Name: EXT-02 Species: Sentient Exo-Toa Gender: Male programming Appearance: He looks like a standard Exo-Toa with a few bells and whistles. Powers: He can bypass mechanical security systems with ease, as well as connect with other mechanical devices to learn from them. Anything he experiences through any sense is stored in his memory core and is never forgotten, literally giving him a lifetime of experience from which to draw knowledge. EXT is much faster, stronger, agile, and more dexterous than a regular Exo-Toa. Weapons and Equipment: The standard Electro-Rocket of an Exo-Toa has been moved to his shoulder, but it is still functional. His arms end in two hands (with thumbs) that can grasp a variety of weapons and tools. They can also manipulate most objects. He carries a Staff of Fragmentation and a Staff of Disintegration that his maker gave to him, as well as two Rotating Shadow Blades built into his wrists. When he uses them, his hands retract into his arms, allowing him to treat the blades as if they were his hands. The blades are made of protosteel, and can reflect almost any projectile fired at them. Each of his fingers has a retractable claw at the end. Personality: EXT-02 suffers from a split personality, and switches between them at random. This is a side effect of his reconstruction. His first personality, the one he had in his former life, resembles C-3PO. His second personality resembles that of a hardened assassin. This is the personality he was reprogrammed with when he was rebuilt, but this programming failed, allowing his original mind to resurface. Backstory: EXT-02 was once EXT-01, a modified Exo-Toa in the service of the Makuta Ornirax. However, when Kratark and Vindurax came to Zakaz to apprehend Ornirax, the former Makuta destroyed EXT. But somehow his personality and programming cores were rescued (or stolen) by an unknown benefactor, who rebuilt EXT as an assassin. He gave him the Rahkshi staffs and the Shadow Blades. Soon after his reconstruction, EXT escaped his savior's headquarters and now roams the MU.
Notes: EXT has been programmed with speech protocols, because a mute character would be boring. I believe that yjflordofbio123 will remember this character.
Everything looks good, however, I will note that a mute character wouldn't necessarily be boring.

Don't you have to be a Makuta or Kraata with the same power in order to use one of those staffs? or does it only boost rahkshi powers?
The power seems excessive. Not to mention, most MU beings have mechanical parts. How does this power work?
Anakritis dislikes Makuta in her city in general, but she's willing to tolerate it. What she isn't willing to tolerate is other Makuta making orders in her city. Kratark quarantining the Coliseum would have caused her eternal fury, as not only is it in the heart of her city, it's also public.
She wouldn't like it, but she also wouldn't particularly care. In all likelihood, Ornirax could've simply convinced her to let him do what he wanted to.
Hm. Interesting. How much of a catastrophe is required before she cares about the Matoran in the city?
You'd have to do something extreme. Attack the Turaga, who she regularly converses with, or blow up an entire metru and kill everything in it.

Upon further research I have learned that these staffs only amplify Rahkshi powers. So, no staffs.
Which one? The power about learning from mechanical objects? Basically, because he himself is a machine, he has an innate understanding of how other machines work. He can link with any other machine that has a memory of some sort and kind of 'download' it. The machine must be willing to share this information, however, unless it is dead. Therefore, unless the Matoran is dead, he must cooperate with the Matoran to gain information from it. Also, he only learns what they teach him. If a Matoran doesn't want to tell him something, he doesn't have to. Simpler machines don't have sentience, so permission is not required.
He can also take the memory cores of other Exo-Toa and add the information on them to his own.

.
Understood. Go forth and cause your enemies to quake in horror!
I forgot to explain that...Um...I didn't really think of that. This will probably have to go through the FAC but...Due to the way Bad Guy's light was drained, he now takes energy from the Bad of the Universe so he does not need a mask and has never had any memory of doing so. Similarly, the Good Guy takes energy from the Good.
Yeah, bad and good aren't any more energy fields than ice cream and nachos.
I would disagree. It is true that within canon there is nothing explicitly referred to as Good or Bad, however the words Light and Shadow are used often used in the place of these. For example, the Avohkii can sense the moral light of a person, similar to how the Kraahkan is able to sense moral shadow. 'My Kanohi lets me see the darkness inside everyone, all the nasty little things they hide in the shadows of their spirit.' ~ Makuta Teridax. This moral stuff only describes one as Light side or Dark side - or in this case, Good or Bad. I would then state that the forces of Good and Bad within the MU both apply on a morality basis (acting evil 'cus you are or just doing good stuff because you care) as well as on an universe affecting scale - actions that have some lasting effect on the M.Universe (like sacrificing yourself to save everyone or endangering the universe to take control). In the case of GG and BG, they would draw power from the universe actions and not from their own moral purity.
As I previously stated, certain aspects of the concept may have to go through the FAC.

