Fanon Kanohi used to be allowed but I think it's only fair that from now on they be reviewed by the FAC.
Just a quick note: I hope you realise that Rhotuka, being made of energy, are not effected by gravity nearly as much as, say, an arrow is. What this means is that the Rhotuka would either have to collide with a wall, or another person, in order for the power to be used safely.

what are Volo Lutu launchers? XD
They are like grappling hooks. They appeared in my first Gameboy Advance game ever, "Lego BIONICLE: Quest for the Toa" and have reappeared in two Bionicle encyclopedias. To my knowlage, few users have ever made use of this tool, so why not?

I just wanted to make him the old pilot of the GSR with a bunch of computers and monitors surrounding him. Remember where the Toa Hagah found the two dead Glatorain under the Coliseum? He would be there. I wouldn't plan on using him much. It's just that I am a Mod now...And I don't post much, I just end up having to read through most of your guy's posts...Sooooo....Why not make a character that watches everything?
