I heavily disagree with the canon characters existing, period.
The island cannot function without the being it is named after. What more do you want me to say? XD
It can function without the being it is named after, and either you have him and I can have my Tren Krom, who wasn't even used in RP, but is a background theme, or neither of us have anything.
Name: Vazrudakann Species: Skakdi Element: Iron (In conjunction with another Skakdi) Powers: Vazrudakann possesses pain vision, allowing him to cause pain in any MU inhabitant he stares at. His unique ability works almost like a mask of charisma, passively suggesting to other beings that they do what Vazrudakann wants. Weapons/tools: Vazrudakann carries a staff that was custom made for him when he was altered by the rogue Makuta (AKA Spiriah equivelant). The staff amplifies Vazrudakann's pain vision, and also allows it to work alongside his powers of "charisma" Appearance: Well... Vazrudakann's sort of... not all in one piece right now but I had some pictures of him on my iPad... or was it my dad's camera? At any rate -- he'll be up some day Personality: Vazrudakann possesses a deep hatred for chaos that outweighs his otherwise bellicose nature. He enjoys conflict, but only when it allows him to further his own goals. Shortly after being altered, Vazrudakann developed an alarming sense of sadism, and found that his powers were perfectly suited for doing what he loved most: making others suffer.
Backstory: Vazrudakann was a normal Skakdi once, and lived a normal Skakdi life. That is of course, before that one rogue Makuta came along and decided to meddle with the species. Not too long after Vazrudakann gained his powers, he had made an observation of his peers that perhaps should never have been made: they could not stand each other. What better way then, to make them suffer, if not to force them to live together? Vazrudakann waited. Watched the Skakdi tribes as they fought each other. And he noted how the Makuta of Zakaz, Ornirax, was getting bored of keeping the peace on an island that resisted peace.
He could use this.
Vazrudakann approached the Makuta, and offered a bargain: if most if not all of the warlords could be brought before Vazrudakann, he could break them. He used his pain vision on the warlords, and told them that if they did not describe the sensation they were feeling to their peers -- that they would be given another session to remind them of what it felt like. It was brutally effective. Within a paltry few days Vazrudakann was able to enslave a majority of Zakaz's population, and promptly forced them all to build a large fortress where they would all be forced to get along, lest they suffer the tyrant's stare even once more...
Vazrudakann's definitely not going to be in one piece much longer what with the Nova Blast and all.
I'm fairly certain that Ornirax could have altered the Skakdi. Perhaps it was part of one of his plans to overthrow Mata Nui.

Then Ornirax could've also done the appropriate alterations to Corathe, heh.

You make the calls? That right there, further proves VF's point. You trying to make this RP your own, rather than everyones. A Rep's job isn't to make the RP his or her own way, it's to make it fun for everyone. Many people would run against you Mr.Cqm. Many... Now one more thing. Let my Self Moc/Main RPC in, please... Besides, you let Anakritis, "a female Karunax" and again I quote "a female Karunax" but not Magzus...in the RP.
Alright, upon further reflection (and not because of your persistent nagging ) -- Takutanuva was canon, and was only defused due to an accident.
As such, I have decided to allow your Makuta/Toa hybrid.
However, please note that these kinds of things will only be allowed on a case-by-case basis and I cannot allow Makuta/Toa hybrids to become common. In any RP, the exception tends to become the norm.
Nah, I'm just stubborn. Thanks, I won't bother you ever again.

I'm fairly certain that Ornirax could have altered the Skakdi. Perhaps it was part of one of his plans to overthrow Mata Nui.
Spiriah was treated with disgrace after that -- imagine then, how Ornirax would have been treated, after not only his failure, but his suggestion of rebelling against Mata Nui
However, I must point out something important besides merely the emotional side of all this: didn't Ornirax develop ideas of overthrowing Mata Nui only after he got sick of trying to keep the peace on Zakaz?

Another reason I must confess: it occurs to me Blarkrok was nothing more than a Toa's brain inserted into Kratark's body

I like the last option best.
I've got to say, since both mrcqm and yjf would use these OP characters just to win fights, neither of you should have them.
Vazrudakann's definitely not going to be in one piece much longer what with the Nova Blast and all.

The Makuta already hate him. Let's leave it at that. And besides, he's most likely dead.
Well, he's been sick of keeping the peace on Zakaz ever since he drew the proverbial short straw. This isn't/wasn't a new thing. He just hadn't vocalized it yet.

Mrqcm is correct. Perhaps Kali could've done it? (Long story short, Kali is a disgraced Makuta)

Karzahni without the being it's named after would just be another island. Albeit, with strange geography, but the Matoran there would actually be able to call it home. They'd have nobody to torture them.

That doesn't necessarily address what I said. Regardless, I don't think anyone should control a Karzahni RPC because the player would abuse his powers. This goes for any OP canon character.

I can say with absolute certainty that he will be confined to Karzahni and only serve to be its master -- he would do literally nothing else.

So? Also, did you not see the part where I told you that Crystalia hired someone to torture the Matoran.
I don't see how it's bad if it's just another island. It doesn't have to be a special wittle snowflake.