So, overall moral light/shadow empowers them. Hmm.
I think they should go through, yes, even though they resemble canon campfire stories.
Powers: Kraata powers of Insect Control, Rahi Control, Power Scream, Hunger, Fear and Anger (all operating at a maximum of Stage 4, generally between Stages 2 and 3).
Kanohi: Powerless Avsa
Weapons/tools: A sword and an axe.
Appearance: Valerax wears maroon and black armour, and has clawed hands and feet. He also has a set of wings which, although massive when unfurled, can be folded up enough that Valerax’s black cloak hides them.
Personality: Valerax has an exceedingly short temper, and is extremely easy to anger. He is prone to shrieking at those he disagrees with, thoroughly distracting him from the matter at hand. However, when properly angered, he is a dangerous and calculating foe, all his energy devoted to overcoming his enemies.
Backstory: Originally a Ta-Matoran of the Southern Chains, Valerix’s inner light was drained by person or persons unknown.. He has undergone several mutations and been exposed to Antidermis, resulting in his ability to use several Kraata powers. He now lives in a cave, and few know of his existence.

Kllyann, where do we stand on these powers and their origins. Theoretically, if these experiments were based on the properties of Brutaka's species, a few powers might be accessible. Still, just about any experiment can warrant just about any power. Obviously this profile is not on those scales and is not overly powerful (probably on the stat level of a Dark Hunter), but it does nonetheless open the door to other players walking in with their own mutations and experiments. Should we judge this profile with one of the case-by-case approvals, or tell Shamrock7203 to wait a little longer until we have definite rules?

Not exactly what I was thinking. Moral light/shadow seems to be one's purity or morals; I was thinking that GG and BG would draw power from the events that have on an effect on the Great Spirit Robot's inner workings (whether it is Matoran being lazy, people causing discord and chaos or something huge like wiping out a species). I was thinking this just because if BG and GG were going by morals they would just be drawing power from their own purity (pure evil or good) and never starve.

Misunderstanding. By, "overall," I meant the population of the GSR. When "bad" things happen, it is likely due to more shadowy decisions in the GSR.
People may disagree with that interpretation, as it is not descriptive enough. However, I am in no mood for a debate, so... one more question.
How powerful do these matoran get in good and bad events?

Name: Qhalon Species: The Shadowed One's species. Powers: Telekinesis. Rhotuka power: Power copy. Grants Qhalon the natural powers of a single target being or rahi. Tools: Rhotuka launcher. Tail blade. Pearl washed black armor with gold lining. Character: Qhalon's craving for power is matched by her charismatic yet domineering leadership skills.
So, overall moral light/shadow empowers them. Hmm.

Well, that does make sense considering that, as you said, is how the GSR works. However, I'm not sure we have enough information about that to allow it to be used by RPCs.

Updated profile for Jellica
Name: Jellica
Alias: The Sea Witch , Makuta of the Northern Continent (the region next to the Tren Krom Peninsula) Species: Makuta
Element: Shadow
Powers: Jellica has all standard makuta powers, and she specializes in elasticity, shapeshifting, lightning, teleportation, shattering/fragmentation and predominantly, density control
Kanohi: Jellica wears the Aquos (fanon name, canon mask ), mask of Water. She also has a Hau.
Weapons/tools: Jellica wields a Trident style Power Lance. She also holds a whip. Both of her weapons are imbued with Toxica's poisons, acids and venoms. Appearance: Jellica is roughly Toa sized. Her color scheme is lightish blue, with an accent of white. She has a set of tentacle like protrusions around her shoulders, which she can control with ease.
Personality: Jellica, unlike her "twin", Toxica, is more respectful and patient to others. While not necessarily kind, Jellica is far less aggressive, preferring to avoid conflict whenever possible. Jellica however, expects to be treated the same as she gives others, and does not tolerate disrespect. Jellica has a fondness for doing damage from a distance. She's far more calculating and thoughtful, preferring to produce strategies in safety, than execute them herself. She also likes being alone. She is slightly nosy, and is genuinely interested in the well-being of the Brotherhood. Backstory: Contemplative, quiet and reserved, Jellica formed, alongside Toxica, a time after the other Makuta sprung from the pool. While Toxica was a serpentine horror, Jellica formed gracefully and not horribly deformed. Jellica gave Toxica her name, noticing her toxicity. Jellica, unlike Toxica, was far more reclusive and introverted, preferring to quietly tinker in her lab, or merely watch, and not participate. Jellica also began studies in elements and genetics, regularly sharing notes with Zenila and Astrona, for they too were geneticists. Jellica also beat up Toxica one time, for causing a mess in her laboratory. It was a very amusing sight for many Makuta. Canon Equivalent: Kojol, Krika, Helryx
