Kisthane is basically the best person ever. Unless your a spider. He HATES spiders. Backstory: Visorak suck. Kisthane knows that better than anyone. For some reason though, the rahi adore him. And follow him. Constantly. It's as if he was the Heart of the Visorak! He also joined the Shadow Guard, to hide from the creepy bugs.

Name: Khele. "7235" Species: Ehlek's species. Kanohi: Calix. Powers: Mental shielding. Tools: wields Protosteel Tri-Talons given to him by the Order of Mata Nui, specifically made to tear and rend Makuta armor. He also carries a blinding unrefined lightstone, usually wrapped in thick black sailcloth. Armor: Over time, 7235 will add shredded Makuta armor to his own. Backstory: Khele is a product of an Order of Mata-Nui experiment on an entire aquatic species. It aimed to turn the species into makuta killers in case the Brotherhood ever went rogue. He was the only one to zealously accept his calling and undergo every training technique that came to mind. Khele later had his mind wiped after the experiment was deemed a failure. Curiosity on his "new" changes caught the attention of the Order, who had been monitoring the species. They recognized Khele and made the decision to retell him everything, including his experiment and member identification numbers, "72" and "35." Because of his dedication, he took the numbers as his name. He eventually completed his training around the waters of Daxia the day the Order of Mata-Nui observed Makuta's betrayal.

The hybrid part is difficult to swallow unless it can be explained by fusion kanoka, EP, or kaita + unknown. The special space warping power is very unique in canon, and we are likely to elect the same for our RP. I suggest you bring these two things to the FAC, but you may continue to use the character so long you do not use spacial warp until it is approved.
Name: Eric Species: Matoran Element: Shadow Powers: Basic Shadowstepping, tires him after repeated use Kanohi: Noble Asva Tools: War Scythe, Shield, Sword Appearance:
Wanted to add a Rhotuka power to Eric. If you need me to explain it further, go ahead and ask. Also if he needs to lose the shadowstepping thing because of this, eh, sure.
Rhotuka Power: "Pretender:" Can change the shape and appearance of objects, but the qualities remain the same. The effect isn't permanent either. As an example, if he were to turn a knife into a feather, the feather would weigh and have the same durability as the knife but have the appearance of the feather. Without a rhotuka launcher Eric would need to touch an object to affect it, and needs to stay in contact with living organisms longer for it to affect them.
And a new RPC!
Name: Rocket (Although this is subject to change, not too happy with the name at the moment) Species: Matoran Element: Plasma Powers: His rhotuka ability allows him to turn things into missiles. These missiles will follow a 'preprogramed' flight path, and afterwards will return to their original form and link up with Rocket or whatever he turned into a missile. However, those missiles have no explosive power and are really only good as bullets. If he were to turn a missile into anything other than the basic missile, it would lose the ability to revert back to the original state, and the missing segment will act as a wound, whereas normally Rocket wouldn't take damage from firing rockets. Without a rhotuka launcher this ability can only affect himself. He calls this ability 'Rocket Man' Kanohi: Kakama Tools: N/A, he's essentially a living rocket launcher Appearance:

It's something along those lines. I didn't want to go into detail, as I didn't find it relevant. Essentially, it was a combination of many factors.
It's perhaps rare, but not unique. We've seen two known differing types.
Makutan Method, which is by deconstructing and reappearing, and then Artakhan Method, which is warping space and time.
Makuta are, like Botar and Botarans, not immune to Pit Mutagen. However, Botar is noted for having never stayed in the pit long enough, for mutagen to effect him. It seems that Botar and his kind use Artakha's method, over Makuta method. It would explain how Botar disappears instantaneously, like Artakha, while Makuta appear to be nigh-instantaneous, just not quite there.

Artakha's teleportation is described to be different then the typical teleportation we know and love. He actually warps space from himself or a being to the desired location. All other forms of teleportion are left simply as is. However, if Botar could warp space just like Artakha, he would have been a much better messenger then a Takanuva with a broken Olmak.
{JAMMERS! -YJF- ONLY!} Yo, You have Nynrah Ghosts on the island of Nynrah, yes? I was wondering if you might be ok with helping Saoru's story progress. He basically needs one Ghost to escourt him to the secret crafters village and maybe teach him the basics on working with customers. If you don't want to, I'll st use NPC ghosts or something.
